本领域技术人员应理解仅变速器14的在输入构件16上方的一部分被示意性地显示;且行星齿轮组24、26、扭矩传递装置76、80、84和其他部件的大致关于输入构件16对称的一些部分未示出。
变速器运行的第一模式在第三扭矩传递装置84接合且第一和第二扭矩传递装置76、80脱开时获得。变速器运行的第一模式是低速度、固定档位电动车(EV)模式。EV模式是这样的一种模式:在输入构件16和输出构件18之间没有机械连接且到输出构件18的所有功率通过一个或多个电动机/发电机48、64供应,所述电动机/发电机通过电池(未示出)而不是发动机12提供动力。
变速器运行的第二模式在所有扭矩传递装置76、80、84脱开时获得。变速器运行的第二模式是高速、伪档位(pseudo-gear)EV模式。变速器运行的第三模式在第二扭矩传递装置80接合且第一和第三扭矩传递装置76、84脱开时获得。变速器运行的第三模式是EVT输出分流模式,其可以用于倒车起步或倒车执行。可变或EVT运行模式特征在于在输入轴16和输出轴18之间的持续可变速度比,该速度比与一个或多个电动机/发电机48、64的速度成比例。
变速器运行的第四模式在第一扭矩传递装置76接合且第二和第三扭矩传递装置80、84脱开时获得。变速器运行的第四模式是EVT复合分流模式。第五、倒车模式在第二和第三扭矩传递80、84装置接合且第一扭矩传递装置76脱开时获得。第六、固定档位运行模式在第一和第二扭矩传递装置76、80接合且第三扭矩传递装置84脱开时获得。
与现有技术的变速器变相比,速器运行的第二模式,即高速、伪档位EV模式,可以在高速路驾驶期间提供更好的EV行程。与现有技术变速器相比,第四模式,即复合分流模式,可以在充电维持期间实现改进的燃料经济性。与现有技术变速器相比,第五模式,即倒车档模式,可以提供改进的倒车爬坡能力。在所示实施例中,第一和第二离合器76、80是干式离合器,以使得旋转损耗的影响最小化,且可以共享用于促动第三扭矩传递装置84的低流动液压特点。变速器14的构造使得电动机/发电机48、64中之一或两者偏轴(off-axis),即转子56、72可以绕与齿轮组24、26的构件和输入构件16旋转所绕轴线不同的轴线旋转。
参见图2,另一车辆动力传动系110示意性地显示。动力传动系110包括发动机112和变速器114。变速器114包括输入构件116和输出构件118。输入构件116通过动力传动系缓冲器/隔离器(未示出)操作性地连接到发动机112的曲轴120,以由此接收扭矩。输出构件118操作性地连接到车辆的驱动车轮(未示出),以经由差速器组件(未示出)对驱动车轮传递扭矩。变速器114还包括第一和第二行星齿轮组124、126。
行星齿轮组124、126每一个包括相应的第一、第二、和第三构件。在所示实施例中,第一行星齿轮组124的第一构件是第一太阳齿轮构件130,第一行星齿轮组124的第二构件是第一环齿轮构件132,且第一行星齿轮组124的第三构件是第一行星承载构件134。第一行星齿轮组124包括至少一个小齿轮136,其可旋转地连接到行星承载构件134,且啮合地接合太阳齿轮构件130和环齿轮构件132。
在所示实施例中,第二行星齿轮组126的第一构件是第二环齿轮构件138,第二行星齿轮组126的第二构件是第二太阳齿轮构件140,且第二行星齿轮组126的第三构件是第二行星承载构件142。第二行星齿轮组126包括至少一个小齿轮144,其可旋转地连接到行星承载构件142,且啮合地接合环齿轮构件138和太阳齿轮构件140。
第一电动机/发电机148包括第一定子152和第一转子156。第一定子152安装到静止构件,例如变速器壳体160。第二电动机/发电机164包括第二定子168和第二转子172。第二定子168安装到静止构件,例如变速器壳体160。第一和第二电动机/发电机148、164操作性地连接到电池(未示出)。在电动机/发电机148、164中之任一操作为发电机时,其将电能传递到电池,以为电池充电或为另一电动机/发电机提供功率。在电动机/发电机148、164中之任一操作为电动机时,它从电池或从另一电动机/发电机接收电能。
第一转子156持续操作性地连接到第一太阳齿轮构件130,用于与之整体旋转。第一行星齿轮组124的行星承载器134持续操作性地连接到第二行星齿轮组126的第二环齿轮构件138,用于与之整体旋转。第二转子172持续操作性地连接到第二行星齿轮组126的太阳齿轮构件140,用于与之整体旋转。第一行星齿轮组124的环齿轮构件132、第二行星齿轮组126的行星承载构件142和输出构件118持续操作性地互连,用于整体旋转。
变速器114包括三个选择性地可接合的扭矩传递装置176、180、184。第一扭矩传递装置176是离合器,其配置为选择性地将输入构件116联接到第一行星承载构件134和第二环齿轮构件138,用于整体旋转。第二扭矩传递装置180是离合器,其配置为选择性地将输入构件116联接到第一转子156和第一太阳齿轮构件130,用于整体旋转。第三扭矩传递装置184是制动器,其配置为选择性地将第一行星承载构件134和第二环齿轮构件138联接到静止构件,即壳体160。
