Abstract
本发明是一种阻燃高光洁度ABS合金专用料。其特征在于:采用先进的生产技术,将ABS、聚碳酸酯、增容剂、增韧剂、阻燃剂等组合在一起,制备出一种阻燃ABS/PC合金材料。本发明所提供的阻燃ABS/PC合金材料,具有优异的综合性能;其制品具有优良的力学、耐温、冲击性能和阻燃性,其阻燃性达到UL94V-0级。制品注塑成型性好、外形美观,可用于通讯器材、计算机、办公设备、汽车、电器/电子零部件和工业用零部件等大小型零部件。可替代PC应用于某些领域,又可代替ABS用于工作环境较苛刻的领域。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料改性技术,尤其是制造一种阻燃高光洁度ABS合金专用料的新技术。
背景技术
ABS树脂是一种应用广泛的热塑性工程塑料,表面光洁,具有良好的加工性能和抗冲击性能,价格适中,综合性能良好。但是ABS树脂易燃,没有阻燃性,常常导致火灾事故,给人们带来生命财产损失,从而限制了其在一些领域的应用。
PC树脂是一种广泛使用的工程塑料,具有多方面的优异性能,如优异的电绝缘性、尺寸稳定性、耐热性,还具有自熄、阻燃等性能,但价格较昂贵。ABS树脂与PC相容性较差,为提高相容性,可在体系中加入增溶剂。采用具有阻燃性的PC与ABS进行共混,生成的ABS/PC合金材料的综合性能较好,特别具有优良的力学、耐温、冲击性能和阻燃性,其阻燃性达到UL94 V-0级。加工性能良好,还具有良好的耐应力开裂性能。
发明内容
本发明提供一种阻燃高光洁度ABS合金专用料,它是由ABS;聚碳酸酯,即PC;增容剂;增韧剂;阻燃剂等组成。在成型前,首先要对粒料进行干燥,干燥条件是在120℃烘干4-6h。将计量好的ABS、PC以及其他助剂放入高速混合机中,先低速搅拌片刻,再高速搅拌少许时间,至均匀。在双螺杆挤出机上熔融共混造粒,制备出一种阻燃高光洁度ABS合金专用料。

以下通过实施例进一步说明本发明:
实施例1:
一种阻燃高光洁度ABS合金专用料配方:(质量份)

增容剂SMA M14 | 5 |
增韧剂ACR | 6 |
阻燃剂RDP | 14 |
将计量好的ABS、PC树脂以及SMA M14、ACR、RDP等其他助剂放入高速混合机中,先低速搅拌片刻,再高速搅拌少许时间,至均匀。在双螺杆挤出机上挤出造粒,挤出温度控制在190-230℃之间,制备出一种阻燃高光洁度ABS合金专用料。试验样条的制备用注塑机注塑成型,注射温度为210-265℃,样条放置16h以后,再测试各项性能。
其挤出成型工艺(温度℃)参数:

实施例2:

将计量好的ABS、PC树脂以及GPM 400A、MBS、BDP等其他助剂放入高速混合机中,先低速搅拌片刻,再高速搅拌少许时间,至均匀。在双螺杆挤出机上挤出造粒,挤出温度控制在190-230℃之间,制备出阻燃ABS/PC合金材料。试验样条的制备用注塑机注塑成型,注射温度为210-265℃,样条放置16h以后,再测试各项性能。

本发明方法制成的阻燃ABS/PVC合金材料具有优异的性能,其性能指标如下:(1)缺口冲击强度/KJ/m2≥12;(2)断裂伸长率/%≥40;(3)氧指数/%≥30;(4)吸水率/%≤0.5;(5)拉伸强度/MPa≥50;(6)水平垂直燃烧指数达到:UL94 V-0级。

Claims (2)
1.一种阻燃高光洁度ABS合金专用料,包括ABS;聚碳酸酯,即PC;增容剂;增韧剂;阻燃剂等,其特征在于,PC的重量分数为75;ABS的重量分数为25-30;增容剂的重量分数为5-7;增韧剂的重量分数为7-10;阻燃剂的重量分数为14-18。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃高光洁度ABS合金专用料,其特征在于,双螺杆挤出机在生产制品时温度要控制在190-230℃之间,用注塑机注塑成型的方法制备试验样条时,注射温度控制在210-265℃之间。
