Abstract

塑料钢混结构厌氧器是一种利用内增温、内搅拌、自动报警装置,对器体内的沼液进行内增温、内搅拌,提高沼液产沼的效率。器体为圆柱体,底部设计有进排料管道,进排料管道合二为一,体外用三通管加开启阀轮流使用。器体用塑料钢混结构,一侧设计有人行爬梯。爬梯处设计玻璃透明观察孔,可开闭。顶端设计储气柜,并设计有环形人行道。器顶与储气柜接触处,设计有一圆形透气孔的盖板,用以支撑储气膜因无气时塌陷。器内设计安装螺旋状散热器,并与外界相连通,以便为其提供热源。

一,技术领域
本发明提供一种塑料钢混结构厌氧器。 
二,背景技术
根据本人对多年生产实践经验进行总结,继而由本人研发而成。 
三,发明内容 
该发明的目的 
本发明的目的,在于提供一种塑料钢混结构厌氧器,为设计大型、特大型的厌氧器提供条件。利用内搅拌、保温、增温、自动报警器报警装置,对器体内的沼液进行搅拌、增温,大大提高沼液产沼的效率,同时又节约投资成本。 
该发明提供的技术方案 
本发明提供的厌氧器,其特征在于,器体为圆柱体,顶部设计半球形储气柜。也可设计为其他柱体、台体、椎体、球体、椭球体,以及其相互组合而成的几何体。钢混结构,可设计大型、特大型塑料钢混结构厌氧器。底部设计有进排料管道,进排料管道合二为一,体外用三通管加开启阀轮流使用。底部相对两处设计可开启密封门,厌氧器体用塑料钢混结构建造而成,一侧设计有人行爬梯。 
在器顶圆形盖板的中央,向下悬挂设计一密室,然后再横向设计一密闭人行通道使该密室与外界爬梯顶部的厌氧器壁设计的可开启门 连通。在该密室内安装动力装置及向下垂入沼液中的搅拌装置。该走廊壁上设计玻璃透明观察孔,可开闭;廊壁上设计可开闭门,自动报警器安装在该门上。 
顶端设计储气柜,并设计有环形人行道。储气柜上设计观察孔、沼气出口。器顶与储气柜接触处,设计一圆形盖板,用以支撑储气膜因无气时塌陷。盖板的一侧设计透沼气气流通道。 
厌氧器内一根空心管设计双螺旋的热液或暖气管道,自下而上盘旋,然后自上而下盘旋。进气孔,出气孔均与外界热源连通,用以给沼液增温。厌氧器壁外设计保温层,器底座设计隔热层。 
内容简介 
1、器体为圆柱体,底部设计有进排料管道,进排料管道合二为一,体外用三通管加开启阀轮流使用。器体用塑料钢混结构建造而成,一侧设计有人行爬梯。顶端设计储气柜,并设计有环形人行道。器顶与储气柜接触处,设计有一圆形透气孔的盖板,用以支撑储气膜因无气时塌陷。 
在器顶圆形盖板的中央,向下悬挂设计一密室,然后横向设计一密闭人行通道使该密室与爬梯顶部器壁上设计的可开启门连通。在该密室内安装动力装置、及向下垂入沼液中的搅拌装置。该通道墙壁上设计玻璃透明观察孔,可开启;并设计安装自动报警器。 
关闭排泄阀门,将料液用泵自底部的进排料管道泵入器内。 
2、将器体内的料液达到生产要求体积时,报警器开始报警,工作 人员关闭进料阀门,停止泵料液。 
3、如需观察器内的情况,可用手电照射观察孔,通过观察孔观察器体内的情况。如观察孔不透明,可打开擦去附着物,然后再密闭。 
4、每天开机搅拌一次,每次大约0.5-1小时。 
5、器体顶端与储气膜接触处,设计有一圆盖密封,圆盖的中间开一0.5米左右的圆孔,作为沼气上升到储气柜中的通道。 
6、器体顶部与储气膜接触处,环四周设计有人行走廊。 
7、储气柜系膜具材料制作,上面开气流孔,观察孔。气流孔与一管道连接,输送给用户。 
8、厌氧器壁外,设计保温层;内设计增温盘管;底部设计隔热保温层。 
9、为增加该厌氧器的承载力,在其四周增加钢结构支架。 
10、内部整修时,排干净厌氧器内部沼液;再打开前后两密封门和上部廊壁上的可开启门,让残余沼气排尽,方可作业。 
本发明的有益效果 
该器在原生产器体的基础上,除去了溢流管及容纳溢流物的溢流器。添加了内搅拌器、增温盘管、自动报警器、密封门和观察孔等。将过去单一用作供料的管道改作为供排两用。除去了原生产器中供料用的布料器。这样不仅大量降低建设用的成本,还能使料液充分利用,提高沼气产量,防止器内沼液结壳而堵塞沼气流通。

五、具体实施方式
1、关闭排泄阀,将制作完毕的料液泵入器体内。 
2、当器体内的料液达到需要的体积时,报警器即刻报警,停止泵料。 
3、必要时打开观察孔,或直接通过观察孔观察厌氧器体内的状况。 
4、需要更换新料液时,关闭进料阀,打开排料阀,将器体内的料液排除1/3。然后关闭排料液阀,打开进料液阀,泵入新鲜的料液。 
5、每天按时进行开机搅拌0.5-1小时。 
6、通过厌氧器体内增温盘管的外循环接口,给厌氧器内沼液增温。

7.根据权利要求1所述的塑料钢混结构厌氧器,其特征在于:顶端设计储气柜,并设计有环形人行道。储气柜上设计观察孔、沼气出口。
8.根据权利要求1所述的塑料钢混结构厌氧器,其特征在于:器顶与储气柜接触处,设计一圆形盖板,用以支撑储气膜因无气时塌陷。盖板的一侧设计透沼气气流通道。
9.根据权利要求1所述的塑料钢混结构厌氧器,其特征在于:厌氧器内一根空心管设计双螺旋的热液或暖气管道,自下而上盘旋,然后自上而下盘旋。进气孔,出气孔均与外界热源连通,用以给沼液增温。
10.根据权利要求1所述的塑料钢混结构厌氧器,其特征在于:厌氧器壁外设计保温层,器底座设计隔热层。
