本发明公开了一种污水处理方法及系统,属污水处理领域。该方法采用顺次连接的污水预处理单元、二级生物处理单元和深度处理单元,包括如下步骤:预处理:所处理污水进入污水预处理单元中通过过滤、气浮或沉淀,去除污水中的悬浮物质;二级生物处理:预处理后污水进入二级生物处理单元,经二级生物处理单元中前置缺氧池的A2/O-MBR处理去除COD、氨氮、总氮及磷;深度处理:二级生物处理后的出水进入深度处理单元进行消毒处理后,直接排放或回用。通过预处理、二级生物处理和深度处理配合,特别是二级生物处理中采用前置缺氧池的A2/O-MBR处理有效去除污水中的COD、氨氮、总氮及磷,在保证脱氮效果的同时实现磷的去除,提高废水处理效率。

[0002]近年来由于水体富营养化引起的环境问题日益凸显,水资源短缺与水环境污染问题已成为影响我国经济社会可持续发展的重要因素之一。“十二五”期间,我国的水污染减排目标将在原来的COD总量控制基础上,加强氨氮和总磷的控制,明确提出污水处理厂要逐步达到GB18918-2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A标准。
[0003]传统的Α/0、Α2/0、氧化沟等污水处理工艺由于本身存在的一些不足,主要表现为这些工艺受污泥龄、污泥浓度、碳源、硝酸盐等因素调节的影响,会造成脱氮与除磷的功能之间相互制约,其处理废水的效率受到一定限制,不能发挥最有效的作用。MBR是一种将污水的生物处理和膜过滤技相结合的高效废水生物处理工艺,它把膜分离技术和生物技术结合起来,实现了污泥龄与水力停留时间的彻底分离,且该技术污泥浓度较传统方法有大幅提高,处理能力和处理效率得到大幅提升,目前常采用A2/0与MBR结合形成A VO-MBR工艺对污水进行处理。
[0004]但目前普遍采用的AVO-MBR工艺,由于缺氧系统位于系统中部,导致绝大多数工艺反硝化碳源不足,影响系统总氮脱除效果;厌氧系统位于系统前端,而混合液回流含有大量溶解氧及硝酸氮,很难在厌氧池中形成真正的厌氧环境导致严重影响除磷效果;因此,现有的AVO-MBR工艺很难同时实现高效脱氮除磷。

[0005]本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种污水处理方法及系统,能在提高脱氮效果的同时实现磷的去除,提高废水处理效率,从而解决现有处理污水的AVO-MBR工艺反硝化碳源不足及脱氮与除磷的功能之间相互制约的问题。
[0006]为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种污水处理方法,采用顺次连接的污水预处理单元、二级生物处理单元和深度处理单元,包括以下处理步骤:
[0007] 预处理:所处理污水进入所述污水预处理单元中通过过滤、气浮或沉淀,去除所述污水中的悬浮物质;
[0008] 二级生物处理:所述预处理后的污水进入所述二级生物处理单元,经所述二级生物处理单元中前置缺氧池的AVo-MBR处理去除C0D、氨氮、总氮及磷;
[0009] 深度处理:所述二级生物处理后的出水进入深度处理单元进行消毒处理后,直接排放或回用。
[0010]本发明还提供一种污水处理系统,用于实现本发明的污水处理方法,该系统由预处理单元、二级生物处理单元和深度处理单元连接而成;
[0011]其中,所述预处理单元由粗格栅、细格栅、初沉池和毛发过滤器顺次连接而成,所述粗格栅设有原水进水口,所述毛发过滤器的出口连接所述二级生物处理单元;
[0012]所述二级生物处理单元由前置缺氧池、厌氧池、好氧池和膜池顺次连接而成,所述好氧池内设有与外部曝气系统连接的微孔曝气器;所述膜池通过混合液回流管连接至所述前置缺氧池,所述膜池与膜清洗系统的清洗液池连接,所述膜池内设有间歇曝气器,所述膜产水栗设置在所述膜池外部,与膜组件相连,所述膜池设有剩余污泥排出口和连接所述深度处理单元的出口 ;
[0013]所述深度处理单元采用紫外消毒装置,所述紫外消毒装置上设有排放回用口。
[0014] 本发明的有益效果为:通过采用预处理、二级生物处理和深度处理配合,特别是二级生物处理中采用前置缺氧池的A2/0-MBR处理有效去除污水中的⑶D、氨氮、总氮及磷,在保证脱氮效果的同时实现磷的去除,提高废水处理效率。

