技术领域
本发明涉及紧固件领域,且更具体地,涉及可锁定的快动-扣钩(snap-clip)紧固件。
背景技术
本发明为可锁定的扣夹,其比现有技术的扣夹包括更少的零件,且以简单的方式使用这些零件,这使得本发明的扣夹优于现有技术的扣夹。
本发明表现为背离现有技术,其中本发明的扣夹提出一种可锁定的扣夹,其使用起来简单且直观,且会保持在锁定或解锁构造中,直到使用者期望从一个状态切换到另一个状态。
发明内容
鉴于已知类型的快动-扣钩紧固件的前述的固有缺陷,本发明提供一种可锁定的快动-扣钩紧固件。就其本身而言,本发明总的目的是提供一种新的改进的可锁定的快动-扣钩紧固件,该快动-扣钩紧固件使用起来容易且直观,使用少的部件零件且降低制造成本。
为了实现这些目标,根据本发明的快动-扣钩紧固件包括在枢转点处连结且由弹簧偏置在闭合位置中的两个颌构件。锁定条杆穿过一个颌构件,且在弹簧的端部下方滑动。该条杆可以经过到颌构件的一侧或另一侧,该条杆穿过颌构件,且由弹簧保持就位。在一个位置中,条杆阻挡另一个颌构件通过,而在另一个位置中,其允许通过。

参考图1和图2,两个颌体(下颌12和上颌14)形成紧固件10。上颌14托住下颌12。下颌12和上颌14相对于彼此绕滚销15枢转,且由扭簧13偏置在闭合位置中。锁定条杆16穿过上颌14的中间部分,且可以选择性地阻止下颌12相对于其的移动。此阻止允许使用者按照其意愿将紧固件10锁定在不可移动位置中。

锁定条杆16穿过在上颌14中的枢转孔42后方的通道44。锁定条杆的特征在于具有两个渐缩端62、68、偏心的竖直凹口66以及存在于类似的偏心水平凹口中的脊64。脊64和水平凹口共同地在脊64的任一侧上形成两个止动件。当就位时,水平凹口存在于锚定在后脊46中的弹簧13的端部下方。图8中更好地示出了这些零件之间的相互作用。

Claims (6)

1.一种扣钩紧固件,其包括:
a.两个铰接地可相对的颌,两个颌都偏置到闭合位置中;
b.锁定条杆,其就位于所述颌的一个中的通道内,且能够通过其横向可滑动地运动,所述锁定条杆进一步包括:
i.竖直凹口,其位于所述锁定条杆的偏心处;
ii.水平凹口,其位于所述竖直凹口的相对侧上的偏心处;以及
iii.脊,其存在于所述水平凹口内,使得通过所述脊和所述水平凹口的内部形成两个止动件;
c.止挡件,其靠近所述锁定条杆从一个颌延伸;以及
d.弹簧,其具有至少一个端部;

4.根据权利要求3所述的锁定机构,所述脊与所述扭簧的所述臂相互配合,使得当所述锁定条杆处于打开位置时,所述脊在所述扭簧的所述臂的一侧上,且当所述锁定条杆处于闭合位置时,所述脊在所述扭簧的所述臂的另一侧上。
5.根据权利要求2所述的锁定机构,所述脊与所述扭簧的所述臂相互配合,使得当所述锁定条杆处于打开位置时,所述脊在所述扭簧的所述臂的一侧上,且当所述锁定条杆处于闭合位置时,所述脊在所述扭簧的所述臂的另一侧上。
6.一种扣钩紧固件,其包括:
a.下颌,所述下颌进一步包括:
i.后部杆的端部;
ii.两个远端突起,各自在所述下颌的每一侧上,且每个都具有孔,使得该两个远端突起的所述孔同轴;
