Abstract

一种内存条卡固装置,包括一插接件及一对卡固件,插接件开设有插接一内存条的插槽,每一卡固件包括一转动地装设于插接件一端的固定部和连接于固定部的一卡持部,卡持部设有一扣件,扣件开设有一收容内存条的一端的卡槽及设有一位于该槽的顶部的顶壁,固定部可相对插接件于一卡固位置及一解锁位置之间转动,当固定部位于卡固位置时,固定部位于插接件的顶面的下方且带动卡持部向下移动使卡持部的顶壁抵顶内存条的顶部,当固定部位于解锁位置时,固定部带动卡持部向上移动使卡持部的顶壁与内存条的顶部分开。该内存条卡固装置的固定部位于卡固位置时,固定部位于该插接件的顶面的下方,不会阻流经该内存条的侧面的风流,有利于给内存条散热。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种内存条卡固装置。
背景技术
现有内存条卡槽的两端分别设有弹性卡爪以固定内存条。为了便于操作,这种弹性卡爪通常设有较宽的操作部,因而阻挡流经内存条的侧面的风流,不利于散热。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种利于内存条散热的内存条卡固装置。
一种内存条卡固装置,用于将一内存条固定于一电路板,该内存条卡固装置包括一固定于电路板的插接件及一对卡固件,插接件的顶面开设有插接内存条的插槽,每一卡固件包括一能够转动地装设于该插接件一端的固定部和连接于该固定部的一卡持部,该卡持部设有一扣件,该扣件开设有一收容该内存条的一端的卡槽及设有一位于该卡槽的顶部的顶壁,该固定部可相对该插接件于一卡固位置及一解锁位置之间转动,当该固定部位于卡固位置时,该固定部位于该插接件的顶面的下方且带动该卡持部向下移动而使得该卡持部的顶壁抵顶该内存条的顶部,当该固定部位于解锁位置时,该固定部带动该卡持部向上移动而使得该卡持部的顶壁与该内存条的顶部分开。
相较现有技术,本发明内存条卡固装置的固定部位于卡固位置时,该固定部位于该插接件的顶面的下方,不会阻流经该内存条的侧面的风流,有利于给内存条散热。

具体实施方式
请同时参阅图1及图4,本发明内存条卡固装置的较佳实施方式用于将一内存条40安装于一电子设备100的电路板10上(请参照图4)。该电子设备100内还设有正对内存条40的风扇80。该内存条卡固装置包括一设置于电路板10上的插接件20和两卡固件30。
插接件20呈长条状,插接件20于顶面开设有插接该内存条40的插槽22。插接件20相对的两侧分别于邻近该插接件20的两端且靠近该插接件20的顶面处凸设一柱体24。插接件20于每一柱体24的斜下方凸设一突起26。该突起26较对应的柱体24更靠近该插接件20的对应端。
每一卡固件30包括一卡持部32和一固定部34。
该卡持部32包括一连接部320、分别自该连接部320的两端向下延伸的两装设片322和自该连接部320的顶面的中部向上延伸的一扣件324。该扣件324于一侧沿纵向开设一卡槽326。每一装设片322的内侧凸设一卡柱328。该扣件324还包括一设置在该卡槽326的顶部的顶壁330。
该固定部34包括一倾斜的操作部340和分别设于该操作部340的两端且平行相对的两固定片342。每一固定片342包括相对的一第一侧边344、一第二侧边346和连接该第一和第二侧边344和346的两端的位于上部的一第一端缘348和位于下部的一第二端缘350。该第一侧边344的下部连接于该操作部340,该第二侧边346邻近该第二端缘350形成一弧形的倒角。每一固定片342邻近该第一端缘348的两端分别开设一装配孔354。每一固定片342邻近该第二侧边346的底部开设一穿孔356。
请参照图2及图3,组装时,该卡持部32的两卡柱328分别卡入该固定部34的靠近该操作部340的两装配孔354,将该卡持部32可转动地装设于该固定部34。该卡槽326背向该操作部340。
该固定部34的远离操作部340的两装配孔354与该插接件20的两柱体24相卡合,将该卡固件30可转动地装设于该插接件20的一端。固定部34位于解锁位置时(如图2所示),该固定部34的操作部340位于插接件20的上方。
固定内存条40时,将内存条40插入该插接件20的插槽22,之后向该内存条40转动该两卡持部32,使该内存条40的两端分别卡入该两卡持部32的卡槽326。此时,该内存条40的顶端尚未抵顶该两卡持部32的顶壁330。之后,向插接件20的方向转动该两固定部34的操作部340,该两卡持部32同时向下移动。这些穿孔356分别与该插接件20的对应突起26相卡合,将该两卡固件30固定于该插接件20。此时,每一固定部34位于卡固位置(如图3所示),该两卡持部32的顶壁330抵顶于该内存条40的顶端,将该内存条40固定于该插接件20,固定部34位于该插接件20的顶面的下方。
本发明内存条卡固装置的固定部34位于卡固位置时,固定部34位于该插接件20的顶面的下方,从而不会阻挡风扇80产生的风流流经内存条40的侧面;同时,由于扣件324的宽度和内存条40的宽度相近,对流经内存条40的侧面的风流造成较少的阻碍,有利于内存条40的散热。

Claims (5)

1.一种内存条卡固装置,用于将一内存条固定于一电路板,该内存条卡固装置包括一固定于电路板的插接件及一对卡固件,插接件的顶面开设有插接内存条的插槽,每一卡固件包括一能够转动地装设于该插接件一端的固定部和连接于该固定部的一卡持部,该卡持部设有一扣件,该扣件开设有一收容该内存条的一端的卡槽及设有一位于该卡槽的顶部的顶壁,该固定部可相对该插接件于一卡固位置及一解锁位置之间转动,当该固定部位于卡固位置时,该固定部位于该插接件的顶面的下方且带动该卡持部向下移动而使得该卡持部的顶壁抵顶该内存条的顶部,当该固定部位于解锁位置时,该固定部带动该卡持部向上移动而使得该卡持部的顶壁与该内存条的顶部分开。
2.如权利要求1所述的内存条卡固装置,其特征在于:该固定部包括一操作部和设于该操作部两侧的两固定片,该固定部位于卡固位置时,该两固定片分别固定于该插接件的两侧。
3.如权利要求2所述的内存条卡固装置,其特征在于:插接件的两侧的同一端分别凸设一突起,该固定部的每一固定片于下部开设一穿孔,当该固定部转动到卡固位置时,该两突起分别卡合于该两穿孔,从而固定该固定部。
4.如权利要求3所述的内存条卡固装置,其特征在于:该插接件于每一突起的斜上方凸设一柱体,该固定部的每一固定片的上部于远离操作部的一端凸设一装配孔,每一柱体能够转动地插入一装配孔。
5.如权利要求2所述的内存条卡固装置,其特征在于:该卡持部还包括一连接部和两装设片,该扣件垂直设于该连接部的顶面,该两装设片的内侧分别凸设一卡柱,每一固定片邻近操作部开设一装配孔,每一卡柱能够转动地插入一装配孔,将该卡持部能够转动地装设于该固定部。
