根据本人多年生产实践总结,由本人研发而成。
三,发明的内容
该发明的目的
本发明的目的,在于提供一种自动报警玻璃钢混膜厌氧罐,利用自动报警装置,告知罐体内厌氧液的多少,从而除去了溢流设施,即减少沼气的外泄,又大大降低了建设成本,大大提高沼液产沼的效率。
该发明提供的自动报警玻璃钢混膜厌氧罐的技术方案
本发明提供的厌氧罐,其特征在于,罐体为圆柱体,底部设计有进排料管道,进排料管道合二为一,体外用三通管加开启阀轮流使用,底部设计有沼液外循环出口。罐体用玻璃钢混结构建造而成,一侧设计有人行爬梯。上部设计有自动报警器,沼液外循环入口。爬梯处设计玻璃透明观察孔,可开闭。顶端设计储气柜,并设计有环形人行道。罐顶与储气柜接触处,设计有遮栏,用以支撑储气膜因无气时塌陷。
自动报警玻璃钢混膜厌氧罐的内容简介
1、罐体为圆柱体,底部设计有进排料管道,进排料管道合二为一,体外用三通管加开启阀轮流使用,底部设计有沼液外循环出口。罐体用玻璃钢混结构建造而成,一侧设计有人行爬梯。上部设计有自动报警器,沼液外循环入口。爬梯处设计玻璃透明观察孔,可开闭。顶端设计储气柜,并设计有环形人行道。罐顶与储气柜接触处,设计有遮栏,用以支撑储气膜因无气时塌陷。
关闭排泄阀门,将料液用泵自底部的进排料管道泵入罐内。
2、将罐体内的料液达到生产要求体积时,报警器开始报警,工作人员关闭进料阀门,停止泵料液。
3、如需观察罐内的情况,可用手电照射观察孔,通过观察孔观察罐体内的情况。如观察孔不透明,可打开擦去附着物,然后再密闭。
4、用泵将料液自底部的外循环出料口抽出通过上部的外循环入口进入罐体内。每天一次,每次大约0.5-1小时。
5、罐体顶端与储气膜接触处,设计有纵横交错的横栏。或用一圆盖密封,圆盖的中间开一0.5米左右的圆孔,作为沼气上升到储气柜中的通道。
6、罐体顶部与储气膜接触处,环四周设计有人行走廊。
7、储气柜系膜具材料制作,上面开气流孔,观察孔。气流孔与一管道连接,输送给用户。
本发明的有益效果
该罐在原生产罐体的基础上,除去了溢流管及容纳溢流物的溢流罐。添加了自动报警器和观察孔。将过去单一用作供料的管道改作为供排两用。除去了原生产罐中供料用的布料器。这样不仅大量降低建设用的成本,还能使料液充分利用,提高沼气产量。

五、具体实施方式
1、关闭排泄阀,将制作完毕的料液泵入罐体内。
2、当罐体内的料液达到需要的体积时,自动报警器即刻报警,停止泵料。
3、必要时打开观察孔,或直接通过观察孔观察罐体内的状况。
4、需要更换新料液时,关闭进料阀,打开排料阀,将罐体内的料液排除1/3。然后关闭排料液阀,打开进料液阀,泵入新鲜的料液。
5、每天按时进行罐体外料液外循环0.5-1小时。

1.自动报警玻璃钢混膜厌氧罐,其特征在于:罐体为圆柱体,玻璃钢混结构;罐体外的底部设计有进排料管道,用一只三通管连接,并安装开关阀门;底部设计有沼液外循环出口;上部设计有自动报警器,沼液外循环入口;罐体一侧设计有人行爬梯,以及位于爬梯一侧上部设计可开闭玻璃透明观察孔;顶端设计有储气柜,并设计有人行通道;罐体的顶端与储气柜相连处,设计有圆形盖板,盖板中间设计一圆形孔洞;罐体外设计保温层。
