Abstract
内增温玻璃钢钢混膜厌氧罐是一种大型、特大型厌氧罐,利用内增温装置,对罐体内的沼液进行内增温,提高沼液产沼的效率。罐体为圆柱体,底部设计有进排料管道,进排料管道合二为一,体外用三通管加开启阀轮流使用。罐体用玻璃钢钢混结构,一侧设计有人行爬梯。爬梯处设计玻璃透明观察孔,可开闭。顶端设计储气柜,并设计有环形人行道。罐顶与储气柜接触处,设计有一圆形透气孔的盖板,用以支撑储气膜因无气时塌陷。罐内上、中、下设计安装散热器,并与外界相连通,以便为其提供热源。

该发明的目的
本发明的目的,在于提供一种大型、特大型内增温玻璃钢钢混膜厌氧罐,利用内增温装置,对罐体内的沼液进行内增温,提高沼液产沼的效率。
该发明提供的内增温玻璃钢钢混膜厌氧罐的技术方案
本发明提供的厌氧罐,其特征在于,罐体为圆柱体,底部设计有进排料管道,进排料管道合二为一,体外用三通管加开启阀轮流使用。罐体用玻璃钢钢混结构,一侧设计有人行爬梯。爬梯处设计玻璃透明观察孔,可开闭。顶端设计储气柜,并设计有环形人行道。罐顶与储气柜接触处,设计有一圆形透气孔的盖板,用以支撑储气膜因无气时塌陷。罐内上、中、下设计安装散热器,并与外界相连通,以便为其提供热源。
内增温玻璃钢钢混膜厌氧罐的内容简介
1、罐体为圆柱体,底部设计有进排料管道,进排料管道合二为一,体外用三通管加开启阀轮流使用。罐体用玻璃钢钢混结构建造而成,一侧设计有人行爬梯。爬梯处设计玻璃透明观察孔,可开闭。 顶端设计储气柜,并设计有环形人行道。罐顶与储气柜接触处,设计有一圆形透气孔的盖板,用以支撑储气膜因无气时塌陷。
罐内设计安装增温盘管,并与外界相连通,以便为其提供热源。
关闭排泄阀门,将料液用泵自底部的进排料管道泵入罐内。
2、将罐体内的料液达到生产要求体积时,工作人员关闭进料阀门,停止泵料液。
3、如需观察罐内的情况,可用手电照射观察孔,通过观察孔观察罐体内的情况。如观察孔不透明,可打开擦去附着物,然后再密闭。
4、排泄时打开排泄阀,关闭进料阀。
5、罐体顶端与储气膜接触处,设计有一圆盖密封,圆盖的中间开一0.5米左右的圆孔,作为沼气上升到储气柜中的通道。
6、罐体顶部与储气膜接触处,环四周设计有人行走廊。
7、储气柜系膜具材料制作,上面开气流孔,观察孔。气流孔与一管道连接,输送给用户。
8、将热蒸汽或热液泵入罐体内的散热器内,给沼液加温,冷凝水通过回流管流到罐体外。
本发明的有益效果
该罐在原生产罐体的基础上,添加了内增温器和观察孔。将过去单一用作供料的管道改作为供排两用。除去了原生产罐中供料用的布料器。这样不仅大量降低建设用的成本,增温还能使料液充分利用,提高沼气产量。

五、具体实施方式
1、关闭排泄阀,将制作完毕的料液泵入罐体内。
2、当罐体内的料液达到需要的体积时,停止泵料。
3、必要时打开观察孔,或直接通过观察孔观察罐体内的状况。
4、需要更换新料液时,关闭进料阀,打开排料阀,将罐体内的料液排除1/3。然后关闭排料液阀,打开进料液阀,泵入新鲜的料液。
5、每天按时开机进行罐体外循环0.5-1小时。
6、将蒸汽或热液泵入散热器内,冷凝水通过管道回流到罐体外。
