一种防热涂料,由以下重量份的组分组成,α-萜烯树脂35-40份、混酸二甲酯10-15份、氧化钡5-10份、改性膨胀珍珠岩15-35份、石棉5-10份、膨润土10-15份、矿碴棉2-5份、生石灰1-5份、聚氯乙烯11-16份、钛白粉2-8份、硫酸钡3-7份、氧化锰8-15份、乙二醇14-27份、乙二醇二醋酸酯5-20份、羟乙基纤维素3-9份。本发明综合性能特别是反射放热性能优异,且成本较低,制备工艺简单,适于推广应用。

技术领域
本发明属于涂料术领域,具体涉及一种防热涂料。 
背景技术
现有的建筑物的外墙涂料品种繁多,大多有美化和保护建筑物外墙的作用。如要使外墙有放热功能,则直接在建筑物外墙上做保温层,再在保温层外涂上外墙涂料,也就是说做保温层与涂覆外墙涂料为两道工序。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防热涂料,将做保温层与涂覆外墙涂料为两道工序一次完成,施工方便,省时省力。
一种防热涂料,由以下重量份的组分组成,α-萜烯树脂35-40份、混酸二甲酯10-15份、氧化钡5-10份、改性膨胀珍珠岩15-35份、石棉5-10份、膨润土10-15份、矿碴棉2-5份、生石灰1-5份、聚氯乙烯11-16份、钛白粉2-8份、硫酸钡3-7份、氧化锰8-15份、乙二醇14-27份、乙二醇二醋酸酯5-20份、羟乙基纤维素3-9份。 
其制备方法为:按上述配方称量原料,将原料放入搅拌机,低速搅拌(转速为800-1000转/分)均匀后再移至高速搅拌机,高速分散(转速为2500-3000转/分)约60分钟,获得成品。 
待试样静置一天后,用一定规格的涂布仪涂刷在待测石棉板上,自干24小时,再涂刷一层,晾至一周待测。样板规格:按JC/T 412.2-2006中6.3和6.4规定的高密度IV级温石棉板纤维水泥平板:150mm×75mm×(4mm-6mm)。基材表面处理按GB/T 9271-1988的规定进行。 
有益效果 
本发明综合性能特别是反射放热性能优异,且成本较低,制备工艺简单,适于推广应用。

一种防热涂料,由以下重量份的组分组成,α-萜烯树脂35份、混酸二甲酯10份、氧化钡5份、改性膨胀珍珠岩15份、石棉5份、膨润土10份、矿碴棉2份、生石灰1份、聚氯乙烯11份、钛白粉2份、硫酸钡3份、氧化锰8份、乙二醇14份、乙二醇二醋酸酯5份、羟乙基纤维素3份。
实施例2 
一种防热涂料,由以下重量份的组分组成,α-萜烯树脂40份、混酸二甲酯15份、氧化钡10份、改性膨胀珍珠岩35份、石棉10份、膨润土15份、矿碴棉5份、生石灰5份、聚氯乙烯16份、钛白粉8份、硫酸钡7份、氧化锰15份、乙二醇27份、乙二醇二醋酸酯20份、羟乙基纤维素9份。
实施例3
一种防热涂料,由以下重量份的组分组成,α-萜烯树脂37份、混酸二甲酯13份、氧化钡7份、改性膨胀珍珠岩23份、石棉7份、膨润土14份、矿碴棉4份、生石灰2份、聚氯乙烯15份、钛白粉7份、硫酸钡5份、氧化锰9份、乙二醇19份、乙二醇二醋酸酯15份、羟乙基纤维素8份。
