Abstract

一種記憶體卡固裝置，包括一插接件及一卡固件，插接件於頂面開設有插接一記憶體之插槽，卡固件包括一能夠轉動地裝設於插接件一端之固定部和連接於固定部之一卡持部，卡持部設有一扣件，扣件開設有一收容記憶體之一端之卡槽及設有一位於卡槽之頂部之頂壁，固定部可相對插接件於一卡固位置及一解鎖位置之間轉動，當固定部位於卡固位置時，固定部位於插接件之頂面之下方且帶動卡持部向下移動使卡持部之頂壁抵頂記憶體之頂部，當固定部位於解鎖位置時，固定部帶動卡持部向上移動使卡持部之頂壁與該憶體之頂部分開。

Description

記憶體卡固裝置
本發明涉及一種記憶體卡固裝置。
習知記憶體卡槽之兩端分別設有彈性卡爪以固定記憶體。為了便於操作，這種彈性卡爪通常設有較寬之操作部，因而阻擋流經記憶體之側面之風流，不利於散熱。
鑒於以上內容，有必要提供一種利於記憶體散熱之記憶體卡固裝置。
一種記憶體卡固裝置，用於將一記憶體固定於一電路板，該記憶體卡固裝置包括一固定於電路板之插接件及一對卡固件，插接件之頂面開設有插接記憶體之插槽，每一卡固件包括一能夠轉動地裝設於該插接件一端之固定部和連接於該固定部之一卡持部，該卡持部設有一扣件，該扣件開設有一收容該記憶體之一端之卡槽及設有一位於該卡槽之頂部之頂壁，該固定部可相對該插接件於一卡固位置及一解鎖位置之間轉動，當該固定部位於卡固位置時，該固定部位於該插接件之頂面之下方且帶動該卡持部向下移動而使得該卡持部之頂壁抵頂該記憶體之頂部，當該固定部位於解鎖位置時，該固定部帶動該卡持部向上移動而使得該卡持部之頂壁與該記憶體之頂部分開。
相較習知技術，本發明記憶體卡固裝置之固定部位於卡固位置時，該固定部位於該插接件之頂面之下方，不會阻擋流經該記憶體之側面之風流，有利於記憶體散熱。
圖1係本發明記憶體卡固裝置之較佳實施方式之立體分解圖。
圖2係圖1之部分組裝圖。
圖3係圖2之立體組合圖。
圖4係本發明記憶體卡固裝置之較佳實施方式運用於一電子設備內之示意圖。
請同時參閱圖1及圖4，本發明記憶體卡固裝置之較佳實施方式用於將一記憶體40安裝於一電子設備100之電路板10上（請參照圖4）。該電子設備100內還設有正對記憶體40之風扇80。該記憶體卡固裝置包括一設置於電路板10上之插接件20和兩卡固件30。
插接件20呈長條狀，插接件20於頂面開設有插接該記憶體40之插槽22。插接件20相對之兩側分別於鄰近該插接件20之兩端且靠近該插接件20之頂面處凸設一柱體24。插接件20於每一柱體24之斜下方凸設一突起26。該突起26較對應之柱體24更靠近該插接件20之對應端。
每一卡固件30包括一卡持部32和一固定部34。
該卡持部32包括一連接部320、分別自該連接部320之兩端向下延伸之兩裝設片322和自該連接部320之頂面之中部向上延伸之一扣件324。該扣件324於一側沿縱向開設一卡槽326。每一裝設片322之內側凸設一卡柱328。該扣件324還包括一設置於該卡槽326之頂部之頂壁330。
該固定部34包括一傾斜之操作部340和分別設於該操作部340之兩端且平行相對之兩固定片342。每一固定片342包括相對之一第一側邊344、一第二側邊346和連接該第一和第二側邊344和346之兩端之位於上部之一第一端緣348和位於下部之一第二端緣350。該第一側邊344之下部連接於該操作部340，該第二側邊346鄰近該第二端緣350形成一弧形之倒角。每一固定片342鄰近該第一端緣348之兩端分別開設一裝配孔354。每一固定片342鄰近該第二側邊346之底部開設一穿孔356。
請參照圖2及圖3，組裝時，該卡持部32之兩卡柱328分別卡入該固定部34之靠近該操作部340之兩裝配孔354，將該卡持部32可轉動地裝設於該固定部34。該卡槽326背向該操作部340。
