Abstract

用于屏蔽电线的连接结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于屏蔽电线的连接结构,其中,屏蔽电线的屏蔽导体被屏蔽紧固部紧密地紧固以用于连接。
背景技术
专利文献1公开了一种屏蔽连接器,该屏蔽连接器采用传统的用于屏蔽电线的连接结构。如图1所示,屏蔽连接器50包括内壳体51、内壳体51容纳的连接端子52和覆盖内壳体51的外周的屏蔽壳60。
内壳体51由具有预定的介电常数的绝缘体形成。连接端子52包括芯线紧固部53和用于连接至对应端子的接触部54。屏蔽壳60由导电材料形成。屏蔽壳60包括覆盖内壳体51的屏蔽本体61、从屏蔽本体61向后突出的屏蔽紧固部62,和电线紧固部63。屏蔽紧固部62设置有多个孔64。
同轴屏蔽电线W1包括作为导体的芯线70、覆盖芯线70的外周的绝缘内覆盖层71、作为屏蔽导体并覆盖绝缘内覆盖层71的编织线72,和覆盖编织线72的外周的绝缘外覆盖层73。在屏蔽电线W1的末端部分处,芯线70暴露,于是,编织线72暴露。芯线70被连接端子52的芯线紧固部53紧密地紧固,用于与其连接。编织线72被屏蔽壳60的屏蔽紧固部62紧密地紧固,用于与其连接。屏蔽电线W1从绝缘外覆盖层73的顶部被屏蔽壳60的电线紧固部63紧密地紧固,并稳固地固定至该电线紧固部63。
如图2A所示,为了增强屏蔽紧固部62处的电线紧固力,需要用强的紧固力紧密地紧固编织线72。如图2B所示,如果对屏蔽紧固部62施加强的紧固力,则绝缘内覆盖层71被严重地压缩,使得芯线70可能折断。因此,存在要对屏蔽紧固部62施加的紧固力的极限。
暴露的编织线72也容易磨损。因此,需要防止编织线72的磨损。
于是,为了实现屏蔽紧固部62处的电线紧固力的增强和编织线72的磨损的防止同时并不引起芯线70折断,屏蔽紧固部62具有以下结构。
也就是说,如图3和4所示,屏蔽紧固部62设置有多个孔64。屏蔽紧固部62还具有通过滚花加工被制成为滚花面65的导体连接面。
如图4所示,在上述结构中,由于编织线72通过在屏蔽紧固部62处被紧固而承受压缩力,所以编织线72被压入到屏蔽紧固部62的孔64中的每个孔64中。即使不对屏蔽紧固部62施加强的紧固力,孔64中的每个孔64的边缘效应也使得能够获得预定水平或更高的电线紧固力(电线拉伸强度)。此外,通过滚花加工形成的凹凸面防止了编织线72的磨损。

然而,在上述传统示例中,如图4所示,当滚花面65的凹部65a位于每个孔64的周围时,编织线72到孔64中的实质压入量(编织线72的接合量)减小,由此,通过孔64的边缘效应减弱。因此,不能可靠地防止编织线72的磨损,并且还不能增强屏蔽紧固部62处的电线紧固力(线拉强度)。
鉴于上述情况,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于屏蔽电线的连接结构,该连接结构可靠地防止屏蔽导体的磨损,并且还增强屏蔽紧固部处的电线紧固力。
[问题的解决方案]
根据本发明的方面,提供一种用于屏蔽电线的连接结构,包括:屏蔽电线,该屏蔽电线具有屏蔽导体;和屏蔽紧固部,该屏蔽紧固部紧密地紧固屏蔽电线的屏蔽导体,使得屏蔽紧固部连接至屏蔽电线,其中,所述屏蔽紧固部设置有孔,所述屏蔽紧固部具有电线接触面,该电线接触面包括:未受到滚花加工的非滚花面,该非滚花面是在所述孔周围并且在电线拉伸方向的下侧上的区域;和受到滚花加工的滚花面,该滚花面是除在孔周围并且在所述电线拉伸方向的所述下侧上的所述区域之外的区域。
优选的是,在孔周围,在所述电线拉伸方向的上侧上的区域受到滚花加工,并且在所述电线拉伸方向的所述下侧上的区域没有受到滚花加工。
[本发明的有利效果]
根据本发明,由于屏蔽导体紧密地贴附至作为凹凸面的滚花面,所以屏蔽导体不磨损。由于屏蔽导体通过被紧固而承受压缩力,所以屏蔽导体被压入到屏蔽紧固部的孔中。由于不存在位于孔周围的滚花面的凹部,所以通过孔实现的边缘效应不减弱。因此,即使不对屏蔽紧固部施加强的紧固力,也能够获得预定水平或更高的电线紧固力(电线拉伸强度)。如上所述,能够可靠地防止屏蔽导体的磨损,并且还增强屏蔽紧固部处的电线紧固力。

非滚花面14的区域S1可以在这样的范围内:在该范围内,滚花面15的凸部15a并不形成为面对每个孔13的边缘。
屏蔽导体是编织线32,但也可以是能够获得电磁屏蔽效应的其它结构。
在本实施例中,示出了用于屏蔽电线的连接结构被应用于屏蔽连接器1的情形。然而,其能够应用于不同于屏蔽连接器1的屏蔽连接器。也就是说,其能够应用于其中屏蔽电线W的屏蔽导体(编织线32)被屏蔽紧固部12紧密地紧固以用于与其连接的部分。

屏蔽电线,该屏蔽电线具有屏蔽导体;以及
屏蔽紧固部,该屏蔽紧固部紧密地紧固所述屏蔽电线的所述屏蔽导体,使得所述屏蔽紧固部连接至所述屏蔽电线,
其中,所述屏蔽紧固部设置有孔,
所述屏蔽紧固部具有电线接触面,该电线接触面包括:未受到滚花加工的非滚花面,该非滚花面是在所述孔周围并且在电线拉伸方向的下侧上的区域;和受到滚花加工的滚花面,该滚花面是除在孔周围并且在所述电线拉伸方向的所述下侧上的所述区域之外的区域。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于屏蔽电线的连接结构,
