本发明公开了一种易于加工的阻燃PET复合材料,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:?PET700-800,丙烯酸丁酯0.7-0.9、己二酸二辛酯1-2,硅烷偶联剂KH5602-4,抗氧剂264?1.2-2.4,抗氧剂T501?0.2-0.4、钛酸酯偶联剂TMC-TTS??1-2、氧化镁1-2,环氧大豆油0.1-0.2、松节油?0.2-0.4、硼化铬2-3、三氧化二锑?3-6,阻燃填料6-7;本发明通过添加三氧化二锑等阻燃剂,以及合理配置的阻燃填料,复配阻燃效果显著,易于加工,加工得的成品性能优异。

Description

一种易于加工的阻燃PET复合材料
技术领域
本发明涉及PET包装容器领域,确切地说是一种易于加工的阻燃PET复合材料及其制备方法及其用途。
背景技术
近年来,由于PET良好的拉伸吹塑性能及优良的阻气性能,其逐步取代PE、PP材料广泛应用于饮料、化妆品的包装器皿。PET瓶的成型方法主要分为一步法(注拉吹)及两步法(拉伸吹塑),但无论是一步法还是两步法,它们均通过注射瓶胚、预热瓶胚、拉伸、吹塑成型的工艺进行制造,通过注射的瓶胚都要进行预热到材料的Tg以上才能进行拉伸吹塑成型。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种易于加工的阻燃PET复合材料。
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种易于加工的阻燃PET复合材料,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
PET700-800,丙烯酸丁酯0.7-0.9、己二酸二辛酯1-2,硅烷偶联剂KH5602-4,抗氧剂2641.2-2.4,抗氧剂T5010.2-0.4、钛酸酯偶联剂TMC-TTS1-2、氧化镁1-2,环氧大豆油0.1-0.2、松节油0.2-0.4、硼化铬2-3、三氧化二锑3-6,阻燃填料6-7;
所述的阻燃填料由下列重量份的原料制成:水滑石粉60-70,氢氧化镁10-20,硬脂酸铝1-3、碳酸二甲酯1-3、硬脂酸1-2、硅烷偶联剂KH5501-2;
阻燃填料的制备方法是将水滑石粉放入煅烧炉中在700-850℃下煅烧3-4小时,取出,冷却后,放入10-20%的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡2-4小时,过滤取出,用清水反复洗涤,烘干,加入水中,再加入其余原料,搅拌均匀,三辊研磨机研磨1-2小时,得到浆料,喷雾干燥即得。
所述的一种易于加工的阻燃PET复合材料,其特征在于:制备方法为:
(1)将PET在热风烘箱中110-125℃条件下烘干3-4h;
(2)按重量份将所有原料混匀,再投入到双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,即得,螺杆转速330-360rpm,温度设置为260-270℃。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明通过添加三氧化二锑等阻燃剂,以及合理配置的阻燃填料,复配阻燃效果显著,易于加工,加工得的成品性能优异。
具体实施方式
一种易于加工的阻燃PET复合材料,其是由下述重量kg的原料制得:
PET760,丙烯酸丁酯0.7、己二酸二辛酯2,硅烷偶联剂KH5604,抗氧剂2641.7,抗氧剂T5010.2、钛酸酯偶联剂TMC-TTS2、氧化镁2,环氧大豆油0.1、松节油0.4、硼化铬3、三氧化二锑6,阻燃填料7;
所述的阻燃填料由下列重量kg的原料制成:水滑石粉70,氢氧化镁20,硬脂酸铝3、碳酸二甲酯1、硬脂酸2、硅烷偶联剂KH5501;
阻燃填料的制备方法是将水滑石粉放入煅烧炉中在850℃下煅烧4小时,取出,冷却后,放入20%的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡4小时,过滤取出,用清水反复洗涤,烘干,加入水中,再加入其余原料,搅拌均匀,三辊研磨机研磨2小时,得到浆料,喷雾干燥即得。
所述的一种易于加工的阻燃PET复合材料,制备方法为:
(1)将PET在热风烘箱中110-125℃条件下烘干4h;
(2)按重量份将所有原料混匀,再投入到双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,即得,螺杆转速360rpm,温度设置为270℃。
注射力学样条和色板,熔体温度270℃,注射压力30~70MPa,模具温度5℃,冷却时间12s,成型周期30s。PET拉伸强度为88.2MPa、冲击强度5.3、透光率93.6%。
以上案例所述拉伸性能按照GB/T1040-1992测试;悬臂梁缺口冲击强度按照GB/T1843-1996测试,摆锤能量为2.75J;透光率按照GB2410-80测试。

Claims (2)

1.一种易于加工的阻燃PET复合材料,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
PET700-800,丙烯酸丁酯0.7-0.9、己二酸二辛酯1-2,硅烷偶联剂KH5602-4,抗氧剂2641.2-2.4,抗氧剂T5010.2-0.4、钛酸酯偶联剂TMC-TTS1-2、氧化镁1-2,环氧大豆油0.1-0.2、松节油0.2-0.4、硼化铬2-3、三氧化二锑3-6,阻燃填料6-7;
所述的阻燃填料由下列重量份的原料制成:水滑石粉60-70,氢氧化镁10-20,硬脂酸铝1-3、碳酸二甲酯1-3、硬脂酸1-2、硅烷偶联剂KH5501-2;
阻燃填料的制备方法是将水滑石粉放入煅烧炉中在700-850℃下煅烧3-4小时,取出,冷却后,放入10-20%的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡2-4小时,过滤取出,用清水反复洗涤,烘干,加入水中,再加入其余原料,搅拌均匀,三辊研磨机研磨1-2小时,得到浆料,喷雾干燥即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种易于加工的阻燃PET复合材料,其特征在于:制备方法为:
(1)将PET在热风烘箱中110-125℃条件下烘干3-4h;
(2)按重量份将所有原料混匀,再投入到双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,即得,螺杆转速330-360rpm,温度设置为260-270℃。
