技术领域
本发明涉及权利要求1的前序部分所述的灯。
背景技术
此类灯一般包括壳体,所述壳体内设有多个发光体。沿照射方向使用遮光片闭合壳体的前部。此外,在沿照射方向在发光体的前方设置膜,所述膜用于改变发光体的照射特征,例如,使得发射光均匀或将其导向至某一方向。
例如,在设有壳体内的发光体生成多个光锥的情况下,可能需要使得发射光均匀的膜,因为作为工作灯或加工灯使用时,光锥会投射出多个阴影。为了防止这一情况的发生,需要所谓的扩散膜,其通过光学折射来分散单个发光光锥并由此防止投射出单个阴影。此外,此类膜还可引起单个发光体的发光光锥的形状修整,例如,通过将其反射至某一照射角度。
高能发光体的问题在于灯材料会因为不同的热膨胀系数而在不同的温度发生膨胀,从而诱导热应力。此类热应力会导致膜起皱和起泡,尤其是粘附至遮光片或卡合入壳体中的膜,这样,膜的发光特性因膜具有的高热膨胀系数α(范围在70~80x10-6K-1之间)而丧失。比较而言,铝制壳体的热膨胀系数接近于23x10-6K-1,而所用遮光片的热膨胀系数则为3~4.5x10-6K-1。由于这些重大的差别,特别是膜的强力膨胀,会导致明显的结构翘曲,即,起皱和起泡。
此外,已经提出了这样的灯,即,通过遮光片的拉丝表面对例如由LED发光体产生的高亮度光点进行稍微的散射或均质,但这无法防止投射出多个阴影。对光进行导向使之通过设于发光体前方的透镜也无法解决这一问题。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述问题。
一种灯,其带有壳体,多个发光体设于所述壳体中。所述壳体由遮光片沿照射方向闭合,并包括用于改变所述发光体的照射特征的膜,所述膜沿所述照射方向设于所述发光体的前方。根据本发明,所述膜设于所述遮光片与支撑片之间,其中所述膜与所述遮光片和所述支撑片直接接触。
由于在所述遮光片和所述支撑片之间设置了用于改变发光体照射特征并且与之直接接触的膜,可达成所述遮光片和所述支撑片之间的浮动安装,从而使得所述膜能够沿所有方向进行移动补偿,尤其是响应热诱导膨胀沿沿长度方向和宽度方向进行移动补偿,从而防止起泡或起皱。浮动安装膜的另一个优点是可不使用任何粘合剂而将膜安装在所述遮光片和所述支撑片之间。由此,膜可独立于所述遮光片和所述支撑片而膨胀或收缩,并且,即使所用材料的热膨胀系数明显不同,也能以无应力的方式安装。
较佳实施例中,所述遮光片和所述支撑片中至少有一个以弹性方式安装。
所述遮光片和所述支撑片中至少有一个以弹性方式安装使得也可对膜的厚度变化进行补偿。此外,所述遮光片和所述支撑片中至少有一个以弹性方式安装使得可沿照射方向(即其厚度方向)以预应力的方式安装所述膜,从而以此方式额外地防止起泡或起皱。
特别简单的实例中,弹性安装所述支撑片。
弹性安装支撑片的优点在于,通常沿照射方向设于支撑片后方并且朝外部遮盖壳体的遮光片可刚性连接至壳体,尤其可较容易地与外部环境形成密封性。
然而,若需要,也可以弹性方式安装所述遮光片;例如,可与所述壳体形成为互锁。
如前所述,所述支撑片最好设于朝向发光体的一侧。
例如,可利用支撑支座安装所述支撑片。支撑支座的优点在于,这一安装方式不会妨碍支撑片沿长度方向和宽度方向的膨胀,从而使得可以基本无应力的方式将支撑片弹性安装在壳体内。
此类支撑支座的简单实施例可为固化粘性珠。此类固化粘性珠可例如设于支撑片的相对侧壁上,或者壳体上的相应位置上。若在将支撑片插入壳体之前粘附并且固化所述粘性珠,则其在固化之后具有某种程度的挠性并且可弹性地安装支撑片,同时使得支撑片可沿长度方向和宽度方向膨胀。
除固化粘性珠之外,也可使用具有挠性设计的支撑支座。一种可想到的代替物为绕整个圆周设置的O形环。
若沿所述支撑片的方向在压缩负载下将所述遮光片安装入所述壳体则可非常有效地防止起泡或起皱。由遮光片沿支撑片的方向施加并且由弹性支撑支座吸收的一定接触压力可使得所述膜在遮光片和支撑片之间保持平坦。
可通过绕着壳体周围设置粘合而达成遮光片的简单安装。此外,可利用此类圆周粘合使得壳体对于周围物体是密封的。
此外,膜的中央最好设有屏。为此,所述屏最好为圆周设计,应确保膜仍然能够沿长度方向和宽度方向膨胀。
或者,可仅将屏印在遮光片上,从而使得膜可在遮光片的整个覆盖区域内膨胀。

具体实施方式
图1为根据本发明的灯1的剖视图,其根据灯盒原理设计。灯1包括壳体10,壳体10带有底板和圆周侧壁,并且多个发光体3设于壳体10中。本实例中,发光体3设计为发光二极管(LED)并且均匀分布在壳体10的底板上。壳体10最好为铝制并且在底板的外侧设有多个冷却肋条20,以排出发光二极管生成的废热。沿照射方向A,以夹层结构在壳体10中设置支撑片7,改变发光体3照射特征的膜6,及遮光片5。
支撑片7安装在绕整个圆周设置的第一台阶部11上的弹性支座上。本实施例中,弹性支座14为在安装支撑片7之前粘附的固化粘性珠。本实施例中,该固化粘性珠仅粘附在壳体10的两个侧壁处的第一台阶11上。
由此,支撑片7可响应热暴露而沿长度方向和宽度方向膨胀,并且因此浮动安装在壳体内。所述浮动安装的另一相关特征在支撑片7围绕整个圆周离壳体10的侧壁有适当距离,所述侧壁在第二台阶部12上连续。
改变发光体3照射特征的膜6设于支撑片7的中心。本实施例中,在遮光片5上印有屏(screen)以使得膜6与屏之间设有足够的间隙以允许沿长度方向和宽度方向进行热膨胀。因此,从灯的外部覆盖膜6的边界区域而使其不可见。
膜6具体可设计为使得照射特征均匀的光导膜6。
遮光片5通过圆周粘合部16安装在壳体10中的第二台阶部12上,在安装入壳体10的过程中抵抗施加至弹性安装座14上的弹簧负载效应将遮光片推入壳体。由此,膜6安装为承受支撑片7与遮光片5之间的压缩负载,从而可有效防止膜6的热诱导起泡或起皱。
图2示出了图1的剖视图所示的根据本发明的灯1的立体图。
图2特别清楚地显示了灯1的沿照射方向由遮光片5遮盖的槽形壳体10。本实施例中,一方面通过具有接头插头的侧部30以及另一方面通过不具有接头插头的侧部40来闭合细长的壳体10。沿灯1的长度方向将两个侧部30,40用螺丝钉拧入壳体10。
此外,图2清楚地显示了印于遮光片5上的屏,所述屏覆盖粘至遮光片5的边界区域的圆周向的粘合部16以及膜6的边界区域,由此从外部不可见。