尽管已经对执行本发明的较佳模式进行了详尽的描述,但是本领域技术人员可得知在所附的权利要求的范围内的用来实施本发明的许多替换设计和实施例。

Claims (8)

1.一种变速器,包括:
输入构件;静止构件;
第一和第二行星齿轮组,每一个具有相应第一、第二、和第三构件;
输出构件,操作性地连接到行星齿轮组的所述构件之一,用于与之整体旋转;
第一电动机/发电机,具有操作性地连接到行星齿轮组的所述构件之一的第一转子,用于与之整体旋转;
第二电动机/发电机,具有操作性地连接到行星齿轮组的所述构件之一的第二转子,用于与之整体旋转;和
第一、第二和第三扭矩传递装置,操作为选择性地将所述行星齿轮组的构件连接到所述输入构件或所述静止构件,以提供变速器运行的两种电动车模式、两种电可变模式和固定齿轮比模式;
其中第一行星齿轮组的第一构件操作性地连接到第一转子,用于与之整体旋转;
其中第一行星齿轮组的第二构件操作性地连接到第二行星齿轮组的第三构件和输出构件,用于与之整体旋转;
其中第一行星齿轮组的第三构件操作性地连接到第二行星齿轮组的第一构件,用于与之整体旋转;和
其中第二行星齿轮组的第二构件操作性地连接到第二转子,用于与之整体旋转。
2.如权利要求1所述的变速器,其中第一扭矩传递装置配置为选择性地将输入构件联接到第一行星齿轮组的第二构件和第二行星齿轮组的第三构件,用于整体旋转;
其中第二扭矩传递装置配置为选择性地将输入构件联接到第一转子和第一行星齿轮组的第一构件,用于整体旋转;和
其中第三扭矩传递装置配置为选择性地将第一行星齿轮组的第三构件和第二行星齿轮组的第一构件联接到静止构件。
3.如权利要求2所述的变速器,其中第一行星齿轮组的第一构件是第一环齿轮构件;
其中第一行星齿轮组的第二构件是第一太阳齿轮构件;和
其中第一行星齿轮组的第三构件是第一行星承载构件。
4.如权利要求3所述的变速器,其中第二行星齿轮组的第一构件是第二环齿轮构件;
其中第二行星齿轮组的第二构件是第二太阳齿轮构件;和
其中第二行星齿轮组的第三构件是第二行星承载构件。
5.一种变速器,包括:
输入构件;输出构件;和静止构件;
第一和第二行星齿轮组,每一个具有相应第一、第二、和第三构件;
第一电动机/发电机,具有第一转子;
第二电动机/发电机,具有第二转子;
第一行星齿轮组的所述第一构件被操作性地连接到第一转子,用于与之整体旋转;
第一行星齿轮组的所述第二构件被操作性地连接到第二行星齿轮组的第三构件和输出构件,用于与之整体旋转;
第一行星齿轮组的所述第三构件操作性地连接到第二行星齿轮组的第一构件,用于与之整体旋转;
第二行星齿轮组的所述第二构件被操作性地连接到第二转子,用于与之整体旋转;和
第一、第二、和第三扭矩传递装置操作为选择性地将所述行星齿轮组的构件连接到所述输入构件或所述静止构件,
其中,第三扭矩传递装置配置为仅通过第三扭矩传递装置选择性地将所述行星齿轮组的至少两个构件连接到所述静止构件。
6.如权利要求5所述的变速器,其中第一扭矩传递装置配置为选择性地将输入构件连接到第一行星齿轮组的第二构件和第二行星齿轮组的第三构件,用于整体旋转;
其中第二扭矩传递装置配置为选择性地将输入构件连接到第一转子和第一行星齿轮组的第一构件,用于整体旋转;和
其中第三扭矩传递装置配置为选择性地将第一行星齿轮组的第三构件和第二行星齿轮组的第一构件连接到静止构件。
7.如权利要求5所述的变速器,其中第一扭矩传递装置配置为选择性地将输入构件连接到第一行星齿轮组的第三构件和第二行星齿轮组的第一构件,用于整体旋转;
其中第二扭矩传递装置配置为选择性地将输入构件连接到第一转子和第一行星齿轮组的第一构件,用于整体旋转;和
其中第三扭矩传递装置配置为选择性地将第一行星齿轮组的第三构件和第二行星齿轮组的第一构件连接到静止构件。
8.一种变速器,包括:
输入构件;静止构件;
第一和第二行星齿轮组,每一个具有相应的第一、第二、和第三构件;
输出构件,操作性地连接到行星齿轮组的所述构件之一,用于与之整体旋转;
第一电动机/发电机,具有操作性地连接到行星齿轮组的所述构件之一的第一转子,用于与之整体旋转;
第二电动机/发电机,具有操作性地连接到行星齿轮组的所述构件之一的第二转子,用于与之整体旋转;和
第一、第二和第三扭矩传递装置,操作为选择性地将所述行星齿轮组的构件连接到所述输入构件或所述静止构件,以提供变速器运行的两种电动车模式、两种电可变模式、固定齿轮比模式、和倒车档位模式;
其中第一行星齿轮组的第一构件操作性地连接到第一转子,用于与之整体旋转;
其中第一行星齿轮组的第二构件操作性地连接到第二行星齿轮组的第三构件和输出构件,用于与之整体旋转;
其中第一行星齿轮组的第三构件操作性地连接到第二行星齿轮组的第一构件,用于与之整体旋转;和
其中第二行星齿轮组的第二构件操作性地连接到第二转子,用于与之整体旋转。
