图1描绘了用于机动车辆有油箱1的油箱系统、靠近底面布置在油箱1中的扁平储液器2、和能够从储液器2通过发动机供油管路4抽取燃油并供给其到机动车辆的驱动单元(未示出)的抽取单元3。两个供给管路5连接储液器2与油箱1,其中,供给管路5的端部位于靠近油箱1底面很远地隔开的位置,并且各自装配有供给管路浮子阀6.2。储液器2具有作为储液器阀6.1的浮子阀,储液器2能够通过此阀连接到油箱1。储液器阀6.1在其中储液器阀6.1被油箱1中的燃油围绕的正常运行模式下是打开的,而在其中储液器阀6.1未被油箱1中的燃油围绕的残留量模式下是关闭的。在残留量模式下,即在储液器阀6.1关闭时,储液器2只在发动机供油管路4和两个供给管路5是打开的。在正常运行模式下,储液器阀6.1也是打开的。由此,在正常运行模式下,燃油被抽取单元3通过储液器2和打开的储液器阀6.1从油箱1抽取,或者如果储液器阀6.1是关闭的,通过供给管路5抽取。
储液器阀6.1布置在位于储液器2之上的旋流罐7的底面。加油管8开口在旋流罐7之上或者在旋流罐7中,使得旋流罐7在加注油箱系统时首先被加注。
抽取单元3包括回流管路9,其开口到旋流罐7形成为回流存储区域10的横向隔开部分。
此外,油箱系统具有防止超出预定最大负压的负压在储液器2中出现的安全阀,因为它在太大的负压下打开。安全阀11与回流存储区域10连接使得当安全阀11打开时,燃油能够通过抽取单元3从回流存储区域10抽取。
油箱1还具有在其顶部的翻转阀14。
在根据图2的油箱系统实施例中,除了主油箱1之外,设置了附加油箱12以增加油箱容积。附加油箱12通过连接管路13连接到油箱1,使得在通过抽取单元3从油箱1抽取燃油时,燃油也能够从附加油箱12通过连接管路13到达储液器2。连接管路13在附加油箱12的侧面上具有两个端部,与供给管路5的端部类似,所述端部在附加油箱12的不同区域靠近底面布置。连接管路13的端部具有另外的浮子阀,即连接管路浮子阀6.3。附加油箱12还具有加油管8和翻转阀14.
因此,本发明在其所有的实施例中允许用于机动车辆的油箱系统的可靠操作,即使在油箱系统具有低燃油量时。

Claims (18)
1.一种用于机动车辆的油箱系统,包括油箱(1)、布置在油箱中的储液器(2)、和适合于从储液器(2)中通过发动机供油管路(4)抽取燃油并将它供给到该机动车辆的驱动单元的抽取单元(3)、和至少一个连接储液器(2)到油箱(1)的供给管路(5),其特征在于,所述储液器(2)具有储液器阀(6.1)并能够通过所述储液器阀(6.1)连接到油箱(1),其中所述储液器阀(6.1)在储液器阀(6.1)被油箱(1)中的燃油围绕的正常运行模式下是打开的,而在储液器阀(6.1)未被油箱(1)中的燃油围绕的残留量模式下是关闭的,其中所述储液器(2)是在残留量模式下只在发动机供油管路(4)和至少一个供给管路(5)打开的容器,并且,所述储液器阀(6.1)布置在油箱(1)中的旋流罐(7)中,使得所述旋流罐(7)能够通过该储液器阀(6.1)连接到储液器(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油箱系统,其特征在于,在正常运行模式下,所述储液器(2)在发动机供油管路(4)和储液器阀(6.1)处打开。
3.根据权利要求1所述的油箱系统,其特征在于,所述储液器阀(6.1)是浮子阀。
4.根据权利要求1所述的油箱系统,其特征在于,所述储液器(2)是靠近油箱(1)底面的扁平容器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的油箱系统,其特征在于,油箱系统能够通过加油管(8)加注,其中所述加油管(8)开口到旋流罐(7)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的油箱系统,其特征在于,供给管路浮子阀(6.2)布置在供给管路(5)开口到油箱(1)的端部。
7.根据权利要求1所述的油箱系统,其特征在于,所述油箱系统包括至少两个供给管路(5)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的油箱系统,其特征在于,所述抽取单元(3)包括回流管路(9),并且所述回流管路(9)开口到回流存储区域(10)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的油箱系统,其特征在于,所述储液器(2)具有是安全阀(11)的装置,其防止在储液器(2)中超出预定最大负压的负压出现。
10.根据权利要求9所述的油箱系统,其特征在于,所述安全阀(11)连接到回流存储区域(10)。
11.根据权利要求8所述的油箱系统,其特征在于,所述回流存储区域(10)是旋流罐(7)隔开的部分。
12.根据权利要求1所述的油箱系统,其特征在于,所述油箱系统包括至少一个附加油箱(12),其中所述附加油箱(12)通过连接管路(13)连接到油箱(1)或储液器(2)。
13.根据权利要求12所述的油箱系统,其特征在于,连接管路浮子阀(6.3)被布置在连接管路(13)开口到附加油箱(12)的端部,或者连接管路(13)在多个端部开口到附加油箱(12)。
14.根据权利要求12所述的油箱系统,其特征在于,所述油箱(1)和/或附加油箱(12)具有是冲洗阀的装置,其防止在油箱(1)和/或附加油箱(12)中太大的负压的出现。
15.根据权利要求2所述的油箱系统,其特征在于,在正常操作模式下,所述储液器(2)在至少一个供给管路(5)打开。
16.根据权利要求11所述的油箱系统,其特征在于,所述回流存储区域(10)是旋流罐(7)横向隔开的部分。
17.根据权利要求13所述的油箱系统,其特征在于,连接管路浮子阀(6.3)被布置在连接管路(13)开口到附加油箱(12)的多个端部的每一个。
18.根据权利要求14所述的油箱系统,其特征在于,所述冲洗阀是翻转阀(14)。
