Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗菌塑胶地板,是由抗菌塑胶与基材复合而成,所述抗菌塑胶是由下述质量份数的成分组成的:聚醚多元醇85~105份、二异氰酸酯40~55份、催化剂0.1~1.5份、交联剂3~6份、分散剂0.5~3份、纳米载银抗菌剂0.1~1份、耐腐蚀剂2~6份、增塑剂3~8份、稳定剂0.5~3份、石蜡10~15份和色浆5~15份。本发明具有优异的抗菌性能和耐腐蚀性,使用寿命长,环保无污染。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及塑胶地板技术领域,特别是涉及一种防静电塑胶地板。
背景技术
在传统观念中,室内一般使用木质地板,如实木地板、实木复合地板、竹木地板或软木地板。但是,在木地板的使用过程中,人们发现木地板不仅易变形、开裂,还需定期进行保养,受热受潮后会产生各种外观问题,另外还会有甲醇等致癌物质是释放,因此人们开始把目光转向塑胶地板。塑胶地板具有较好的弹性,还具有隔热、隔音、保暖等优点,塑胶地板在人们的日常生活、交通运输、建筑行业等领域的应用越来越广泛。然后,随着人们生活水平的提高和消费观念的转变,普通的塑胶地板已经不能满足人们的生活需求,因此,更先进、高档、环保及具各种功能性的塑胶地板被研究制得。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗菌塑胶地板,具有优异的抗菌性能和耐腐蚀性,使用寿命长,环保无污染。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:
提供一种抗菌塑胶地板,是由抗菌塑胶与基材复合而成,所述抗菌塑胶是由下述质量份数的成分组成的:聚醚多元醇85~105份、二异氰酸酯40~55份、催化剂0.1~1.5份、交联剂3~6份、分散剂0.5~3份、纳米载银抗菌剂0.1~1份、耐腐蚀剂2~6份、增塑剂3~8份、稳定剂0.5~3份、石蜡10~15份和色浆5~15份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述稳定剂为硬脂酸钙。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述所述分散剂为硬脂酸。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,是由抗菌塑胶与基材复合而成,所述抗菌塑胶是由下述质量份数的成分组成的:聚醚多元醇90份、二异氰酸酯40份、催化剂0.5份、交联剂4.2份、分散剂1.2份、纳米载银抗菌剂0.8份、耐腐蚀剂3份、增塑剂4.5份、稳定剂2.2份、石蜡12份和色浆8份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种抗菌塑胶地板,是由抗菌塑胶与基材复合而成特制的抗菌塑胶中含有纳米载银抗菌剂,所得的塑胶地板具有优异的抗菌性能和耐腐蚀性,使用寿命长且环保无污染。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
实施例1:
抗菌塑胶地板,是由抗菌塑胶与基材复合而成的,所述抗菌塑胶是由下述质量份数的成分组成的:聚醚多元醇90份、二异氰酸酯40份、催化剂0.5份、交联剂4.2份、分散剂1.2份、纳米载银抗菌剂0.8份、耐腐蚀剂3份、增塑剂4.5份、稳定剂2.2份、石蜡12份和色浆8份。
本实施例中所述的抗菌塑胶地板,是由下列步骤制备而成的:
1)干燥助剂,将催化剂、交联剂、增塑剂和石蜡分别放入干燥箱,在80~90℃的条件下干燥2h;
2)预混合,将聚醚多元醇放入反应釜中,开启搅拌,搅拌下逐渐加入二异氰酸酯和交联剂,后升温至120℃,保温2h,形成预混合液;
3)混合,开启搅拌,往预混合液中加入催化剂、耐腐蚀剂、增塑剂、纳米载银抗菌剂、分散剂、稳定剂和石蜡,将搅拌速度控制在500~800r/min,搅拌30min后加入色浆,再搅拌30min,形成半成品塑胶;
4)过滤、挤压,将步骤3)制成的半成品塑胶进行过滤,得到液态的抗菌塑胶,而后再在基材上,经涂敷工艺,再经压延、挤出、挤压或模具定型工艺生产成为成品的塑胶地板。
实施例2:
抗菌塑胶地板,是由抗菌塑胶与基材复合而成的,所述抗菌塑胶是由下述质量份数的成分组成的:聚醚多元醇100份、二异氰酸酯50份、催化剂1.2份、交联剂3.6份、分散剂1.5份、纳米载银抗菌剂0.9份、耐腐蚀剂5份、增塑剂4.5份、稳定剂2.5份、石蜡15份和色浆12份。所述稳定剂为硬脂酸钙,所述所述分散剂为硬脂酸。
本实施例中的抗菌塑胶地板,其制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3:
抗菌塑胶地板,是由抗菌塑胶与基材复合而成的,所述抗菌塑胶是由下述质量份数的成分组成的:聚醚多元醇85份、二异氰酸酯42份、催化剂0.3份、交联剂3.8份、分散剂1.6份、纳米载银抗菌剂0.5份、耐腐蚀剂2.5份、增塑剂4.5份、稳定剂2.6份、石蜡10份和色浆6.5份。所述稳定剂为硬脂酸钙,所述所述分散剂为硬脂酸。
本实施例中的抗菌塑胶地板,其制备方法同实施例1。

1.一种抗菌塑胶地板,其特征在于,是由抗菌塑胶与基材复合而成,所述抗菌塑胶是由下述质量份数的成分组成的:聚醚多元醇85~105份、二异氰酸酯40~55份、催化剂0.1~1.5份、交联剂3~6份、分散剂0.5~3份、纳米载银抗菌剂0.1~1份、耐腐蚀剂2~6份、增塑剂3~8份、稳定剂0.5~3份、石蜡10~15份和色浆5~15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌塑胶地板,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为硬脂酸钙。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌塑胶地板,其特征在于,所述所述分散剂为硬脂酸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌塑胶地板,其特征在于,是由抗菌塑胶与基材复合而成,所述抗菌塑胶是由下述质量份数的成分组成的:聚醚多元醇90份、二异氰酸酯40份、催化剂0.5份、交联剂4.2份、分散剂1.2份、纳米载银抗菌剂0.8份、耐腐蚀剂3份、增塑剂4.5份、稳定剂2.2份、石蜡12份和色浆8份。
