Description

閉鎖鉤
本發明係與吊掛器具有關,更詳而言之是指一種使用方便且具安全性的閉鎖鉤。
已知掛鉤主要利用一鉤體用以吊掛重物,又為防範被吊掛物滑脫,部分掛鉤更設置有一鎖體,該鎖體樞接於該鉤體上,並可作活動樞擺。而為確保該鎖體不至於恣意擺動,有業者遂設計有安全開關,用以控制該鎖體僅在特定情形下始能被扳動。
美國 專利第3,940,173號「安全掛鉤」(Safety Hook)之發明專利案,如該案之圖示所揭(以下標號係援用該案之標註),是利用一具有一大徑部50b及一小徑部50c之鎖栓50與一鎖體40上之一凸部44的相互作用,達到鎖掣該鎖體40於閉合狀態,以避免掛鉤所吊掛之重物意外地脫落。
該案所揭露的安全掛鉤具有二握持槽(thumb receiving groove)39、39a供使用者在操作該鎖栓50時供手部抓握(gripping)用,但這樣的淺槽設計不便於使用者施力穩定該安全掛鉤。亦即,為了方便施力,可能有使用者會以手部抓握住該鉤體12(如圖1所示),如此一來,當重物被吊掛在該鉤體12上時,很有可能會壓傷使用者的手部。
有鑑於此,本發明之主要目的在於提供一種閉鎖鉤,其結構簡易,且操作方便,並可確保吊掛作業中的安全性。
緣以達成上述目的,本發明所提供的閉鎖鉤包括一鉤體、一鎖體與一鎖栓。其中,該鉤體具有一第一部、一第二部及一握持部;其中,該握持部具有至少一連接部連接在該第一部上,且該握持部之其他部份與該第一部間形成一透空區;該第一部之一側部上具有一操作部,其寬度等於或大約等於該連接部與該第一部連接處之寬度;該鎖體樞設於該鉤體之第一部上,而可於該鉤體上之一第一位置及一第二位置間往復樞轉者;該鎖體具有一端部,係於該鎖體位於該第一位置時,抵接該鉤體之第二部者;另外,該鎖體具有一凸部,係於該鎖體在該第一位置與該第二位置間往復擺轉時,沿一以該鎖體之樞轉中心為中心之圓弧路徑往復移動者,且該凸部具有一抵擋面;該鎖栓設於該鉤體之操作部上,係可沿一平行於該鎖體之樞軸之方向,在一閉鎖位置及一非閉鎖位置間往復移動者;該鎖栓具有一大徑部及一小徑部,其中,當該鎖栓位於該閉鎖位置上且該鎖體位於該第一位置時,該大徑部位於該凸部之移動路徑上,且抵接該凸部之抵擋面,而限制該鎖體往該第二位置移動。
使用者在操作上述閉鎖鉤時,可以將手握持在該握持部,可避免手部被所吊掛的重物壓(夾)傷。
為能更清楚地說明本發明,茲舉較佳實施例並配合圖示詳細說明如后。
圖2至圖5所示為本發明一較佳實施例之閉鎖鉤100,該閉鎖鉤100是以應用於吊掛重物使用為例,其包括有一鉤體10、一鎖體20、一軸桿30、一鎖栓40、一插銷50與一彈簧60。
請配合圖6及圖7所示,該鉤體10具有一左側面10a與一右側面10b,且該鉤體10區分有一第一部12、一第二部14與一握持部16;在本實施例中,該第二部14呈勾狀以方便鉤取重物。
該握持部16在本實施例中為彎弧狀,且具有一第一連接部161及一第二連接部162,該二連接部161、162分別連接在該第一部12上;在本實施例中,該二連接部161、162之外徑分別向該第一部12方向擴大,以強化該握持部16與該第一部12之連接強度。另外,該握持部16之其他部份與該第一部12間形成一透空區18,以利於使用者的手握持該握持部16。
該第一部12之一側部上具有一操作部12e,其寬度W等於或大約等於該第一連接部161與該第一部12連接處之寬度。另外,該操作部12e具有一表面12f,係相對地低陷於該左側面10a。
該第一部12具有一槽12a、一樞軸孔12b、一穿孔12c與 一銷孔12d。其中,該槽12a係自鉤體10頂緣朝下切設而成;該樞軸孔12b與該穿孔12c各別連通該槽12a,且該穿孔12c位於該操作部12e上而一端於該表面12f形成一開口12c1,另外,該穿孔12c的另一端未穿透該右側面10b,藉此形成一止擋面10c;該銷孔12d連通該穿孔12c。
該鎖體20位於該鉤體10的槽12a中,且透過該軸桿30穿設該樞軸孔12b與該鎖體20之一軸孔26後,使得該鎖體20樞設於該鉤體10之第一部12上,並可於圖8所示之一第一位置P1及圖9所示之一第二位置P2間活動樞擺。該鎖體20另具有一掛環22、一端部24與一凸部28,其中該掛環22用以提供如吊掛索穿繞或掛鉤扣接用。該端部24係自該掛環22往外延伸而成,且該端部24在該鎖體20位於該第一位置P1時(圖8參照),抵接該鉤體10之第二部14,並因此與該鉤體10間形成一封閉空間S,以避免吊掛於該鉤體10上之物品脫落。該凸部28於該鎖體20在該第一位置P1與該第二位置P2之間往復擺轉時,沿著一以該鎖體20之樞轉中心為中心之圓弧路徑往復移動,且該凸部28具有一抵擋面28a。
該鎖栓40與該彈簧60一同設置於該鉤體10的穿孔12c中,其中該彈簧60一端抵接該止擋面10c,另一端抵接該鎖栓40,該彈簧60提供一頂推力促使該鎖栓40維持往預定方向移動。而該鎖栓40係呈平行該軸桿30,且該鎖栓40具有一大徑部42及一因自該鎖栓40切削一槽所形成的小徑部44, 且該大徑部42上設有一沿著軸向設置的長槽42a。當該插銷50穿過該鉤體10的銷孔12d,且插銷50一端插入該長槽42a後,使得該鎖栓40受到限位而僅可於圖6所示的一閉鎖位置P3與圖7所示的一非閉鎖位置P4之間往復移動。更具體地說,在該鎖栓40位處圖6所示的閉鎖位置P3,且該鎖體20位於圖8所示的第一位置P1時,該大徑部42位於該凸部28之移動路徑上,且抵接該凸部28之抵擋面28a,致該鎖體20無法相對該鉤體10往該第二位置P2方向樞擺,如此可防範被吊掛物不慎滑脫而衍生安全疑慮。
在該鎖栓40因操作者施予壓力F克服該彈簧60之彈力而移動至圖7所示的非閉鎖位置P4時,該大徑部42離開該凸部28的移動路徑,此時使用者可扳動該鎖體20,使該鎖體20之端部24離開該鉤體10之第二部14,使該鉤體10處於可供吊掛物件或取出物件之狀態。
請參閱圖10,使用者在操作本實施例之閉鎖鉤100時,可將食指、中指、無名指及小指配合手掌握持在該握持部16上,並將姆指壓在該鎖栓40的外露端,且施力將該鎖栓40往該穿孔12c方向壓下,使該鎖栓40之大徑部42離開該凸部28之抵擋面28a及該凸部28之移動路徑。此時,使用者上提該鉤體10,即可促成該鉤體10之第二部14離開該鎖體20之端部24,以使該鉤體10處於可供吊掛重物G或取出重物G之狀態。
請參閱圖11,當重物G已被吊掛於在鉤體10上時,使用者只要把手移離開該握持部16及該鎖栓40,該鉤體10與該鎖體20會自然再度呈閉鎖狀,且該鎖栓40會移回到閉鎖位置P3,使其大徑部42再度回到該凸部28之移動路徑上擋住該抵擋面28a。此時,該鎖體20被該鎖栓40鎖掣而無法自該第一位置P1往該第二位置P2移動,可避免所吊掛之重物意外地脫落。
由於使用者在操作本實施例所提供之閉鎖鉤100時,可以將手握持在該握持部16上,而不需握持在該鉤體10上,可避免手部被所吊掛的重物壓(夾)傷。又,在本實施例中,由於該鎖栓40是設在該操作部12e上,使得使用者可單手同時握持該鉤體10及操作該鎖栓40,具有非常良好之便利性。

