背景技术
齿轮是日常生产过程中常见的一种机械部件,在传动装置、变速箱、发动机内部广泛应用。传统使用的齿轮一般由碳钢、中碳合金等构成,这种齿轮经过非常的处理,虽然达到了工作环境和使用的要求,但其表面仍然不够坚韧、耐磨,容易发生磨损、腐蚀,甚至断齿,影响其使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于弥补上述不足,提供一种钛合金耐磨齿轮。本发明具有硬度高、摩擦系数低、润滑性能好、耐腐蚀、耐磨性能好、噪音低等优点。
本发明的技术方案是:一种钛合金耐磨齿轮,包括轮体(1)、轮齿(2)、齿槽(3)、键槽(4)。轮体(1)由中碳钢或中碳钢合金材料制成,轮齿(2)和齿槽(3)外表面采用先渗金属、后渗碳的工艺获得1-2毫米的钛合金耐磨层(5)。所述钛合金耐磨层包含铝5%、钒5%、钼5%、钨3%、铬3%,及平衡钛和附带杂质。钛合金耐磨层轮与轮齿(2)和齿槽(3)外表面紧密结合,可以达到表面硬度高、摩察系数低、耐腐蚀噪音低等特点。

一种钛合金耐磨齿轮,包括轮体(1)、轮齿(2)、齿槽(3)、键槽(4)。轮体(1)由中碳钢或中碳钢合金材料制成,轮齿(2)和齿槽(3)外表面采用先渗金属、后渗碳的工艺获得1-2毫米的钛合金耐磨层(5)。所述钛合金耐磨层包含铝5%、钒5%、钼5%、钨3%、铬3%,及平衡钛和附带杂质。钛合金耐磨层轮与轮齿(2)和齿槽(3)外表面紧密结合,可以达到表面硬度可达750HV到850HV,具有178-188ksi极限抗拉强度,同时具有摩察系数低耐腐蚀,表面光滑噪音低等特点。

2.钛合金耐磨层(5)覆盖于轮齿(2)和齿槽(3)表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的钛合金耐磨层(5),其特征在于:含铝5%、钒5%、钼5%、钨3%、铬3%,及平衡钛和附带杂质。
