Abstract
本专利提供了一种电线电缆阻燃聚乙烯专用料,通过双螺杆挤出机在一定的工艺条件下,将聚乙烯树脂、增韧剂、无卤膨胀型阻燃剂、消烟剂按一定的配比和工艺流程制备成具有电线电缆阻燃聚乙烯专用料,该种材料吸水率低、低温韧性好、阻燃性能和耐热性能均得到一定提高,在电子电气、汽车、建筑、运输、家电等行业应用广泛。

技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料改性技术,尤其是一种电线电缆阻燃聚乙烯专用料。
背景技术
PE因具有优良的综合性能而成为应用最为广泛的通用塑料之一,但是其低温韧性差,不耐磨,易老化,耐热性能和阻燃性能一般,限制了它在电子电气、汽车、建筑、运输和家电等行业的发展。
多年来,为了改善PE的上述缺点,高分子材料工作者一直致力于对其进行增韧及阻燃改性。但是,大多数阻燃剂含有卤素,燃烧时会产生大量烟雾并且污染环境。因此,谋求一种阻燃聚乙烯专用料是十分必要的。
发明内容
本发明提供一种低烟无卤阻燃PE专用料,它是由聚丙烯,即PE;增韧剂;无卤膨胀型阻燃剂;消烟剂等组成。首先将计量好的无卤膨胀型阻燃剂和消烟剂加入高速混合机中高速混合,至温度升至100℃时停止混合;待温度降至50℃时再将计量好的聚丙烯、增韧剂放入高速混合机中高速混合均匀后,经双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,制备出电线电缆阻燃聚乙烯专用料。

实施例1:
电线电缆阻燃聚乙烯专用料:(Kg)

阻燃剂,RHPP-028 | 25 |
消烟剂,Mg(OH)2 | 2 |
将计量好的无卤膨胀型阻燃剂RHPP-028和消烟剂Mg(OH)2加入高速混合机中高速混合,至温度升至100℃时停止混合;待温度降至50℃时再将计量好的PP、EVA、EVA-g-MAH放入高速混合机中高速混合均匀后,经双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,制备出低烟无卤阻燃PE专用料。
其挤出成型工艺(温度℃)参数:

消烟剂,CaCO3 | 4 |
将计量好的无卤膨胀型阻燃剂结晶Ⅱ型聚磷酸铵和消烟剂CaCO3加入高速混合机中高速混合,至温度升至100℃时停止混合;待温度降至50℃时再将计量好的PE、POE、POE-g-MAH放入高速混合机中高速混合均匀后,经双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,制备出电线电缆阻燃聚乙烯专用料。

本发明方法制成的电线电缆阻燃聚乙烯专用料具有优异的性能,其性能指标如下:(1)缺口冲击强度/KJ/m2≥10;(2)断裂伸长率/%≥100;(3)氧指数/%≥35;(4)吸水率/%≤0.5;(5)拉伸强度/MPa≥60。

1.一种电线电缆阻燃聚乙烯专用料,包括材料组分,工艺流程,组分的分散状态,以及加工工艺条件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电线电缆阻燃聚乙烯专用料,其特征在于:其中所述的材料组分为聚乙烯,即PE;增韧剂;无卤膨胀型阻燃剂;消烟剂,并且,PE的重量份数为100;增韧剂的重量份数为1-30;无卤膨胀型阻燃剂的重量份数为1-30;消烟剂的重量份数为1-6。