[0019]本发明实施例提供一种污水处理方法,该方法能同时兼顾生物脱氮与生物除磷,可用于占地有限且对出水水质要求高的大型市政污水处理、小城镇污水处理、现有污水处理厂的升级改造及部分高浓度工业废水处理,采用由预处理单元、二级生物处理单元和深度处理单元顺次连接而成的系统进行处理,如图1所示,该方法包括以下步骤:
[0020] (I)预处理:所处理污水进入预处理单元通过过滤、气浮或沉淀等方式,去除所处理污水中的悬浮物质,主要包括所处理污水中所含的毛发等纤维类物质、沙砾等无机物质及悬浮的油脂类物质等,具体可通过构成预处理单元的格栅过滤、沉砂池、初沉池和气浮池等构筑物完成上述过程,格栅过滤、沉砂池、初沉池和气浮池等顺次连接;
[0021] (2) 二级生物处理:预处理后的出水进入二级生物处理单元,通过具有前置缺氧池的AVO-MBR处理进行C0D、氨氮、总氮及磷的去除。其中,该二级生物处理单元主要由前置缺氧池、厌氧池、好氧-膜池、膜清洗系统曝气系统等五部分顺次连接而成,通过悬浮污泥分别在前置缺氧池、厌氧池及好氧-膜池内的有序循环,去除污水中的C0D、氨氮和总氮,磷则以剩余污泥的形式排出系统,出水在膜池经膜产水栗的抽吸作用,最终达到固液分离的目的;
[0022]上述二级生物处理单元中,采用前置缺氧池的AVO-MBR处理工艺,可保持反应器内较高的污泥浓度(6000〜10000mg/L),实现了水力停留时间与污泥龄的彻底分离(污泥龄20〜40d),保持较好的生物处理效果,同时省去了二沉池,节约占地。
[0023]上述二级生物处理单元中,前置缺氧池、厌氧池、好氧-膜池的水力停留时间分别为0.5〜2h、0.5〜2h、2〜5h。
[0024]进一步的,上述实现前置缺氧池的A2/0-MBR处理的二级生物处理单元的采用分级进水,污水进水由阀门控制,分别进入前置缺氧区和厌氧区,比例为1:1〜3:1。
[0025] 上述二级生物处理单元的前置缺氧池的A2/0-MBR处理工艺,缺氧池前置,有效去除回流过程中带入的少量D0、N02—-N和N03—-N,使后续厌氧池处于严格的厌氧状态,避免了后续厌氧池内氧化还原电位过高引起的聚磷菌释磷不完全导致的除磷能力下降问题;同时采用分级进水的方式,原水分别进入缺氧区和厌氧区,比例为1:1〜3:1,合理分配碳源。
[0026] 上述二级生物处理单元的前置缺氧池的AVO-MBR处理工艺可根据所处理污水C/N比的不同,在好氧阶段对工艺运行条件进行控制,实现硝化-反硝化或短程硝化-反硝化,以高效率的脱除总氮的同时,大幅降低外加碳源的投加量。
[0027] 进一步的,前置缺氧池的AVO-MBR处理中,膜组件下方设置脉冲曝气装置,该装置节能、高效、稳定,能有效降低膜气洗能耗1/3〜1/2。
[0028] (3)深度处理:经过上述二级生物处理后的出水进入深度处理单元经过消毒处理后,可直接排放或进行回用。
[0029] 上述污水处理方法既可适用于大型市政污水的处理,又适用于小型高浓度工业废水的处理;当用于大型市政污水处理时,前置缺氧AVO-MBR系统各个构筑物可以钢筋混凝土建造方式实施;当用于小型高浓度工业废水处理时,前置缺氧AVO-MBR系统可以一体化设备形式运行。

[0034] (2) 二级生物处理:经过预处理的污水经过前置缺氧池的AVO-MBR处理进行⑶D、氨氮、总氮及磷的去除;其中,该步骤中所用的二级生物处理单元主要由前置缺氧池、厌氧池、好氧-膜池、膜清洗系统曝气系统等五部分顺次连接组成,通过悬浮污泥分别在前置缺氧池、厌氧池及好氧-膜池内的有序循环,去除污水中的C0D、氨氮、总氮,磷则以剩余污泥的形式得以从系统中去除,经膜产水栗的抽吸作用,最终达到固液分离的目的;
[0035] (3)深度处理:将二级生物处理出水进行消毒处理后,直接排放或回用。

[0037]本发明的处理方法可采用图2示意的处理系统进行处理,该处理系统由预处理单元、二级生物处理单元和深度处理单元连接而成,

[0039] 二级生物处理单元由前置缺氧池、厌氧池、好氧池和膜池顺次连接而成,所述好氧池内设有微孔曝气器,微孔曝气器与外部的曝气系统(可采用鼓风机)连接;所述膜池通过混合液回流管连接至前置缺氧池,所述膜池与膜清洗系统的清洗液池连接,所述膜池内设有间歇曝气器,所述膜产水栗设置在所述膜池外部,与膜组件相连,所述膜池设有剩余污泥排出口和连接所述深度处理单元的出口 ;

