Abstract

本发明公开一种冷却干燥系统,包括冷却装置以及干燥装置,所述冷却装置包括冷却水槽,所述冷却水槽上设置有物料进口以及物料出口,所述冷却水槽通过连接管路连接所述干燥装置;所述干燥装置包括冷凝器,所述冷凝器设置在所述冷却水槽出口处并位于物料上方位置,所述冷凝器所处位置的物料下方设置有抽气扇,所述冷凝器与所述抽气扇之间的位置设置有振动式物料导向装置;能够有效的提高冷却以及干燥效果,同时节省能源,减少设备占地面积,提高工作效率。

Description

一种冷却干燥系统
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种冷却干燥系统。
背景技术
目前在改性塑料材料的生产中,其生产方法是在挤出造粒机组上生产粒状原料,挤出造粒生产线的设备主要由挤出机、冷却水槽、干燥风机、牵引机构和切粒机等组成;当塑料挤出机在挤出塑料条料后,紧接的后续工艺是实施对塑料条料的冷却和干燥,以保证塑料条料在进入后续的切粒工序前既得到冷却,又能消除水冷却过程中带来的水份;整套冷却干燥装置位于挤出机和切粒机之间,塑料条料由挤出机挤出后进入水槽冷却,再回水槽上面经过与干燥风机出风口连通的风干喷口进行吹干,最后由牵引机构送至切粒机中切碎造粒,在传统的冷却干燥系统中随着冷却时间的加长冷却水的温度会逐渐上升,冷却水温度越高冷却效果越差,需要调整冷却水温度或降低塑料条料在冷却水中的行进速度来保证冷却效果。
调整冷却水的温度通常为在冷却水中加入温度较低的冷却水进行温度中和,当冷却水的温度提升较快的情况下还需要将温度升高的冷却水排出一部分后再加入冷水才能达到需要温度,操作复杂。
降低料条料在冷却水中的行进速度来保证冷却效果,虽然能够在一定程度上增大冷却效果,但是在水温保持不变的情况下效果并不明显,而且会拖慢整个生产的速度,影响生产效率。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是:提供一种能够自行改变冷却水温度的冷却干燥系统,在保持冷却效果的同时不需要降低塑料条料的运行速度,不会影响生产效率,能够实现热能的充分利用。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种冷却干燥系统,包括冷却装置以及干燥装置,所述冷却装置包括冷却水槽,所述冷却水槽上设置有物料进口以及物料出口,所述冷却水槽通过连接管路连接所述干燥装置;所述干燥装置包括冷凝器,所述冷凝器设置在所述冷却水槽的出口处并位于物料上方位置,所述冷凝器所处位置的物料下方设置有抽气扇,所述冷凝器与所述抽气扇之间的位置设置有振动式物料导向装置。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述冷却水槽上设置有冷却水注水口、冷却水循环出口以及冷却水循环进口,所述冷却水槽通过所述冷却水循环出口连接所述冷凝器的进水口,通过所述冷却水循环进口连接所述冷凝器的出水口。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述冷却水槽中设置有物料导向装置,通过所述物料导向装置使得物料在所述冷却水槽中呈迂回运动。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述振动式物料导向装置包括振动装置以及固定连接物料与所述振动装置的连接装置。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述振动装置包括振动杆以及带动所述振动杆运动的直线电机,所述振动杆在所述直线电机的带动下在与物料运动的方向相垂直的方向上进行摆动。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述冷凝器的冷凝管直径小于所述连接管路的直径。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述冷却水循环进口与所述冷凝器的出水口之间设置有冷却水循环泵。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述冷却水循环出口与所述冷凝器的进水口之间设置有截止阀。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述冷却水槽中设置有温度检测装置,所述干燥装置的出料口设置有湿度检测装置。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述物料导向装置为至少一组。
本发明的有益效果为:能够有效的提高冷却以及干燥效果,同时节省能源,减少设备占地面积,提高工作效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
如图1所示,于本实施例中,本发明所述的一种冷却干燥系统,包括冷却装置以及干燥装置,所述冷却装置包括冷却水槽1,所述冷却水槽1中设置有两组物料导向装置5,通过所述物料导向装置5使得物料在所述冷却水槽1中呈迂回运动。所述冷却水槽1上设置有物料进口以及物料出口,所述冷却水槽通过连接管路连接所述干燥装置;所述干燥装置包括冷凝器2,所述冷凝器2的冷凝管直径小于所述连接管路的直径。所述冷凝器2设置在所述冷却水槽1的出口处并位于物料上方位置,所述冷凝器2所处位置的物料下方设置有抽气扇6,所述冷凝器2与所述抽气扇6之间的位置设置有振动式物料导向装置3。所述振动式物料导向装置3包括振动装置以及固定连接物料与所述振动装置的连接装置。所述振动装置包括振动杆以及带动所述振动杆运动的直线电机,所述振动杆在所述直线电机的带动下在与物料运动的方向相垂直的方向上进行摆动。
具体的,所述冷却水槽1上设置有冷却水注水口、冷却水循环出口以及冷却水循环进口,所述冷却水槽通过所述冷却水循环出口连接所述冷凝器2的进水口,通过所述冷却水循环进口连接所述冷凝器2的出水口。
所述冷却水循环进口与所述冷凝器2的出水口之间设置有冷却水循环泵4。所述冷却水循环出口与所述冷凝器2的进水口之间设置有截止阀7。所述冷却水槽1中设置有温度检测装置8,所述干燥装置的出料口设置有湿度检测装置9。
具体工作过程中,可根据冷却水槽1中的温度检测装置8以及设置在所述干燥装置的出料口的湿度检测装置9判断是否需要开启截止阀7以及冷却水循环泵4进行温度调节,在开启截止阀7与冷却水循环泵4进行工作的过程中,物料由挤出机挤出后在牵引装置的带动下进入冷却水槽1中,在物料导向装置5的作用下在水槽中迂回运动尽可能多的与冷却水接触以达到降温的目的,同时冷却水槽1中的冷却水温度升高,在冷却水循环泵4的作用下进入到冷凝器2中,通过在冷凝器2处的热交换将冷凝器2附近的空气温度提升同时自身温度降低后流回冷却水槽1,处于冷凝器2附近的高温空气在抽气扇6的作用下经过物料处对物料进行干燥,由于空气温度升高干燥效果更好。

