Abstract

一种风扇装置,包括设有一收容槽的一板体和能够转动地收容于该收容槽的一风扇模组,该风扇模组包括一风扇和收容该风扇的风扇框,该风扇框包括一顶壁、一底壁和分别连接该顶壁与该底壁的两侧的两侧壁,该底壁于前端设有一向前下方倾斜的前挡板,其中一侧壁设有一能够弹性变形的卡合件,当该风扇模组转动至该风扇模组的下端相对该板体向后倾斜时,该前挡板挡止于该板体的前侧,该卡合件挡止于该板体的后侧。该风扇模组可转动地固定于该板体,包装运输时,只需使卡合件脱离板体的后侧,即可使风扇模组受重力作用向下旋转至竖直设置,不会增加伺服器机架的体积。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种风扇装置。
背景技术
现有伺服器机架安装有风扇架,风扇架内倾斜地安装有若干风扇,以稳定风流,提高风扇的散热效果。但如此则会增加伺服器机架的体积,不便于包装与运输。
发明内容
鉴于以上,有必要提供一种不会增加伺服器体积的风扇装置。
一种风扇装置,包括设有一收容槽的一板体和能够转动地收容于该收容槽的一风扇模组,该风扇模组包括一风扇和收容该风扇的风扇框,该风扇框包括一顶壁、一底壁和分别连接该顶壁与该底壁的两侧的两侧壁,该底壁于前端设有一向前下方倾斜的前挡板,其中一侧壁设有一能够弹性变形的卡合件,当该风扇模组转动至该风扇模组的下端相对该板体向后倾斜时,该前挡板挡止于该板体的前侧,该卡合件挡止于该板体的后侧。
相较现有技术,上述风扇模组可转动地固定于该板体,包装运输时,只需使卡合件脱离板体的后侧,即可使风扇模组受重力作用向下旋转至竖直设置,不会增加伺服器机架的体积。

具体实施方式
请参照图1和图6,本发明风扇装置的较佳实施方式包括一固定架10、固定于该固定架10的若干风扇模组20及若干固定件13。
该固定架10包括沿竖直方向间隔地开设有若干收容槽14的一板体12。该板体12于每一收容槽14的下方开设一锁孔16。该板体12的前侧于每一收容槽14的两侧垂直设有两挡片18,并于该两挡片18的上方设有一向前下方倾斜的遮板19。每一挡片18开设有一穿孔180。每一挡片18于顶端设有一向前下方倾斜的斜面以抵接该遮板19的底面。
每一固定件13包括一固定片130和一可转动穿过该固定片130并锁入该板体12的一收容槽14下方的一锁孔16的锁柱132。
每一风扇模组20包括若干风扇22(参照图6)和收容这些风扇22的一风扇框24。
请参照图2,该风扇框24包括一顶壁240、一底壁242(参照图4)、分别垂直连接该顶壁240和该底壁242的两侧的两侧壁244。该风扇框24的后端可转动地装设有若干导风片247。该风扇框24的后端于这些导风片247的外侧设有一连杆246,该连杆246的下端可转动地装设有一提手25。该底壁242于前端向前下方倾斜延伸形成一前挡板248,于后端向下延伸形成一后挡板249。每一侧壁244于靠近顶部处凸设一柱体245,于底部的前端设有一向后延伸的卡合件26。每一侧壁244与对应的卡合件26之间开设一狭槽28。该卡合件26包括前端连接于对应的侧壁244的一弹片260和分别凸设于该弹片260的靠近前端处的上侧和下侧的两凸舌262。每一凸舌262包括一朝向后方并向弹片260倾斜的导引面264和背向该导引面264并垂直弹片260的一挡止面266。
请参照图3至图6,组装时,每一风扇模组20收容于一收容槽14。该风扇模组20的两柱体245分别卡入对应的挡片18的穿孔180,将该风扇模组20可转动地装设于该收容槽14内。
需要倾斜设置一风扇模组20时,向后拉动该风扇模组20的提手25,使该风扇模组20的底部向后转动。该风扇模组20的两卡合件26的导引面264分别滑过对应的挡片18的内侧,使弹片260向内弹性变形,直至该风扇模组20的前挡板248挡止于板体12的前侧。此时,该两卡合件26的凸舌262分别越过对应的挡片18和该收容槽14,该两弹片260弹性恢复使该两凸舌262的挡止面266分别挡止于该板体12的后侧,从而将该风扇模组20倾斜地固定于该板体12。此时,该风扇模组20的顶壁240贴合于该收容槽14上方的遮板19,可防止风流回流。
需要将风扇模组20竖直设置时,相向按压风扇模组20的两卡合件26的弹片260,使该两卡合件26的凸舌262脱离板体12。此时,风扇模组20受到重力作用向下并向前转动,直至风扇模组20的后挡板249挡止于板体12的后侧。之后转动收容槽14下方的固定片130,使固定片130挡止于后挡板249的后侧,即可竖直固定风扇模组20。

Claims (7)

1.一种风扇装置,包括设有一收容槽的一板体和能够转动地收容于该收容槽的一风扇模组,该风扇模组包括一风扇和收容该风扇的风扇框,该风扇框包括一顶壁、一底壁和分别连接该顶壁与该底壁的两侧的两侧壁,该底壁于前端设有一向前下方倾斜的前挡板,其中一侧壁设有一能够弹性变形的卡合件,当该风扇模组转动至该风扇模组的下端相对该板体向后倾斜时,该前挡板挡止于该板体的前侧,该卡合件挡止于该板体的后侧。
2.如权利要求1所述的风扇装置,其特征在于:该板体的前侧于该收容槽的两侧凸设两挡片,该风扇框的两侧壁分别凸设一能够转动地装设于该两挡片的柱体。
3.如权利要求2所述的风扇装置,其特征在于:该板体的前侧于该收容槽的上方设一向前向下倾斜的遮板,当该风扇模组转动至该风扇模组的下端相对该板体向后倾斜时,该风扇模组的上端相对该板体向前倾斜,该遮板贴合该风扇框的顶壁。
4.如权利要求1所述的风扇装置,其特征在于:该底壁于后端设有一后挡板,该板体邻近该收容槽设有一固定件,该固定件包括一固定片,当该风扇模组竖直收容于该收容槽时,该后挡板挡止于该风扇模组的后侧,该固定片能够转动至挡止于该后挡板的后侧,以将该风扇模组竖直固定于该板体。
5.如权利要求4所述的风扇装置,其特征在于:该固定件还包括穿过该固定片后锁入该板体的锁柱,该固定片能够绕着该锁柱旋转。
6.如权利要求1所述的风扇装置,其特征在于:该侧壁与该卡合件之间设有一狭槽,该卡合件包括前端连接于该侧壁的弹片和凸设于该弹片的一凸舌,该凸舌设有一向后并向弹片倾斜的导引面和背向该导引面并挡止于板体的后侧的一挡止面。
7.如权利要求1所述的风扇装置,其特征在于:该风扇框于后侧的下端还设有一提手。
