本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理,耐磨损、耐腐蚀、抗结垢、耐高压性能好的脱硫浆液输送用钢衬超高分子量聚乙烯复合管。

一种脱硫浆液输送用钢衬超高分子量聚乙烯复合管,其特征是:包括钢管层,在钢管层内衬有超高分子量聚乙烯内衬层。
超高分子量聚乙烯内衬层厚度为3~5mm。所述复合管包括直管、弯管、弯头、三通、接头。
本实用新型结构合理,磨损、耐腐蚀、抗结垢、耐高压性能好,且使用中的阻力小,应用于脱硫行业物料输送系统中,可以节约项目的施工周期、大幅度降低项目的施工成本。
