Abstract

一种硬盘安装装置，用以安装若干硬盘，该硬盘安装装置包括一托架和若干固定架，该托架包围成一收容空间，并于两侧分别沿纵向设有两列固定孔，每一固定架包括一用以收容一硬盘的固定框和两可转动地分别装设于该固定框两侧的固定臂，该固定框于两侧分别设有两固定孔，每一固定臂于内侧延伸出两锁柱，该固定框伸入该托架的收容空间并可沿纵向滑动，该两固定臂可向该托架的两侧旋转直至该两固定臂的锁柱对应锁入该托架两侧的对应固定孔和该固定框两侧的固定孔。该硬盘安装装置于托架两侧分别设有两纵列紧密排列的固定孔，使得安装于托架上的硬盘的间距可调整。

硬盘安装装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种硬盘安装装置。
背景技术
在服务器中，会使用到大量硬盘来组成高密度存储器。一般来说，硬盘间距越小越不利于硬盘散热，反之，硬盘间距越大越利于硬盘散热。然而，在高密度存储器的设计中，硬盘间距通常是固定的。若高密度存储器所处的散热环境不佳时，硬盘的散热需求可能会无法被满足，导致硬盘甚至是服务器无法正常工作。
发明内容
鉴于以上，有必要提供一种可调整硬盘间距的硬盘安装装置。
一种硬盘安装装置，用以安装若干硬盘，该硬盘安装装置包括一托架和若干固定架，该托架包围成一收容空间，并于两侧分别沿纵向设有两列固定孔，每一固定架包括一用以收容一硬盘的固定框和两可转动地分别装设于该固定框两侧的固定臂，该固定框于两侧分别设有两固定孔，每一固定臂于内侧延伸出两锁柱，该固定框伸入该托架的收容空间并可沿纵向滑动，该两固定臂可向该托架的两侧旋转直至该两固定臂的锁柱对应锁入该托架两侧的对应固定孔和该固定框两侧的固定孔。
相较现有技术，上述硬盘安装装置于托架两侧分别设有两纵列紧密排列的固定孔，使得安装于托架上的硬盘的间距可调整。

具体实施方式
请参照图1，本发明硬盘安装装置用以安装若干硬盘10。该硬盘安装装置包括一托架20和若干固定架30。
该硬盘10呈方形，于两侧分别开设两间隔的固定孔12。
该托架20概呈长方体形，包括一顶壁22、一底板24和两分别垂直连接该顶壁22和该底板24的两侧的侧壁26。该顶壁22、底板24和该两侧壁26合围成一收容空间28。每一侧壁26沿纵向设有两列固定孔260。在本实施方式中，同列相邻的两固定孔260之间的间距为5mm。
该固定架30包括一固定框32和两固定臂34。该固定框32包括两侧板320和分别垂直连接该两侧板320的两端的两端板322。该两侧板320上分别设有两间隔的固定孔324。该两侧板320分别于底端相向延伸出一底板325。其中一端板322于四角处分别延伸出一垂直于该两侧板320的固定柱326，每一固定柱326沿径向设有一固定孔328(如图4)。该两固定臂34概呈长条形，分别于一端的两角处延伸出两相互远离的卡柱340，于一侧凸设两锁柱342。
请参照图2与图3，组装时，该两固定臂34的卡柱340分别卡入该固定框32两侧的对应固定柱326的固定孔328，将该两固定臂34分别可转动地固定于该固定框32的两侧。此时，每一固定臂34的两锁柱342朝向该固定框32的对应的固定孔324。再将该硬盘10放入该固定框32内并支撑于该两底板325上。之后将该装设有硬盘10的固定框32伸入该托架20的收容空间28，使固定孔324正对侧壁26上理想高度上的对应固定孔260。转动固定臂34，使该两固定臂34贴合于该托架20的两侧壁26的外侧，每一固定臂34的两锁柱342对应穿过该托架20对应侧壁26上的两固定孔260和该固定框32的对应侧板320的固定孔324，对应锁入该硬盘10的固定孔12，从而将该硬盘10固定于该托架20。
由于该托架20于两侧壁26分别设有两列固定孔260，使用者可以根据需要将硬盘10间隔地固定于该托架20。

Claims (4)

1.一种硬盘安装装置，用以安装若干硬盘，该硬盘安装装置包括一托架和若干固定架，该托架包围成一收容空间，并于两侧分别沿纵向设有两列固定孔，每一固定架包括一用以收容一硬盘的固定框和两可转动地分别装设于该固定框两侧的固定臂，该固定框于两侧分别设有两固定孔，每一固定臂于内侧延伸出两锁柱，该固定框伸入该托架的收容空间并可沿纵向滑动，该两固定臂可向该托架的两侧旋转直至该两固定臂的锁柱对应锁入该托架两侧的对应固定孔和该固定框两侧的固定孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的硬盘安装装置，其特征在于：该两固定臂分别可转动地装设于该固定框一端的两侧处。
3.如权利要求2所述的硬盘安装装置，其特征在于：该固定框于该一端的四角处分别凸设一垂直该固定框两侧的设有固定孔的固定柱，该两固定臂分别于一端的两角处延伸出两相互远离的卡柱，每一固定臂的两卡柱可转动地连接于该固定框的对应的两固定柱的固定孔，将该两固定臂可转动地装设于该固定框的两侧。
4.如权利要求1所述的硬盘安装装置，其特征在于：同列相邻的两固定孔之间的间距为5mm。