1.一种冷却干燥系统,其特征在于,包括冷却装置以及干燥装置,所述冷却装置包括冷却水槽,所述冷却水槽上设置有物料进口以及物料出口,所述冷却水槽通过连接管路连接所述干燥装置;所述干燥装置包括冷凝器,所述冷凝器设置在所述冷却水槽的出口处并位于物料上方位置,所述冷凝器所处位置的物料下方设置有抽气扇,所述冷凝器与所述抽气扇之间的位置设置有振动式物料导向装置;所述冷却水槽上设置有冷却水注水口、冷却水循环出口以及冷却水循环进口,所述冷却水槽通过所述冷却水循环出口连接所述冷凝器的进水口,通过所述冷却水循环进口连接所述冷凝器的出水口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冷却干燥系统,其特征在于,所述冷却水槽中设置有物料导向装置,通过所述物料导向装置使得物料在所述冷却水槽中呈迂回运动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的冷却干燥系统,其特征在于,所述振动式物料导向装置包括振动装置以及固定连接物料与所述振动装置的连接装置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的冷却干燥系统,其特征在于,所述振动装置包括振动杆以及带动所述振动杆运动的直线电机,所述振动杆在所述直线电机的带动下在与物料运动的方向相垂直的方向上进行摆动。
5.根据权利要求1所述的冷却干燥系统,其特征在于,所述冷凝器的冷凝管直径小于所述连接管路的直径。
6.根据权利要求2所述的冷却干燥系统,其特征在于,所述冷却水循环进口与所述冷凝器的出水口之间设置有冷却水循环泵。
7.根据权利要求1所述的冷却干燥系统,其特征在于,所述冷却水循环出口与所述冷凝器的进水口之间设置有截止阀。
8.根据权利要求1所述的冷却干燥系统,其特征在于,所述冷却水槽中设置有温度检测装置,所述干燥装置的出料口设置有湿度检测装置。
9.根据权利要求2所述的冷却干燥系统,其特征在于,所述冷却水槽中的物料导向装置为至少一组。
