Abstract

Description

本发明是一种汽车钢板弹簧附件,它由一个支承件和一个Ω型支架构成,该支架紧固在支承件上,从而确定了两个面对面设置的壁,其间安装着供钢板弹簧卷耳用的销。
已知的解决办法是用一个形状复杂的托架连接一个片状的支架。
本发明的目的是提供一种如上所述的汽车钢板弹簧附件,它具有结构较简单、成本较低、花费较小、重量又轻等优点。
本发明的目的是这样来达到的,即通过使支承件由中央部分配置成X型地连接在一起的第一和第二金属带组成,这些金属带有适于紧固到汽车结构上的端部。
因此,附件的制造不需要专门的压力加工,而只要简单地冲切出宽度相等的金属带坯料,加以成型、焊接和钻孔即可。

现在参见附图,B表示一个把汽车的底盘T与后轴A弹性地连接起来以支承货运汽车的汽车钢板弹簧,这个汽车钢板弹簧B在相对于汽车朝前的方向上装设着一个由水平的销10支承着的卷耳C,该销装在钢板弹簧附件12上,而附件12又是固紧在底盘T上的。
附件12有一个支承件13,它由第一成型金属带14和第二成型金属带16配置成X型地焊接在一起构成,这些金属带有相应的端部14a和16a,端部上都有通孔18由螺栓D把它们固紧在底盘T上。
成型金属带14和16和各自的中央部分14b和16b相一致对应地焊接在一起呈U型,以便在支承件13和底盘之间定出足够的可供紧固销10的螺母10a安装用的空间。金属带14和16的焊接是和第一金属带14上的通孔20相一致而进行的。附件12还有一个Ω型支架22,它的宽度和第一金属带14相等,并且有叠放在第一金属带14端部14a上的端部22a。支架22通过焊接与第一金属带相连接。
支架22有一个中央部分22b,它与第一金属带14的中央部分14b向同一方向突出,并设有与金属带14和16上对应的通孔26同轴的通孔24,以此安装构成销10的螺栓。
一个减振衬套E以周知的方式装在支架和汽车钢板弹簧B的卷耳C之间,这个减振衬套是由弹性材料构成的。

Claims (6)

1、一种汽车钢板弹簧附件,它由一个支承件和一个Ω型支架构成,该支架紧固在支承件上,从而确定了两个面对面设置的壁,在壁间安装着供钢板弹簧卷耳用的销,其特征在于支承件(13)由中央部分配置成X型地连接在一起的第一和第二金属带(14、16)组成,这些金属带有适于紧固到汽车结构(T)上的端部(14a、16a)。
2、如权利要求1所述的汽车钢板弹簧附件,其特征在于金属带(14、16)是通过冲切坯料并加以成型而制成的。

4、如权利要求1所述的汽车钢板弹簧附件,其特征在于金属带(14、16)的端部(14a、16a)有把它们紧固到汽车结构上的通孔(18)。
5、如权利要求1所述的汽车钢板弹簧附件,其特征在于第一金属带(14)有大致和支架(22)的宽度相等的宽度,并且焊接在支架上,从而确定了一个环状的四边形部分,其间安装着销(10)。
