本发明公开了一种含有凹凸棒土的PET复合材料,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:PET??1000,二氧化钛3-5,涤纶纤维1-2,纳米三氧化二铝0.5-1.5,交联剂?TAC1.2-2.4、马来酸二辛酯1-2、邻苯二甲酸甲苯基丁酯?1-2,改性凹凸棒土2-4。本发明的通过添加改性凹凸棒土,使得本发明的机械性能好,易于加工成型,相容性好。

一种含有凹凸棒土的PET复合材料
技术领域
本发明涉及PET包装容器领域,确切地说是一种含有凹凸棒土的PET复合材料及其制备方法及其用途。
背景技术
近年来,由于PET良好的拉伸吹塑性能及优良的阻气性能,其逐步取代PE、PP材料广泛应用于饮料、化妆品的包装器皿。PET瓶的成型方法主要分为一步法(注拉吹)及两步法(拉伸吹塑),但无论是一步法还是两步法,它们均通过注射瓶胚、预热瓶胚、拉伸、吹塑成型的工艺进行制造,通过注射的瓶胚都要进行预热到材料的Tg以上才能进行拉伸吹塑成型。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种含有凹凸棒土的PET复合材料。
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种含有凹凸棒土的PET复合材料,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
PET1000,二氧化钛3-5,涤纶纤维1-2,纳米三氧化二铝0.5-1.5,交联剂TAC1.2-2.4、马来酸二辛酯1-2、邻苯二甲酸甲苯基丁酯1-2,改性凹凸棒土2-4;
所述的改性凹凸棒土由下列重量份的原料制成:凹凸棒土80-90、云母粉10-15、纳米碳1-2、氧化铝1-2、硬脂酸铝1-3、柠檬酸三丁酯1-3、丙烯酸甲酯1-2、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌1.5-2、环烷酸镁1-2;
改性凹凸棒土的制备方法是将凹凸棒土、云母粉放入煅烧炉中在800-900℃下煅烧1-2小时,取出,放入10-20%的盐酸溶液中浸泡2-4小时,过滤取出,用清水反复洗涤,烘干,加入水中,再加入其余原料,搅拌均匀,三辊研磨机研2-4小时,得到浆料,喷雾干燥即得。
所述的一种含有凹凸棒土的PET复合材料,其特征在于:制备方法为:
(1)将PET在热风烘箱于110-120℃条件下烘干1-2h;
(2)按重量份将所有原料混匀,再投入到双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,即得,螺杆转速310-340rpm,温度设置为240-260℃。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的通过添加改性凹凸棒土,使得本发明的机械性能好,易于加工成型,相容性好。
具体实施方式
一种含有凹凸棒土的PET复合材料,其是由下述重量kg的原料制得:
PET1000,二氧化钛3,涤纶纤维2,纳米三氧化二铝1.5,交联剂TAC1.8、马来酸二辛酯1.2、邻苯二甲酸甲苯基丁酯2,改性凹凸棒土4;
所述的改性凹凸棒土由下列重量kg的原料制成:凹凸棒土90、云母粉15、纳米碳1、氧化铝2、硬脂酸铝1、柠檬酸三丁酯3、丙烯酸甲酯1、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌1.5、环烷酸镁1;
改性凹凸棒土的制备方法是将凹凸棒土、云母粉放入煅烧炉中在900℃下煅烧2小时,取出,放入20%的盐酸溶液中浸泡4小时,过滤取出,用清水反复洗涤,烘干,加入水中,再加入其余原料,搅拌均匀,三辊研磨机研4小时,得到浆料,喷雾干燥即得。
所述的一种含有凹凸棒土的PET复合材料,制备方法为:
(1)将PET在热风烘箱于120℃条件下烘干2h;
(2)按重量份将所有原料混匀,再投入到双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,即得,螺杆转速340rpm,温度设置为260℃。
注射力学样条和色板,熔体温度270℃,注射压力30~70MPa,模具温度5℃,冷却时间12s,成型周期30s。PET拉伸强度为86.5MPa、冲击强度5.6、透光率95.3%。
以上案例所述拉伸性能按照GB/T1040-1992测试;悬臂梁缺口冲击强度按照GB/T1843-1996测试,摆锤能量为2.75J;透光率按照GB2410-80测试。

Claims (2)

1.一种含有凹凸棒土的PET复合材料,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
PET1000,二氧化钛3-5,涤纶纤维1-2,纳米三氧化二铝0.5-1.5,交联剂TAC1.2-2.4、马来酸二辛酯1-2、邻苯二甲酸甲苯基丁酯1-2,改性凹凸棒土2-4;
所述的改性凹凸棒土由下列重量份的原料制成:凹凸棒土80-90、云母粉10-15、纳米碳1-2、氧化铝1-2、硬脂酸铝1-3、柠檬酸三丁酯1-3、丙烯酸甲酯1-2、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌1.5-2、环烷酸镁1-2;
改性凹凸棒土的制备方法是将凹凸棒土、云母粉放入煅烧炉中在800-900℃下煅烧1-2小时,取出,放入10-20%的盐酸溶液中浸泡2-4小时,过滤取出,用清水反复洗涤,烘干,加入水中,再加入其余原料,搅拌均匀,三辊研磨机研2-4小时,得到浆料,喷雾干燥即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有凹凸棒土的PET复合材料,其特征在于:制备方法为:
