一种风扇固定装置，包括一安装架及一固定在风扇上的固定件，所述安装架包括底板及与所述底板垂直的侧板，所述底板开设有卡槽，所述风扇开设有卡固孔，所述侧板开设有卡柱，所述卡柱可卡入所述风扇的卡固孔中，所述固定件设有可卡入所述卡槽的卡扣部。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种风扇固定装置，尤其涉及一种可方便安装和拆卸的风扇固定装置。
背景技术
针对不同的需求，各种不同特点的服务器被开发出来，如具备较好稳定性的网络服务器、具备海量存储功能的存储服务器、具备快速运算功能的运算服务器等，这些服务器的集成度很高，为了使所述电子装置稳定工作，常常需要多个风扇一起对其进行散热，为了将风扇固定在机箱中，通常采用螺丝将风扇的四个角直接固定在机箱中，这种使用螺丝的固定方式在拆装风扇时，需要采用螺丝起子等工具，极为不便。
实用新型内容
鉴于以上内容，有必要提供一种可方便安装和拆卸风扇的固定装置。
一种风扇固定装置，包括一安装架及一固定在风扇上的固定件，所述安装架包括底板及与所述底板垂直的侧板，所述底板开设有卡槽，所述风扇开设有卡固孔，所述侧板开设有卡柱，所述卡柱可卡入所述风扇的卡固孔中，所述固定件设有可卡入所述卡槽的卡扣部。
优选地，所述风扇包括有第一侧壁，所述第一侧壁垂直于所述底板，所述固定件包括有板体，所述板体固定于所述第一侧壁。
优选地，所述固定件还包括有可弹性变形的固定片，所述固定片垂直于所述板体，所述卡扣部设在所述固定片之下方。
优选地，所述固定片凸出所述底板边缘，所述固定片弹性变形远离所述底板即可使所述卡扣部脱离所述卡槽。
优选地，所述固定件的板体设有定位部，所述定位部设有可收容所述风扇的第一侧壁的定位槽。
优选地，所述板体形成有用于导风的导风口，所述导风口与所述风扇相通。
优选地，所述卡柱垂直所述侧板，所述风扇包括有与第一侧壁平行的一第二侧壁，所述卡固孔开设在所述第二侧壁。
优选地，所述第一侧壁设有卡扣孔，所述固定件的板体还设有可卡入所述卡扣孔的凸销。
优选地，所述凸销及所述定位部分别设于所述板体的四个角落处垂直延伸出。
优选地，所述风扇固定装置还包括一机壳，所述机壳具有底壁，所述底板弯折形成有可固定于所述底壁的折板。
与现有技术相比，上述风扇固定装置通过侧板的卡柱与风扇上的卡固孔卡固配合，及所述固定件上的卡扣部与所述安装架上的卡槽卡扣配合，无需螺丝就可方便地安装和拆卸风扇。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1，本实用新型风扇固定装置的一较佳实施方式包括机壳10、一固定于所述机壳10上的安装架20、及一安装在一风扇30上的固定件40。
所述机壳10包括一底壁11。所述底壁11设有若干突柱112。
所述安装架20包括一底板21及一垂直于所述底板21的侧板23。所述底板21开设有四个间隔排列的卡槽211，并垂直弯折一连接板213。所述连接板213垂直弯折一折板215。所述折板215平行于所述底板21，并对应所述底壁11的突柱112开设四个固定孔2151。所述侧板23设有四个用以通风的通口231。每一通口231相对于所述底板21的每一卡槽211。所述侧板23在每一通口231的每个角落处各设置一卡柱233。
所述风扇30包括两相互平行的第一侧壁31及第二侧壁33。所述第一侧壁31的四个角落处分别开设有一卡扣孔311，所述第二侧壁33的四个角落处分别开设一卡固孔331。
