Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及根据权利要求1前序部分的用于机动车辆的锁芯的一种圆柱形壳体。本发明还涉及一种装备有至少一个这样的圆柱形壳体的机动车辆。
背景技术
用于机动车辆的锁定装置通常具有一个圆柱形壳体以及一个可转动地安装在该圆柱形壳体中的圆柱形的芯。从现有技术中已知的圆柱形壳体是例如由金属,尤其是通过一种锌压铸工艺制造的,因此尽管这类圆柱形壳体具有所要求的机械特性,但它们的生产是相对昂贵的并且此外具有很大的重量。
DE102008001627A1披露了一种用于机动车辆的锁芯的圆柱形壳体,该壳体具有一个沿圆柱形壳体纵向方向设置的开口并且在该开口中可以接纳一个圆柱形的芯。在此情况下,该圆柱形壳体由塑料形成并且另外具有一个嵌入式增强嵌体,该嵌体由一种强度高于塑料的材料形成。由此,尤其使得可以产生高强度的圆柱形壳体而同时具有低的重量,这样同时节省了原料资源,尤其是金属原料资源。
EP1053918A2披露了一种例如同样用于机动车辆锁芯的长纤维增强式塑料壳体。
DE2536804A1也披露了一种用于机动车辆锁芯、带有嵌入式玻璃纤维的塑料制成的圆柱形壳体。
DE3134471C2披露了一种带有嵌入式碳纤维的塑料制成的圆柱形壳体。
最后,EP0655539B1和DE29912034U1披露了用于机动车辆的锁定装置的纤维增强的锁定部分。
发明内容
本发明着手解决的问题是提供用于该属类的圆柱形壳体的一种改进的实施方式,这种改进的实施方式具体的突出之处为轻质并且同时具有极牢固的设计。
根据本发明,这个问题是由独立权利要求的主题来解决的。从属权利要求的主题是有利的实施方式。
本发明所基于的总体概念是由塑料形成一种用于机动车辆的锁芯的圆柱形壳体、以及至少在部分区域中通过芳族聚酰胺纤维或者通过具有类似特性的纤维对所述塑料进行增强。这种类型的芳族聚酰胺纤维通常也以“凯芙拉(Kevlar)纤维”的名字已知。芳族聚酰胺在此方面总体上是用于芳香族的聚酰胺的命名,这些聚合体材料具有与蛋白质类似的结构。根据美国联邦贸易委员会的定义,仅其中至少85%的酰胺基被直接键联到两个芬芳环的那些合成的长链聚酰胺被特指为芳族聚酰胺。概括的说,芳族聚酰胺纤维的突出之处为非常高的强度、高的冲击强度、高的拉断伸长度、良好的减振以及对于酸类物质和碱类物质的第一流的耐受力。另外,它们是耐热且耐火的并且在高温时不会熔化,而是从大概400℃的温度开始碳化。圆柱形壳体通过这类芳族聚酰胺纤维的这种增强可以使圆柱形壳体的强度相当大地增加,与金属圆柱形壳体相比其重量相当大地减小。
特别地,由此还可以使破损阻力相当大地增加,尤其例如在螺钉固定点的区域中,通过这种区域该圆柱形壳体被用螺钉固定到机动车辆上。如果这类用螺钉固定点是通过芳族聚酰胺纤维增强的话,就可以使该锁定装置的稳定性就整体而言相当大地增加。
将这些芳族聚酰胺纤维嵌入该圆柱形壳体的塑料中或者覆层在圆柱形壳体的塑料上是有利的。例如可以通过插入一个相应的塑料注塑模具中而实现这些芳族聚酰胺纤维的嵌入,在此情况下,这些芳族聚酰胺纤维可以例如被构造为织物层并且由此形成该圆柱形壳体的位于内部的强化物。作为替代,当然也可考虑使得这类芳族聚酰胺纤维的覆层,其中可以既可以使用冷覆层也可以使用热覆层。在这两种情况下,可以例如又被构造为织物层的这些芳族聚酰胺纤维通过一个粘合层与塑料圆柱形壳体连接。此外将芳族聚酰胺纤维覆层到根据本发明的塑料制成的圆柱形壳体上具有的主要优点是,根据设计变型方案,该圆柱形壳体能够可选地内建有或者未内建有附加的芳族聚酰胺纤维,从而得到一种相对灵活的生产过程。尤其在此方面可想到的是,在合适的设计变型方案的情况下提供了不具有附加芳族聚酰胺纤维的圆柱形壳体,而在较高重要性的设计变型方案中只使用了覆层有芳族聚酰胺纤维的圆柱形壳体。