該固定部34之遠離操作部340之兩裝配孔354與該插接件20之兩柱體24相卡合，將該卡固件30可轉動地裝設於該插接件20之一端。固定部34位於解鎖位置時（如圖2所示），該固定部34之操作部340位於插接件20之上方。
固定記憶體40時，將記憶體40插入該插接件20之插槽22，之後向該記憶體40轉動該兩卡持部32，使該記憶體40之兩端分別卡入該兩卡持部32之卡槽326。此時，該記憶體40之頂端尚未抵頂該兩卡持部32之頂壁330。之後，向插接件20之方向轉動該兩固定部34之操作部340，該兩卡持部32同時向下移動。該等穿孔356分別與該插接件20之對應突起26相卡合，將該兩卡固件30固定於該插接件20。此時，每一固定部34位於卡固位置（如圖3所示），該兩卡持部32之頂壁330抵頂於該記憶體40之頂端，將該記憶體40固定於該插接件20，固定部34位於該插接件20之頂面之下方。
本發明記憶體卡固裝置之固定部34位於卡固位置時，固定部34位於該插接件20之頂面之下方，從而不會阻擋風扇80產生之風流流經記憶體40之側面；同時，由於扣件324之寬度和記憶體40之寬度相近，對流經記憶體40之側面之風流造成較少之阻礙，有利於記憶體40之散熱。
綜上所述，本發明確已符合發明專利之要件，遂依法提出專利申請。惟，以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施方式，自不能以此限制本案之申請專利範圍。凡熟悉本案技藝之人士爰依本發明之精神所作之等效修飾或變化，皆應涵蓋於以下申請專利範圍內。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種記憶體卡固裝置，用於將一記憶體固定於一電路板，該記憶體卡固裝置包括一固定於電路板之插接件及一對卡固件，插接件之頂面開設有插接記憶體之插槽，每一卡固件包括一能夠轉動地裝設於該插接件一端之固定部和連接於該固定部之一卡持部，該卡持部設有一扣件，該扣件開設有一收容該記憶體之一端之卡槽及設有一位於該卡槽之頂部之頂壁，該固定部可相對該插接件於一卡固位置及一解鎖位置之間轉動，當該固定部位於卡固位置時，該固定部位於該插接件之頂面之下方且帶動該卡持部向下移動而使得該卡持部之頂壁抵頂該記憶體之頂部，當該固定部位於解鎖位置時，該固定部帶動該卡持部向上移動而使得該卡持部之頂壁與該記憶體之頂部分開。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之記憶體卡固裝置，其中該固定部包括一操作部和設於該操作部兩側之兩固定片，該固定部位於卡固位置時，該兩固定片分別固定於該插接件之兩側。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之記憶體卡固裝置，其中插接件之兩側之同一端分別凸設一突起，該固定部之每一固定片於下部開設一穿孔，當該固定部轉動到卡固位置時，該兩突起分別卡合於該兩穿孔，從而固定該固定部。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之記憶體卡固裝置，其中該插接件於每一突起之斜上方凸設一柱體，該固定部之每一固定片之上部於遠離操作部之一端凸設一第一裝配孔，每一柱體能夠轉動地插入對應的第一裝配孔。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之記憶體卡固裝置，其中該卡持部還包括一連接部和兩裝設片，該扣件垂直設於該連接部之頂面，該兩裝設片之內側分別凸設一卡柱，每一固定片設一第二裝配孔，每一卡柱能夠轉動地插入對應的第二裝配孔，將該卡持部能夠轉動地裝設於該固定部。