Claims (2)

  1. 一種閉鎖鉤,包含有:一鉤體,具有一第一部、一第二部及一握持部;其中,該握持部具有至少一連接部連接在該第一部上,且該握持部之其他部份與該第一部間形成一透空區;該第一部之一側部上具有一操作部,其寬度等於或大約等於該連接部與該第一部連接處之寬度;一鎖體,樞設於該鉤體之第一部上,而可於該鉤體上之一第一位置及一第二位置間往復樞轉者;該鎖體具有一端部,係於該鎖體位於該第一位置時,抵接該鉤體之第二部者;另外,該鎖體具有一凸部,係於該鎖體在該第一位置與該第二位置間往復擺轉時,沿一以該鎖體之樞轉中心為中心之圓弧路徑往復移動者,且該凸部具有一抵擋面;一鎖栓,設於該鉤體之操作部上,係可沿一平行於該鎖體之樞軸之方向,在一閉鎖位置及一非閉鎖位置間往復移動者;該鎖栓具有一大徑部及一小徑部,其中,當該鎖栓位於該閉鎖位置上且該鎖體位於該第一位置時,該大徑部位於該凸部之移動路徑上,且抵接該凸部之抵擋面,而限制該鎖體往該第二位置移動;其中該鉤體之第一部上具有一穿孔及一止擋面位於該穿孔中;該鎖栓穿設於該穿孔中;一彈簧容置於該穿孔中,且一端抵接該止擋面,另一端抵接該鎖栓;其中該鉤體具有一銷孔連通該穿孔;該鎖栓之大徑部具有一長槽沿著軸向設置;一插銷一端穿過該銷孔,且插入該長槽中,使 得該鎖栓僅可於該閉鎖位置與該非閉鎖位置之間往復移動。
  2. 如請求項1所述之閉鎖鉤,其中該穿孔一端位於該操作部之表面形成一開口,穿孔另一端未穿透該鉤體,藉此形成該止擋面。