所述固定件40具有一板体41。所述板体41形成有用于通风的导风口411。所述板体41一侧的下方垂直弯折有一可弹性变形的固定片43。所述固定片43开设一缺口431，并在下表面设有位于所述缺口431两侧的两卡扣部433。所述板体41的另一侧在其中三个角落处对应所述风扇30的卡固孔331分别设有一可弹性变形的定位部45。所述定位部45设有一定位槽453。所述定位槽453可用以收容所述风扇30的第一侧壁31。所述板体41在另一个角落处设有一可卡入所述第一侧壁31的卡扣孔311的凸销47。
请一起参阅图2至图4，组装时，将所述固定件40固定在所述风扇30的第一侧壁31之上，这时，所述第一侧壁31卡入所述定位部45的定位槽453内，所述固定件40的凸销47卡入所述第一侧壁31的其中一个卡扣孔311内。
将固定一起固定件40与风扇30放置于所述安装架20的底板21上，对齐与所述风扇30的第二侧壁33的卡固孔331与所述安装架20的侧板23上的其中一通口231四周的卡柱233，这时，所述433位于所述21的一侧，以靠近所述侧板23的方向推动所述风扇30，使所述卡柱233插入所述第二侧壁33的卡固孔331内，这时，所述固定片43的卡扣部433受所述底板21的挤压而使所述43弹性变形。当所述第二侧壁33抵靠在所述侧板23上时，所述43对齐所述底板21的卡槽211，并弹性回复而卡扣于所述卡槽211中，从而可阻止所述风扇30沿垂直23的方向滑离所述底板23。这样，就将整个风扇30安装在所述安装架20上。这时，所述固定片43伸出所述底板21。
拆卸时，扳动所述固定片43，使其以远离所述底板21的方向弹性变形，从而使所述固定片43上的卡扣部433脱离所述底板21的卡槽211。然后以远离所述安装架20的侧板23的方向移动所述风扇30，使所述侧板23的卡柱233脱离所述风扇30的卡固孔331，即可将所述风扇30从所述安装架20上取下。

Claims (10)

1.一种风扇固定装置，包括一安装架及一固定在风扇上的固定件，所述安装架包括底板及与所述底板垂直的侧板，其特征在于：所述底板开设有卡槽，所述风扇开设有卡固孔，所述侧板开设有卡柱，所述卡柱可卡入所述风扇的卡固孔中，所述固定件设有可卡入所述卡槽的卡扣部。
2.如权利要求1所述的风扇固定装置，其特征在于：所述风扇包括有第一侧壁，所述第一侧壁垂直于所述底板，所述固定件包括有板体，所述板体固定于所述第一侧壁。
3.如权利要求2所述的风扇固定装置，其特征在于：所述固定件还包括有可弹性变形的固定片，所述固定片垂直于所述板体，所述卡扣部设在所述固定片之下方。
4.如权利要求3所述的风扇固定装置，其特征在于：所述固定片凸出所述底板边缘，所述固定片弹性变形远离所述底板即可使所述卡扣部脱离所述卡槽。
5.如权利要求3所述的风扇固定装置，其特征在于：所述固定件的板体设有定位部，所述定位部设有可收容所述风扇的第一侧壁的定位槽。
6.如权利要求5所述的风扇固定装置，其特征在于：所述板体形成有用于导风的导风口，所述导风口与所述风扇相通。
7.如权利要求5所述的风扇固定装置，其特征在于：所述卡柱垂直所述侧板，所述风扇包括有与第一侧壁平行的一第二侧壁，所述卡固孔开设在所述第二侧壁。
8.如权利要求5所述的风扇固定装置，其特征在于：所述第一侧壁设有卡扣孔，所述固定件的板体还设有可卡入所述卡扣孔的凸销。
9.如权利要求8所述的风扇固定装置，其特征在于：所述凸销及所述定位部分别设于所述板体的四个角落处垂直延伸出。
10.如权利要求1所述的风扇固定装置，其特征在于：所述风扇固定装置还包括一机壳，所述机壳具有底壁，所述底板弯折形成有可固定于所述底壁的折板。
