本发明公开了一种高透光率的PET复合材料,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:沉淀硫酸钡10、PET?800-850,KH792??1.2-2.5,氧化锌1-2,辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚1-2、邻苯二甲酸二苯酯?1-2,涤纶纤维2-3,烟片胶1-2,ABS高胶粉1-2、抗氧剂168?1-2。本发明的透光率高,涤纶纤维可以增加本发明的强度,烟片胶可以增加本发明的黏度。

一种高透光率的PET复合材料
技术领域
本发明涉及PET包装容器领域,确切地说是一种高透光率的PET复合材料及其制备方法及其用途。
背景技术
近年来,由于PET良好的拉伸吹塑性能及优良的阻气性能,其逐步取代PE、PP材料广泛应用于饮料、化妆品的包装器皿。PET瓶的成型方法主要分为一步法(注拉吹)及两步法(拉伸吹塑),但无论是一步法还是两步法,它们均通过注射瓶胚、预热瓶胚、拉伸、吹塑成型的工艺进行制造,通过注射的瓶胚都要进行预热到材料的Tg以上才能进行拉伸吹塑成型。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种高透光率的PET复合材料。
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种高透光率的PET复合材料,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
沉淀硫酸钡10、PET800-850,KH7921.2-2.5,氧化锌1-2,辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚1-2、邻苯二甲酸二苯酯1-2,涤纶纤维2-3,烟片胶1-2,ABS高胶粉1-2、抗氧剂1681-2;
所述的助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:硅藻土30-40、坡缕石粉10-15、竹炭粉1.5-3.2、碳酸二甲酯1-3、丙烯酸甲酯1-2、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌1.5-2、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚1-2、硬脂酸镁1-3;
助剂的制备方法是将硅藻土、坡缕石粉放入煅烧炉中在600-750℃下煅烧3-4小时,取出,放入10-20%的盐酸溶液中浸泡2-4小时,过滤取出,用清水反复洗涤,烘干,加入水中,再加入其余原料,搅拌均匀,三辊研磨机研磨1-2小时,得到浆料,喷雾干燥即得。
所述的一种高透光率的PET复合材料,其特征在于:制备方法为:
将所有原料混匀,再投入到双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,即得,螺杆转速380-400rpm,温度设置为240-260℃。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的透光率高,涤纶纤维可以增加本发明的强度,烟片胶可以增加本发明的黏度。适用于对材料透光要求高的产品使用。
具体实施方式
一种高透光率的PET复合材料,其是由下述重量kg的原料制得:
沉淀硫酸钡10、PET850,KH7922.5,氧化锌2,辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚1、邻苯二甲酸二苯酯2,涤纶纤维3,烟片胶2,ABS高胶粉2、抗氧剂1682;
所述的助剂由下列重量kg的原料制成:硅藻土40、坡缕石粉15、竹炭粉3.2、碳酸二甲酯1、丙烯酸甲酯1、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌1.8、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2、硬脂酸镁1;
助剂的制备方法是将硅藻土、坡缕石粉放入煅烧炉中在600℃下煅烧4小时,取出,放入16%的盐酸溶液中浸泡4小时,过滤取出,用清水反复洗涤,烘干,加入水中,再加入其余原料,搅拌均匀,三辊研磨机研磨2小时,得到浆料,喷雾干燥即得。
所述的一种高透光率的PET复合材料,制备方法为:
将所有原料混匀,再投入到双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,即得,螺杆转速400rpm,温度设置为260℃。
注射力学样条和色板,熔体温度270℃,注射压力30~70MPa,模具温度5℃,冷却时间12s,成型周期30s。PET拉伸强度为81.9MPa、冲击强度5.2、透光率98.2%。
以上案例所述拉伸性能按照GB/T1040-1992测试;悬臂梁缺口冲击强度按照GB/T1843-1996测试,摆锤能量为2.75J;透光率按照GB2410-80测试。

Claims (2)

1.一种高透光率的PET复合材料,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
沉淀硫酸钡10、PET800-850,KH7921.2-2.5,氧化锌1-2,辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚1-2、邻苯二甲酸二苯酯1-2,涤纶纤维2-3,烟片胶1-2,ABS高胶粉1-2、抗氧剂1681-2;高透光率的PET复合材料的原料组分中还包含有助剂;
所述的助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:硅藻土30-40、坡缕石粉10-15、竹炭粉1.5-3.2、碳酸二甲酯1-3、丙烯酸甲酯1-2、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌1.5-2、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚1-2、硬脂酸镁1-3;
助剂的制备方法是将硅藻土、坡缕石粉放入煅烧炉中在600-750℃下煅烧3-4小时,取出,放入10-20%的盐酸溶液中浸泡2-4小时,过滤取出,用清水反复洗涤,烘干,加入水中,再加入其余原料,搅拌均匀,三辊研磨机研磨1-2小时,得到浆料,喷雾干燥即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高透光率的PET复合材料,其特征在于:制备方法为:
