技术领域
本发明涉及一种金属软管,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种以波纹管为主体构件的金属软管。
背景技术
钢厂转炉氧枪输氧管基本上采用金属软管,现有金属软管以波纹管、接管、网套为主要构件,氧气在波纹管内输送。由于金属软管具有柔性好、重量轻、承载能力高、不易老化和耐高温等特点,很好地解决了转炉炼钢的氧枪软连接问题。中国专利公开号CN 201809380 U的专利“转炉氧枪输氧金属软管”中公开了一种金属软管,在波纹管内套合柔性金属衬管,以解决氧气从波纹管中通过时,由于波纹管的波形结构,氧气在不断变化的截面中运行,在输送途中压力损失较大的问题。但这种金属软管仍存在着缺陷:柔性金属衬管壁厚较薄,易磨破,使得金属软管的使用寿命较短。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著减少使用过程中柔性金属衬管磨损的衬四氟复合式金属软管,该金属软管的使用寿命较长。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
衬四氟复合式金属软管,它包括小法兰、松套法兰、接管、护套、网套、波纹管、柔性金属衬管;所述波纹管两端固定连接接管,接管两端固定连接小法兰,松套法兰松套在接管外壁上;所述网套外套在波纹管外壁上,护套外套在网套两端,并共同固定连接在接管外壁上;所述柔性金属衬管套合在波纹管内,其两端与接管端面密封连接;其改进之处在于:在柔性金属衬管的内壁设有聚四氟乙烯复合层。
作为优选方案:所述聚四氟乙烯复合层厚0.1~0.5mm。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1.    柔性金属衬管的内壁设有聚四氟乙烯复合层,显著提高了柔性金属衬管的耐磨性,有效延长了金属软管的使用寿命。
2.    对聚四氟乙烯复合层的厚度进行限定,可以确保柔性金属衬管的耐磨性能。

附图1所示的衬四氟复合式金属软管,它包括小法兰1、松套法兰2、接管3、护套4、网套5、波纹管6、柔性金属衬管7;波纹管6两端固定连接接管3,接管3两端固定连接小法兰1,松套法兰2松套在接管3外壁上;网套5外套在波纹管6外壁上,护套4外套在网套5两端,并共同固定连接在接管3外壁上;柔性金属衬管7套合在波纹管6内,其两端与接管3端面密封连接;在柔性金属衬管7的内壁设有聚四氟乙烯复合层8,优选方案:聚四氟乙烯复合层8厚0.1~0.5mm。

1.一种衬四氟复合式金属软管,它包括小法兰(1)、松套法兰(2)、接管(3)、护套(4)、网套(5)、波纹管(6)、柔性金属衬管(7);所述波纹管(6)两端固定连接接管(3),接管(3)两端固定连接小法兰(1),松套法兰(2)松套在接管(3)外壁上;所述网套(5)外套在波纹管(6)外壁上,护套(4)外套在网套(5)两端,并共同固定连接在接管(3)外壁上;所述柔性金属衬管(7)套合在波纹管(6)内,其两端与接管(3)端面密封连接;其特征在于:在柔性金属衬管(7)的内壁设有聚四氟乙烯复合层(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的衬四氟复合式金属软管,其特征在于:所述聚四氟乙烯复合层(8)厚0.1~0.5mm。
