抗癌方便酱及制备工艺是由:去皮玉米、大豆、香米、(转基因)黑花生米、熟芝麻、核桃仁、山杏仁、葛根、山药、麦冬、莲子、芡实、百合,食用盐。以50千克“抗癌方便酱”为例:去皮玉米20千克,大豆13千克,香米1.5千克,(转基因)黑花生米1.5千克,熟芝麻1.5千克,核桃仁1.5千克,山杏仁1.5千克,葛根1.5千克,山药1.5千克,麦冬1.5千克,莲子1.5千克,芡实1.5千克,百合1.5千克,食用盐0.05千克。精选分类,水洗、烘干,炒熟、用特制粉碎机粉成面状,超强冷冻,包装,不影响食用酱各种制作方法,即能增加食用酱的营养成份,又能改善食用品质,强化营养,食疗、保健、抗癌、防癌等作用,口味纯香,食用方便。

本发明涉及一种改善食用酱,强化营养、食疗、保健、抗癌、防癌、特殊口味的配方及制备工艺。 
背景技术:
目前市场上出售的各种食用酱,均使用传统的制作方法,如欲调调营养成份或口味,均采取制做食品时添加调料的方式,因添加的原料居家无法精细加工,而影响食用的口感口味,且制作食品时,不能使用纺一标准。不能成批生产。 
发明内容:
为了克服传统食用酱的品种单一、家庭食用时时随意添加原料、口味不好,营养成份不全,且不能大批量生产的不足,本发明提供一种添加农产品杂粮,豆类,坚果,中草药的配方和制备工艺,即能增强食用酱的营养成份,又能改善食用品质,且彻底改变传统制作方法。 
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:去皮玉米、大豆、香米、(转基因)黑花生米、熟芝麻、核桃仁、山杏仁、葛根、山药、麦冬、莲子、芡实、百合,食用盐。以50千克“抗癌方便酱”为例:去皮玉米20千克,大豆13千克,香米1.5千克,(转基因)黑花生米1.5千克,熟芝麻1.5千克,核桃仁1.5千克,山杏仁1.5千克,葛根1.5千克,山药1.5千克,麦冬1.5千克,莲子1.5千克,芡实1.5 千克,百合1.5千克,食用盐0.05千克。50千克原料,进行精选分类,水洗、烘干,炒熟、用特制粉碎机粉成面状,超强冷冻,包装为产品。 
本发明的有益效果是:强化营养,食疗、保健、抗癌、防癌作用,因在研发化验中发现,在抗癌方便酱配料:谷物、豆类、坚果,中草药中,含有一种抑制肿瘤生长的天然化合物,这种天然化合物在人体中起到抗癌防癌的作用。