有利的是圆柱形壳体的塑料是通过嵌入的碳纤维增强的。碳纤维是由含碳的初始材料工业制成的纤维,这些初始材料通过热解被转换成石墨构形的碳。碳纤维的直径通常是在5μm与8μm之间,其中几千个这类单独纤维(细丝)被组合成束(粗纱)。碳纤维的突出之处为高强度以及低重量并且因此尤其适合用于增强塑料部件。此类型的碳纤维,尤其是以织物的方式构造的碳纤维,如类似的芳族聚酰胺织物纤维一样也形成了抗穿透的特别保护。在此情况下,当然可以根据所希望的强度,在圆柱形壳体之中或者之上叠置地设置多个碳纤维层或芳族聚酰胺纤维层。

图1示出了一个锁定装置1,其特别是用于机动车辆的机动车门的门锁,其中该锁定装置1具有一个圆柱形壳体2以及设置在其中的一个锁芯3。在此,根据本发明,圆柱形壳体2由塑料形成并且至少在部分区域中通过芳族聚酰胺纤维4增强、即加强。在此情况下,如图1所示,这些芳族聚酰胺纤维4可以嵌入在圆柱形壳体2的塑料中,或者如图2所示,可以覆层在圆柱形壳体2的塑料上。在这两种情况下,这些芳族聚酰胺纤维使根据本发明的圆柱形壳体2变得加固或增强,并且此外提供了有效的破损保护,由此能够可靠地防止该圆柱形壳体2并且在此情况下尤其防止其螺钉固定点5由于一个误用力的作用、例如当对拆开该锁定装置1时受到损坏。这些螺钉固定点5在图2中被示出并且用于将该锁定装置1用螺钉固定到机动车辆(未示出)上,例如,固定到机动车辆车门的骨架上。
如果将这些芳族聚酰胺纤维4嵌入在圆柱形壳体2的塑料中,则这些纤维通常被插入于一个塑料注塑模具之中并且在对圆柱形壳体进行注塑模制时以塑料来包裹。作为对此的一个替代方案,还可以将这些芳族聚酰胺纤维4覆层,也就是说额外通过粘合层与该圆柱形壳体2连接。这些芳族聚酰胺纤维4可以在此情况下作为多个单股纤维或者作为织物与圆柱形壳体2连接。这种覆层在此情况下提供的主要优点是,包含这些芳族聚酰胺纤维4的这个层只是单纯可选地应用在圆柱形壳体2上,从而该圆柱形壳体可以例如根据设备线(Ausstattungslinie)的重要性而以具有或者不具有芳族聚酰胺纤维4的方式可选地被提供。

Claims (3)
1.一种用于机动车辆的锁芯(3)的圆柱形壳体(2),该圆柱形壳体由塑料形成,其特征在于该圆柱形壳体(2)的塑料至少在部分区域中是通过芳族聚酰胺纤维(4)或者嵌入式碳纤维(6)或玻璃纤维(7)来增强的,其中,在该圆柱形壳体(2)上设置多个螺钉固定点(5),该圆柱形壳体(2)能借助该螺钉固定点拧紧到该机动车辆上,该芳族聚酰胺纤维(4)是嵌入在这些螺钉固定点(5)的区域中的或者被覆层在该区域上的,这些芳族聚酰胺纤维(4)是作为织物被覆层到该圆柱形壳体(2)的塑料上的。
2.如权利要求1所述的圆柱形壳体,其特征在于该芳族聚酰胺纤维(4)是嵌入在该圆柱形壳体(2)的塑料之中或者覆层在该圆柱形壳体的塑料上的。
3.一种机动车辆,具有如以上权利要求中任意一项所述的至少一个圆柱形壳体(2)。
