Abstract

一种电源模组,包括一框体、一把手及一扣具,该框体包括相互垂直的一后壁及一侧壁,后壁开设一收容槽,该把手通过一轴旋转地设于该收容槽内,旋转该把手能使该把手收容于框体内,该扣具包括一前端固定于该侧壁的内侧的且具有弹性的卡持件及一沿垂直该后壁的方向滑动地连接于该卡持件的后端的滑动件,该滑动件能滑动地收容于该框体内,该侧壁开设一通孔,该卡持件凸设一能穿过该通孔的卡片。该电源模组的把手可旋转地收容于框体内,该电源模组的扣具的卡持件收容于框体内,该滑动件可滑动的连接于该卡持件,可使该滑动件收容于该卡持件内,使用方便,且节省空间。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电源模组。
背景技术
现有服务器的机箱内常装设有电源模组,电源模组一般装设有一把手及一卡固于该机箱内的扣具。然而,把手及扣具都延伸出电源模组的本体,会占用机箱内的空间。
发明内容
鉴于以上,有必要提供一种占用空间少的电源模组。
一种电源模组,包括一框体、一把手及一扣具,该框体包括相互垂直的一后壁及一侧壁,后壁开设一收容槽,该把手通过一轴旋转地设于该收容槽内,旋转该把手能使该把手收容于框体内,该扣具包括一前端固定于该侧壁的内侧的且具有弹性的卡持件及一沿垂直该后壁的方向滑动地连接于该卡持件的后端的滑动件,该滑动件能滑动地收容于该框体内,该侧壁开设一通孔,该卡持件凸设一能穿过该通孔的卡片。
相较现有技术,该电源模组的把手可旋转地收容于框体内,该电源模组的扣具的卡持件收容于框体内,该滑动件可滑动的连接于该卡持件,可使该滑动件收容于该卡持件内,使用方便,且节省空间。

具体实施方式
请一并参照图1及图2,本发明电源模组100的较佳实施方式包括一框体20、设于该框体20内的电源模组30、一把手50及一扣具60。
该框体20包括一方形的后壁22、一顶壁23、一正对该顶壁23的底壁25及自该后壁22相对的两侧边垂直向前延伸的两侧壁26。该后壁22、一顶壁23、一底壁25及两侧壁26共同围成一收容该电源模组30的收容空间27。该后壁22于邻近底壁25处开设一长方形的收容槽221。该后壁22于邻近其中一侧壁26的底部处开设一插入孔223,该侧壁26于邻近该插入孔223处开设两通孔262及位于通孔262前端的若干固定孔264。
该电源模组30设有一外露于该后壁22的电源插座32,该电源插座32位于该收容槽221与该插入孔223之间。
该把手50包括一长方形的卡块52、一旋转件53及一轴55。该卡块52的中部沿该卡块52的长度方向开设一连接槽521。该卡块52的中部开设一贯穿该连接槽521的轴孔523。该卡块52的一端向该连接槽521内凸设一弹性的卡条525。该旋转件53包括一长方形的旋转板531及一凸设于该旋转板531一侧的操作板532。该操作板532呈U形。该旋转板531的中部开设一通孔535。
该扣具60包括一具有弹性的卡持件62及一滑动件63。该卡持件62包括一长方形的连接片621、自该连接片621的中部的两侧垂直向外延伸两卡片623及自该连接片621的后端的两侧向内延伸两L形的凸缘625。该两凸缘625与该连接片621共同围成一滑槽626。该两凸缘625的中部凸设两相对的止挡块627。该连接片621的前端开设若干连接孔628。该滑动件63包括一长方形的滑板631、自该滑板631的后端向前弯拆的一手持部632及一自该滑板631的前端的中部向后弯拆的一挡止部635。该手持部632与该挡止部635位于该滑板631的同一侧。
请参照图3,组装时,将滑动件63的前端插入该卡持件62的滑槽626内,该挡止部635抵持卡持件62的止挡块627使凸缘625发生弹性变形,至该挡止部635越过止挡块627。该凸缘625恢复形变而挡止该挡止部635于止挡块627的前端。将卡持件62的前端插入该框体20的插入孔223内,使该卡持件62的卡片623穿过该侧壁26的通孔262且连接孔628正对固定孔264。若干锁固件(图中未示)穿过框体20的固定孔264锁固于该侧壁26对应的连接孔628内,使该扣具60固定于该框体20的侧壁26的内表面上。此时,该卡持件62完全收容于该框体20内。将该旋转件53的旋转板531收容于该卡块卡块52的连接槽521内,使该旋转件53的通孔535正对该卡块52的轴孔523。该轴55穿过轴孔523及通孔535而将该旋转件53旋转地收容于该连接槽521内。将该卡块52卡固于该框体20的收容槽收容槽221内即可。
请参照图4,当需电源模组100安装至一电子装置或拆离该电子装置时,向后拉该滑动件63的手持部632,使该滑动件63延伸出该后壁22。旋转该旋转件53,使该操作板532外露于该后壁22,且该旋转板531的一端卡持于该卡条525。从而方便安装或拆离该电源模组100。当该电源模组100已安装完成后,向前推该滑动件63的手持部632,使该滑动件63沿该卡持件62的滑槽626滑动,至该滑动件63的滑板631挡止于该凸缘625的后端;该旋转件53被旋转180度,使该旋转件53的操作板532收容于该框体20的收容空间27内,且该旋转板531的另一端卡持于该卡条525。此时,该滑动件63及操作板532完全收容于该框体20内。

Claims (8)

1.一种电源模组,包括一框体、一把手及一扣具,该框体包括相互垂直的一后壁及一侧壁,后壁开设一收容槽,该把手通过一轴旋转地设于该收容槽内,旋转该把手能使该把手收容于框体内,该扣具包括一前端固定于该侧壁的内侧的且具有弹性的卡持件及一沿垂直该后壁的方向滑动地连接于该卡持件的后端的滑动件,该滑动件能滑动地收容于该框体内,该侧壁开设一通孔,该卡持件凸设一能穿过该通孔的卡片。
2.如权利要求1所述的电源模组,其特征在于:该把手包括一卡固于该收容槽内的卡块及一旋转件,该卡块开设一连接槽,该旋转件通过该轴旋转地连接于该卡块的连接槽内。
3.如权利要求2所述的电源模组,其特征在于:该旋转件包括一旋转地收容于该连接槽内的旋转板及凸设于该旋转板一侧的操作板,沿轴旋转该旋转件能使该操作板收容于该框体内。
4.如权利要求3所述的电源模组,其特征在于:该卡块开设一贯穿该连接槽的轴孔,该旋转板开设一通孔,该轴穿过该卡块的轴孔及旋转板的通孔。
5.如权利要求3所述的电源模组,其特征在于:该卡块向该连接槽内凸设一弹性的且能卡持该旋转板的卡条。
6.如权利要求1所述的电源模组,其特征在于:该卡持件包括一连接片,该连接片的前端固定于该侧壁,该卡片凸设于该连接片的中部,该连接片后端的两侧向内延伸两L形的凸缘,该两凸缘与该连接片共同围成一滑槽,该滑动件包括一滑动地插设于该滑槽内的滑板。
7.如权利要求6所述的电源模组,其特征在于:该两凸缘的中部凸设两相对的止挡块,该滑板的前端凸设一止挡于该止挡块的挡止部。
8.如权利要求6所述的电源模组,其特征在于:该滑板的后端设有一止挡于两凸缘后端的手持部。
