Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种熔体齿轮泵,包括前后端板和泵壳组成的泵腔,设置在泵腔内相互啮合的泵轴与其两端的支撑轴承间隙配合;泵轴两端与支撑轴承内孔配合处的轴颈外周面上喷涂有碳化钨金属陶瓷涂层。本实用新型的优点在于泵轴两端与支撑轴承内孔配合处的轴颈外周面上喷涂有碳化钨(WC-Co)金属陶瓷涂层,可满足熔体齿轮泵工作时对泵轴的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性要求。工作时泵轴在轴承内孔中滑动运动,碳化钨金属陶瓷涂层耐腐蚀性能好,涂层硬度高达HV≥1100,与泵轴本体的结合性能好(涂层结合力>70N/mm2),涂层不易脱落;且碳化钨金属陶瓷涂层与轴承材料的亲和力低,不积瘤,不仅能提高产品质量,还可以转移低黏度和润滑不良的影响。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及聚酯、化纤行业输送高温高压腐蚀性熔体用的熔体泵,尤其是涉及一种熔体齿轮泵。
背景技术
在化工行业输送高温高压腐蚀性熔体用的熔体齿轮泵中的泵轴必须具有极高的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性,目前我国生产的泵轴多采用氮化钢或高碳铬不锈钢。由于氮化钢的氮化层硬度梯度大,对冲击和杂质敏感,容易出现裂纹,同时其耐腐蚀性能不高,使用寿命短,不能满足使用要求;而高碳铬不锈钢轴热处理硬化后加工性能较差,精加工难度大,极易出现应力集中现象,发生断轴危险,且硬度略低,也不能完全满足使用要求;上述结构的泵轴均会导致熔体齿轮泵的使用寿命降低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理、能完全满足耐磨性和耐腐蚀性要求的熔体齿轮泵。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型可采取下述技术方案:
本实用新型所述的熔体齿轮泵,包括由前后端板和泵壳组成的泵腔,设置在泵腔内相互啮合的泵轴与其两端的支撑轴承间隙配合;所述泵轴两端与支撑轴承内孔配合处的轴颈外周面上喷涂有碳化钨金属陶瓷涂层。
本实用新型的优点在于泵轴两端与支撑轴承内孔配合处的轴颈外周面上喷涂有碳化钨(WC-Co)金属陶瓷涂层,可满足熔体齿轮泵工作时对泵轴的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性要求。工作时泵轴在轴承内孔中滑动运动,碳化钨金属陶瓷涂层耐腐蚀性能好,涂层硬度高达HV≥1100,与泵轴本体的结合性能好(涂层结合力>70N/mm2),涂层不易脱落;且碳化钨金属陶瓷涂层与轴承材料的亲和力低,不积瘤,不仅能提高产品质量,还可以转移低黏度和润滑不良的影响。

如图所示,本实用新型所述的熔体齿轮泵,包括由前后端板1、2和泵壳3组成的泵腔,设置在泵腔内相互啮合的泵轴4、5与其两端的支撑轴承间隙配合;所述泵轴4、5两端与支撑轴承内孔配合处的轴颈外周面上喷涂有碳化钨金属陶瓷涂层6。工作时,泵轴4、5两端的轴颈与支撑轴承内孔之间相对滑动配合,由于轴颈外周面上喷涂有耐腐蚀且硬度高的碳化钨金属陶瓷涂层6,可延长泵轴的使用寿命;同时金属陶瓷涂层6与泵轴本体之间的结合能力强,涂层不易脱落,而涂层与支撑轴承材料之间的亲和力低,工作时不积瘤,可以转移低黏度和润滑不良的影响。
