本发明公开一种达标地表水Ⅳ类之改良氧化沟工艺,包括以下步骤:预处理;预处理后的污水依次排入厌氧池、缺氧池、表面曝气氧化沟、末端缺氧区、端好氧区;二沉池固液分离;二沉池排出的上清液进入混凝反应池,混凝反应池出水进入反硝化滤池;消毒后排放。本发明在表面曝气氧化沟前端设置了厌氧池用于生物除磷,缺氧池用于回流表面曝气氧化沟末端含有的硝态氮混合液进行反硝化除氮;表面曝气氧化沟后端设置了缺氧区,并外加碳源,用于进一步去除氧化沟出水中含有的硝态氮;缺氧区后设置了好氧区,用于消耗残留的多余有机物;充分利用原水碳源进行氧化沟工艺的前置反硝化脱氮,能够确保Ⅳ类水出水标准的稳定实现。

[0002] 随着我国水污染向题日益突显,城镇污水处理排放标准的提高已是大势所趋。从 目前的水环境质量改善的要求看,许多城市污水处理厂处理后的出水往往排入城市河流, 成为河流的水体。我国现有的污水处理厂出水,排放标准多参考《GB 18918_2〇〇2城镇污水 处理厂污染物排放标准》中的一级A。然而对于一级A标准,其水质仅相当于地表水的劣V类 水。这种水质排放到几无自净能力的水体环境中,导致水体不但没有得到修复,反而遭到污 染,于是出现‘越治越脏’的现象。水体污染的日益加剧,迫切要求城市污水处理厂出水达到 地表类IV类标准。即将⑶DCr由一级A的50mg/L降低到3〇mg/l; B0D5由一级A的10mg/L降低 到6mg/L;氨氮由一级六的5!!^/]^ (8mg/L)降低到 1 • 5mg/L (2 • 5mg/L);总磷由一级A的0 • 5mg/L 降低为0 • 3mg/L;总氮由一级A的15mg/L降低到5mg/L (10mg/L)。目前,北京、昆明、合肥等地 已陆续展开实践,对污水厂出水CODCr、氨氮、总氮、总磷等的要求更高。

Claims (1)
1. 一种达标地表水IV类之改良氧化沟工艺,其特征在于,所述工艺包括以下步骤: (1) 污水经过预处理沉淀去除水中的悬浮物SS;所述预处理步骤为污水经过沉砂池或 沉淀池进行初步沉淀; (2) 预处理后的污水排入厌氧池,所述厌氧池出水进入缺氧池,所述缺氧池出水进入表 面曝气氧化沟,所述表面曝气氧化沟出水一部分回流到缺氧池,一部分进入末端缺氧区,所 述末端缺氧区出水进入末端好氧区;所述末端缺氧区投加碳源,利用碳源将表面曝气氧化 沟出水中含有的硝态氮进行反硝化反应转化成氮气去除; (3) 末端好氧区出水进入二沉池,实现固液分离,沉淀的污泥一部分回流到厌氧池,一 部分作为剩余污泥排放; _ (4) 二沉池排出的上清液进入混凝反应池,进行化学除磷,混凝反应池出水进入反硝化 滤池进一步去除残留的硝态氮;所述混凝反应池投加化学除磷药剂,所述化学除磷投加药 剂为铁盐或者铝盐; _ 、 (5) 反硝化滤池出水进入消毒池进行消毒后排放。
