Abstract

一种再生阻燃HIPS材料,它涉及高分子材料中通用塑料改性技术领域。的组成和重量百分比分别为:再生阻燃HIPS材料0~95%、增韧剂1~3%、复合阻燃剂3~8%、抗氧剂0.2~0.4%、抗滴落剂0.1~0.2%、加工助剂0.3~1%;本发明采用由溴代三嗪、三氧化二锑、锡酸锌组成的复合阻燃剂与再生阻燃HIPS材料(UL94/V-1)及其它助剂熔融共混制得的高阻燃HIPS材料,可以完全达到UL94/V-0的阻燃级别,即有焰燃烧时间小于10秒,无焰燃烧时间小于30秒;具有低成本、高阻燃性的优点,同时还具有抑烟的作用,在一定的场合下,可以替代使用原料生产的阻燃HIPS材料,可应用于家电外壳,音响外壳等方面。

Description

一种再生阻燃HIPS材料及其制备方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及高分子材料中通用塑料改性技术领域,具体涉及一种再生阻燃HIPS材料的配方及其制备方法。 
背景技术:
高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS),是一种综合性能优良的材料,具有优良的力学性能、电绝缘性、加工性等优点。为了满足HIPS材料阻燃性的要求,人们对HIPS材料进行了阻燃改性,阻燃HIPS材料被广泛应用于家电领域,如显示器后壳,音响外壳等。 
目前,再生阻燃HIPS材料由于价格低廉,通过添加一定的复合阻燃剂,增韧剂以及其他助剂对其进行改性,可以大大的降低成本,在显示器后壳领域获得了广泛的应用。再生阻燃HIPS材料由于经过多次使用,一般阻燃级别只能达到UL94/V-1级,无焰燃烧时间大于30秒,通过添加常用的溴锑阻燃体系也很难达到UL94/V-0的阻燃级别。 
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种再生阻燃HIPS材料,它具有低成本、高阻燃性的优点,同时还具有抑烟的作用,在一定的场合下,可以替代使用原料生产的阻燃HIPS材料,可应用于家电外壳,音响外壳等方面。 
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本发明的组成和重量百分比分别为:再生阻燃HIPS材料0~95%、增韧剂1~3%、复合阻燃剂3~8%、抗氧剂0.2~0.4%、抗滴落剂0.1~0.2%、加工助剂0.3~1%。 
它的制备方法为: 
1)、称取配方中的各组分,倒入高速混合机中混合均匀,搅拌所需时间为2~5min。 
2)、将步骤1混匀后的物料加入到双螺杆挤出机的料斗中,经高温挤出机熔融共混挤出、冷却、风干、造粒即可。 
所述的步骤2中双螺杆挤出机的温度设置为:一区:180~190℃;二区:190~200℃;三区:200~210℃;四区:200~210℃;五区:200~210℃;六区:200~210℃;七区:200~210℃;八区:190~200℃;机头温度:190~200℃;螺杆转速控制在200~400r/min。 
所述的再生阻燃HIPS材料是阻燃级别为UL94/V-1的水口料。 
所述的增韧剂剂为苯乙烯/丁二烯/苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物。 
所述的复合阻燃剂由溴代三嗪、三氧化二锑、锡酸锌组成。 
所述的抗氧剂可以由主抗氧剂四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯和辅助抗氧剂亚磷酸三(2·4-二叔丁基苯基)酯混合而成。 
所述的加工助剂为CaSt2和EBS中的一种或两种,可以大幅度提高产品的流动性、加工性、表面光泽度,同时也可以提高阻燃剂在材料中的分散均匀性。 
本发明采用由溴代三嗪、三氧化二锑、锡酸锌组成的复合阻燃剂与再生阻燃HIPS材料(UL94/V-1)及其它助剂熔融共混制得的高阻燃HIPS材料,可以完全达到UL94/V-0的阻燃级别,即有焰燃烧时间小于10秒,无焰燃烧时间小于30秒。 
本发明具有以下有益效果:具有低成本、高阻燃性的优点,同时还具有抑烟的作用,在一定的场合下,可以替代使用原料生产的阻燃HIPS材料,可应用于家电外壳,音响外壳等方面。 
具体实施方式:
本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:本发明的组成和重量百分比分别为:再生阻燃HIPS材料50%、增韧剂2%、复合阻燃剂5%、抗氧剂0.3%、抗滴落剂0.2%、加工助剂0.8%。 
它的制备方法为: 
1)、称取配方中的各组分,倒入高速混合机中混合均匀,搅拌所需时间为2~5min。 
2)、将步骤1混匀后的物料加入到双螺杆挤出机的料斗中,经高温挤出机熔融共混挤出、冷却、风干、造粒即可。 
所述的步骤2中双螺杆挤出机的温度设置为:一区:180~190℃;二区:190~200℃;三区:200~210℃;四区:200~210℃;五区:200~210℃;六区:200~210℃;七区:200~210℃;八区:190~200℃;机头温度:190~200℃;螺杆转速控制在200~400r/min。

