本发明涉及一种油缸进出油管,包括油缸,所述的油缸分别与进油管和出油管通过油管接头连接并导通,所述的油管接头上设有密封圈槽,所述的密封圈槽上设有密封圈,与所述的进油管连接的油管接头上设有锁紧螺母。在采用了此种结构之后,进油管和出油管结构不同,易于区别,操作人员不容易搞混乱。

一种油缸进出油管
技术领域
本发明涉及一种油缸进出油管。
背景技术
现有技术中使用的油缸,设置有进油管和出油管。进油管与出油管分别具有进油和出油的功能,进油管需与供油管联通以向容腔内供油。出油管需与排油管联通以排出油缸内的油。因此进油管与出油管两者不能互换使用。在实际使用时,进油管与出油管的直径相同,其结构也无差别,常常导致在实际使用时出差错。有时将供油管安装在出油管上,将排油管安装在进油管上。由于都是管的连接,操作人员无法避免将进油管当作出油管使用,或者将出油管当进油管使用。一旦辨别错误,将导致油缸无法使用,严重时还会造成事故。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、操作方便的油缸进出油管。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种油缸进出油管,包括油缸,所述的油缸分别与进油管和出油管通过油管接头连接并导通,所述的油管接头上设有密封圈槽,所述的密封圈槽上设有密封圈,所述密封圈槽和密封圈配合使用,与所述的进油管连接的油管接头上设有锁紧螺母。
为了使工作人员能够更加清楚的辨别进出油管,以防造成不必要的事故,所述的进油管为方形油管,所述的出油管为圆形油管。 
进一步的,所述的进油管和出油管上均设有橡胶保护层。
本发明的有益效果是:在采用了此种结构之后,密封圈槽和密封圈配合使用,大大加强了联接的密封性,并且方便安装和维修,降低了劳动强度,提高了生产效率,能为企业带来更好的经济效益。进油管和出油管结构不同,易于区别,操作人员不容易搞混乱,防止意外事故的发生,安全性比较高。此外,在进油管和出油管上均设有橡胶保护层能够更好的保护进油管和出油管。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种油缸进出油管,包括油缸1,所述的油缸1分别与进油管2和出油管3通过油管接头4连接并导通,所述的油管接头4上设有密封圈槽6,所述的密封圈槽6上设有密封圈7,与所述的进油管2连接的油管接头4上设有锁紧螺母5;所述的进油管2为方形油管,所述的出油管3为圆形油管;所述的进油管2和出油管3上均设有橡胶保护层8。
进油管设置为方形油管,出油管设置为圆形油管,能够使得工作人员更清楚的辨别进油管和出油管,以防止造成不必要的工作事故。
在采用了此种结构之后,密封圈槽和密封圈配合使用,大大加强了联接的密封性,并且方便安装和维修,降低了劳动强度,提高了生产效率,能为企业带来更好的经济效益。进油管和出油管结构不同,易于区别,操作人员不容易搞混乱,防止意外事故的发生,安全性比较高。此外,在进油管和出油管上均设有橡胶保护层能够更好的保护进油管和出油管。

1.一种油缸进出油管,其特征在于:包括油缸(1),所述的油缸(1)分别与进油管(2)和出油管(3)通过油管接头(4)连接并导通,每个所述的油管接头(4)上设有密封圈槽(6),所述的密封圈槽(6)上设有密封圈(7),所述密封圈槽(6)和密封圈(7)配合使用,与所述的进油管(2)连接的油管接头(4)上设有锁紧螺母(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种油缸进出油管,其特征在于:所述的进油管(2)为方形油管,所述的出油管(3)为圆形油管。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种油缸进出油管,其特征在于:所述的进油管(2)和出油管(3)上均设有橡胶保护层(8)。
