内增温砖混膜厌氧罐,利用自动报警装置,告知密闭罐体内厌氧液的体积,从而除去了现有生产技术必须设计的溢流池装置,减少沼气的外泄,另一方面降低了建设成本,节约了占地面积;在罐体内部,增加了增温装置,给罐体内的沼液加热。由此大大提高沼液产沼的利用率。

该发明的目的
本发明的目的,在于提供一种内增温砖混膜厌氧罐,利用内增温装置,给罐体内的沼液加温,改善自然环境对沼液的影响,从而大大提高沼液产沼的效率。
该发明提供的内增温砖混膜厌氧罐的技术方案
本发明提供的厌氧罐,其特征在于,罐体为圆柱体,底部设计有进排料管道,进排料管道合二为一,体外用三通管加开启阀轮流使用。罐体用砖混结构垒砌而成,一侧设计有人行爬梯。上部设计有自动报警器。爬梯处设计玻璃透明观察孔,可开闭。顶端设计储气柜,并设计有环形人行道。罐顶与储气柜接触处,设计有透气圆孔的圆形盖板,用以支撑储气膜因无气时塌陷。在罐体内,上中下设计有散热器,给沼液加热。

1、罐体为圆柱体,底部设计有进排料管道,进排料管道合二为一,体外用三通管加开启阀轮流使用。罐体用砖混结构垒砌而成,一侧设计有人行爬梯。上部设计有自动报警器。爬梯处设计玻璃透明观察孔,可开闭。顶端设计储气柜,并设计有环形人行道。罐顶与储气柜接触处,设计有透气圆孔的圆形盖板,用以支撑储气膜因无气时塌陷。在罐体内,上中下设计有散热器,给沼液加热。
关闭排泄阀门,将料液用泵自底部的进排料管道泵入罐内。
2、将罐体内的料液达到生产要求体积时,报警器开始报警,工作人员关闭进料阀门,停止泵料液。
3、如需观察罐内的情况,可用手电照射观察孔,通过观察孔观察罐体内的情况。如观察孔不透明,可打开擦去附着物,然后再密闭。
4、用泵将料液自底部的外循环出料口抽出通过上部的外循环入口进入罐体内。每天一次,每次大约0.5-1小时。
5、罐体顶端与储气膜接触处,设计有纵横交错的横栏。或用一圆盖密封,圆盖的中间开一0.5米左右的圆孔,作为沼气上升到储气柜中的通道。
6、罐体顶部与储气膜接触处,环四周设计有人行走廊。
7、储气柜系膜具材料制作,上面开气流孔,观察孔。气流孔与一管道连接,输送给用户。
8、将热蒸汽或热液泵入罐体内的散热器内,给沼液加温,冷凝水通过回流管流到罐体外。
本发明的有益效果
该罐在原生产罐体的基础上,除去了溢流管及容纳溢流物的溢流罐。添加了内增温器和观察孔。将过去单一用作供料的管道改作为供排两用。除去了原生产罐中供料用的布料器。这样不仅大量降低建设用的成本,还能使料液充分利用,提高沼气产量。

五、具体实施方式
1、关闭排泄阀,将制作完毕的料液泵入罐体内。
2、当罐体内的料液达到需要的体积时,内增温器即刻报警,停止泵料。
3、必要时打开观察孔,或直接通过观察孔观察罐体内的状况。
4、需要更换新料液时,关闭进料阀,打开排料阀,将罐体内的料液排除1/3。然后关闭排料液阀,打开进料液阀,泵入新鲜的料液。
5、每天按时进行罐体外料液外循环0.5-1小时。
6、将蒸汽或热液泵入散热器内,冷凝水通过管道回流到罐体外。

1.内增温砖混膜厌氧罐,其特征在于:罐体为圆柱体,砖混结构;罐体外的底部设计有进排料管道,用一只三通管连接,并安装开关阀门;底部设计有沼液外循环出口;上部设计有内增温器,沼液外循环入口;罐体一侧设计有人行爬梯,以及位于爬梯一侧上部设计可开闭玻璃透明观察孔;顶端设计有储气柜,并设计有人行通道;罐体的顶端与储气柜相连处,设计有圆形盖板,盖板中间设计一圆形孔洞;罐体外设计保温层。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动增温砖混膜厌氧罐,其特征在于,罐体内上中下设计有散热器及冷凝水回流管。
