Abstract

一種風扇裝置,包括設有一收容槽之一板體及能夠轉動地收容於該收容槽之一風扇模組,該風扇模組包括一風扇及收容該風扇之風扇框,該風扇框包括一頂壁、一底壁及分別連接該頂壁與該底壁之兩側之兩側壁,該底壁於前端設有一向前下方傾斜之前擋板,其中一側壁設有一能夠彈性變形之卡合件,當該風扇模組轉動至該風扇模組之下端相對該板體向後傾斜時,該前擋板擋止於該板體之前側,該卡合件擋止於該板體之後側。

Description

風扇裝置
本發明涉及一種風扇裝置。
習知伺服器機架安裝有風扇架,風扇架內傾斜地安裝有複數風扇,以穩定風流,提高風扇之散熱效果。但如此則會增加伺服器機架之體積,不便於包裝與運輸。
鑒於以上,有必要提供一種不會增加伺服器體積之風扇裝置。
一種風扇裝置,包括設有一收容槽之一板體及能夠轉動地收容於該收容槽之一風扇模組,該風扇模組包括一風扇及收容該風扇之風扇框,該風扇框包括一頂壁、一底壁及分別連接該頂壁與該底壁之兩側之兩側壁,該底壁於前端設有一向前下方傾斜之前擋板,其中一側壁設有一能夠彈性變形之卡合件,當該風扇模組轉動至該風扇模組之下端相對該板體向後傾斜時,該前擋板擋止於該板體之前側,該卡合件擋止於該板體之後側。
相較習知技術,該風扇模組可轉動地固定於該板體,包裝運輸時,只需使卡合件脫離板體之後側,即可使風扇模組受重力作用向下旋轉至豎直設置,不會增加伺服器機架之體積。
請參照圖1及圖6,本發明風扇裝置之較佳實施方式包括一固定架10、固定於該固定架10之複數風扇模組20及複數固定件13。
該固定架10包括沿豎直方向間隔地開設有複數收容槽14之一板體12。該板體12於每一收容槽14之下方開設一鎖孔16。該板體12之前側於每一收容槽14之兩側垂直設有兩擋片18,並於該兩擋片18之上方設有一向前下方傾斜之遮板19。每一擋片18開設有一穿孔180。每一擋片18於頂端設有一向前下方傾斜之斜面以抵接該遮板19之底面。
每一固定件13包括一固定片130及一可轉動穿過該固定片130並鎖入該板體12之一收容槽14下方之一鎖孔16之鎖柱132。
每一風扇模組20包括複數風扇22(參照圖6)及收容該等風扇22之一風扇框24。
請參照圖2,該風扇框24包括一頂壁240、一底壁242(參照圖4)、分別垂直連接該頂壁240及該底壁242之兩側之兩側壁244。該風扇框24之後端可轉動地裝設有複數導風片247。該風扇框24之後端於該等導風片247之外側設有一連桿246,該連桿246之下端可轉動地裝設有一提手25。該底壁242於前端向前下方傾斜延伸形成一前擋板248,於後端向下延伸形成一後擋板249。每一側壁244於靠近頂部處凸設一柱體245,於底部之前端設有一向後延伸之卡合件26。每一側壁244與對應之卡合件26之間開設一狹槽28。該卡合件26包括前端連接於對應之側壁244之一彈片260及分別凸設於該彈片260之靠近前端處之上側及下側之兩凸舌262。每一凸舌262包括一朝向後方並向彈片260傾斜之導引面264及背向該導引面264並垂直彈片260之一擋止面266。
請參照圖3至圖6,組裝時,每一風扇模組20收容於一收容槽14。該風扇模組20之兩柱體245分別可轉動地卡入對應之擋片18之穿孔180,將該風扇模組20可轉動地裝設於該收容槽14內。
需要傾斜設置一風扇模組20時,向後拉動該風扇模組20之提手25,使該風扇模組20之底部向後轉動。該風扇模組20之兩卡合件26之導引面264分別滑過對應之擋片18之內側,使彈片260向內彈性變形,直至該風扇模組20之前擋板248擋止於板體12之前側。此時,該兩卡合件26之凸舌262分別越過對應之擋片18及該收容槽14,該兩彈片260彈性恢復使該兩凸舌262之擋止面266分別擋止於該板體12之後側,從而將該風扇模組20傾斜地固定於該板體12。此時,該風扇模組20之頂壁240貼合於該收容槽14上方之遮板19,可防止風流回流。
需要將風扇模組20豎直設置時,相向按壓風扇模組20之兩卡合件26之彈片260,使該兩卡合件26之凸舌262脫離板體12。此時,風扇模組20受到重力作用向下並向前轉動,直至風扇模組20之後擋板249擋止於板體12之後側。之後轉動收容槽14下方之固定片130,使固定片130擋止於後擋板249之後側,即可豎直固定風扇模組20。
綜上所述,本發明確已符合發明專利之要件,遂依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施方式,自不能以此限制本案之申請專利範圍。舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士爰依本發明之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下申請專利範圍內。

Claims (7)

  1. 一種風扇裝置,包括設有一收容槽之一板體及能夠轉動地收容於該收容槽之一風扇模組,該風扇模組包括一風扇及收容該風扇之風扇框,該風扇框包括一頂壁、一底壁及分別連接該頂壁與該底壁之兩側之兩側壁,該底壁於前端設有一向前下方傾斜之前擋板,其中一側壁設有一能夠彈性變形之卡合件,當該風扇模組轉動至該風扇模組之下端相對該板體向後傾斜時,該前擋板擋止於該板體之前側,該卡合件擋止於該板體之後側。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之風扇裝置,其中該板體之前側於該收容槽之兩側凸設兩擋片,該風扇框之兩側壁分別凸設一能夠轉動地裝設於該兩擋片之柱體。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之風扇裝置,其中該板體之前側於該收容槽之上方設一向前向下傾斜之遮板,當該風扇模組轉動至該風扇模組之下端相對該板體向後傾斜時,該風扇模組之上端相對該板體向前傾斜,該遮板貼合該風扇框之頂壁。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之風扇裝置,其中該底壁於後端設有一後擋板,該板體鄰近該收容槽設有一固定件,該固定件包括一固定片,當該風扇模組豎直收容於該收容槽時,該後擋板擋止於該風扇模組之後側,該固定片能夠轉動至擋止於該後擋板之後側,以將該風扇模組豎直固定於該板體。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之風扇裝置,其中該固定件還包括穿過該固定片後鎖入該板體之鎖柱,該固定片能夠繞著該鎖柱旋轉。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之風扇裝置,其中該側壁與該卡合件之間設有一狹槽,該卡合件包括前端連接於該側壁之彈片及凸設於該彈片之一凸舌,該凸舌設有一向後並向彈片傾斜之導引面及背向該導引面並擋止於板體之後側之一擋止面。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之風扇裝置,其中該風扇框於後側之下端還設有一提手。