称取再生阻燃HIPS材料94kg,SBS 1kg,复合阻燃剂4kg(溴代三嗪2.5kg、三氧化二锑0.5kg、锡酸锌1kg),抗滴落剂0.1kg,抗氧剂0.4kg(主抗氧剂1010 0.2kg、辅抗氧剂168 0.2kg),EBS0.5kg;然后在高速混合机中搅拌3min。再将混匀后的料加入到双螺杆挤出机的料斗中,控制各段温度在:一区:185℃;二区:195℃;三区:200℃;四区:200℃;五区:205℃;六区:210℃;七区:210℃;八区:205℃;机头温度:195℃,螺杆转速280r/min,经熔融共混挤出、水冷、风干、切粒、烘干,最后包装成袋即再生阻燃 HIPS材料。 
实施例2 
称取再生阻燃HIPS材料93kg,SBS 2kg,复合阻燃剂4kg(溴代三嗪2.5kg、三氧化二锑0.5kg、锡酸锌1kg),抗滴落剂0.1kg,抗氧剂0.4kg(主抗氧剂1010 0.2kg、辅抗氧剂168 0.2kg),EBS0.5kg;然后在高速混合机中搅拌3min。再将混匀后的料加入到双螺杆挤出机的料斗中,控制各段温度在:一区:185℃;二区:195℃;三区:200℃;四区:200℃;五区:205℃;六区:210℃;七区:210℃;八区:205℃;机头温度:195℃,螺杆转速280r/min,经熔融共混挤出、水冷、风干、切粒、烘干,最后包装成袋即再生阻燃HIPS材料。 
实施例3 
称取再生阻燃HIPS材料91kg,SBS 3kg,复合阻燃剂5kg(溴代三嗪3.2kg、三氧化二锑0.8kg、锡酸锌1kg),抗滴落剂0.1kg,抗氧剂0.4kg(主抗氧剂1010 0.2kg、辅抗氧剂168 0.2kg),EBS0.5kg;然后在高速混合机中搅拌3min。再将混匀后的料加入到双螺杆挤出机的料斗中,控制各段温度在:一区:185℃;二区:195℃;三区:200℃;四区:200℃;五区:205℃;六区:210℃;七区:210℃;八区:205℃;机头温度:195℃,螺杆转速280r/min,经熔融共混挤出、水冷、风干、切粒、烘干,最后包装成袋即再生阻燃HIPS材料。 
实施例4 
称取再生阻燃HIPS材料92kg,SBS 2kg,复合阻燃剂5kg(溴代三嗪3.2kg、三氧化二锑0.8kg、锡酸锌1kg),抗滴落剂0.1kg,抗氧剂0.4kg(主抗氧剂1010 0.2kg、辅抗氧剂168 0.2kg),EBS0.5kg;然后在高速混合机中搅拌3min。再将混匀后的料加入到双螺杆挤出机的料斗中,控制各段温度在:一区:185℃;二区:195℃;三区:200℃;四区:200℃;五区:205℃;六区:210℃;七区:210℃;八区:205℃;机头温度:195℃,螺杆转速280r/min,经熔融共混挤出、水冷、风干、切粒、烘干,最后包装成袋即再生阻燃HIPS材料。 

Claims (8)

1.一种再生阻燃HIPS材料,其特征在于组成和重量百分比分别为:再生阻燃HIPS材料0~95%、增韧剂1~3%、复合阻燃剂3~8%、抗氧剂0.2~0.4%、抗滴落剂0.1~0.2%、加工助剂0.3~1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种再生阻燃HIPS材料,其特征在于它的制备方法为:
1)、称取配方中的各组分,倒入高速混合机中混合均匀,搅拌所需时间为2~5min;
2)、将步骤1混匀后的物料加入到双螺杆挤出机的料斗中,经高温挤出机熔融共混挤出、冷却、风干、造粒即可。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种再生阻燃HIPS材料,其特征在于所述的步骤2中双螺杆挤出机的温度设置为:一区:180~190℃;二区:190~200℃;三区:200~210℃;四区:200~210℃;五区:200~210℃;六区:200~210℃;七区:200~210℃;八区:190~200℃;机头温度:190~200℃;螺杆转速控制在200~400r/min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种再生阻燃HIPS材料,其特征在于所述的再生阻燃HIPS材料是阻燃级别为UL94/V-1的水口料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种再生阻燃HIPS材料,其特征在于所述的增韧剂剂为苯乙烯/丁二烯/苯乙烯三嵌段共聚物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种再生阻燃HIPS材料,其特征在于所述的复合阻燃剂由溴代三嗪、三氧化二锑、锡酸锌组成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种再生阻燃HIPS材料,其特征在于所述的抗氧剂可以由主抗氧剂四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯和辅助抗氧剂亚磷酸三(2·4-二叔丁基苯基)酯混合而成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种再生阻燃HIPS材料,其特征在于所述的加工助剂为CaSt2和EBS中的一种或两种。