[0041 ]该处理系统通过在二级生物处理单元中前置缺氧池,实现前置缺氧池的A2/0-MBR处理工艺,可保持反应器内较高的污泥浓度(6000〜10000mg/L),实现了水力停留时间与污泥龄的彻底分离(污泥龄20〜40d),保持较好的生物处理效果,同时省去了二沉池,节约占地。
[0042]可以知道,上述系统仅是实现本发明方法的一种构成形式,其他形式的系统,只要能实现本发明的步骤,达到本发明的效果,也可以使用。
[0043I本发明实施例的污水处理方法,其出水水质较传统污水处理工艺有明显优势,这主要是由于该方法能够彻底分离水力停留时间和污泥龄,因此能够为专性脱氮菌和专性除磷菌提供最佳的生长繁殖条件,解决了传统处理工艺中脱氮和除磷功能相互制约的问题。具体具有以下有益效益:(1)该方法污水处理效果好,通过膜的引入,提高污泥浓度,彻底分离水力停留时间和污泥龄,实现污水中总氮和总磷的同时高效去除;(2)该方法无需二沉池,且由于系统内的高生物量,生化处理部分占地小,总体占地仅为常规工艺的25%左右,基建投资得到大幅降低;(3)该方法既适用于市政污水的处理,又同时使用与高浓度工业废水处理,并且可根据水质的不同调节运行参数一一当原水碳源不足时,可通过运行参数调节实现短程硝化反硝化,节约外加碳源投加量,节省运行费用。综上所述,本发明实施例的污水处理方法具有效果好、经济效应好的特点。

Claims (6)
1.一种污水处理方法,其特征在于,采用顺次连接的污水预处理单元、二级生物处理单元和深度处理单元,包括以下处理步骤: 预处理:所处理污水进入由粗格栅、细格栅、初沉池和毛发过滤器顺次连接而成的所述污水预处理单元中,去除所处理污水中的悬浮物质,所述悬浮物质为:纤维类物质、无机物质及悬浮的油脂类物质; 二级生物处理:所述预处理后的污水进入所述二级生物处理单元,经所述二级生物处理单元中前置缺氧池的AVo-MBR处理去除⑶D、氨氮、总氮及磷;所述进行二级生物处理的二级生物处理单元由顺次连接的前置缺氧池、厌氧池、好氧-膜池、膜清洗装置和曝气装置构成,所述好氧-膜池回连至所述前置缺氧池,所处理污水的悬浮污泥分别在所述前置缺氧池、厌氧池及好氧-膜池内有序循环,去除污水中的C0D、氨氮、总氮,磷以剩余污泥的形式去除;所述二级生物处理的前置缺氧池、厌氧池、好氧-膜池的水力停留时间分别为0.5〜2h、0.5〜2h、2〜5h;好氧-膜池至前置缺氧池的混合液回流比为100%〜500%; 深度处理:所述二级生物处理后的出水进入深度处理单元进行消毒处理后,直接排放或回用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述二级生物处理单元采用分级方式进污水,由阀门控制,污水分别进入前置缺氧区和厌氧区,比例为1:1〜3:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述二级生物处理单元中污泥浓度分别为6000〜10000mg/L;所述好氧-膜池末端设有剩余污泥排放装置,所述二级生物处理单元中的污泥龄为20〜40天。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述二级生物处理单元中的曝气装置采用脉冲曝气装置,设置在所述好氧-膜池的膜组件下方。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述二级生物处理单元中的前置缺氧池和厌氧池内均设置机械搅拌装置,所述好氧-膜池内设置微孔曝气装置。
6.—种污水处理系统,用于实现权利要求1至5任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,该系统由预处理单元、二级生物处理单元和深度处理单元连接而成; 其中,所述预处理单元由粗格栅、细格栅、初沉池和毛发过滤器顺次连接而成,所述粗格栅设有原水进水口,所述毛发过滤器的出口连接所述二级生物处理单元; 所述二级生物处理单元由前置缺氧池、厌氧池、好氧池和膜池顺次连接而成,所述好氧池内设有与外部曝气系统连接的微孔曝气器;所述膜池通过混合液回流管连接至所述前置缺氧池,所述膜池与膜清洗系统的清洗液池连接,所述膜池内设有间歇曝气器,所述膜池设有剩余污泥排出口和连接所述深度处理单元的出口 ; 所述深度处理单元采用紫外消毒装置,所述紫外消毒装置上设有排放回用口。
