Abstract

提供一种净水器,它使加强部件与由于过滤部件而承受弯曲负荷的后壁结合以防止后壁的弯曲,同时,水位感知传感器也有良好的接触使净水箱内的水位感知的确可以进行,从而可以防止净水的溢出等现象的发生。就具有主体、在该主体上安装净水箱以及除去水源中所含的有害物质的过滤部件的净水器而言,它以具有加强部件和支承部件为特点,该加强部件固定连接在形成于上述主体的后壁上,该支承部件则支承上述过滤部件并固定连接在底座部件上。

Description

净水器
本发明涉及除去水源中所含的有害物质而获得卫生的净水的净水器,尤其是在背面形成的后壁上设计有加强部件,从而在的确可以感知净水量的同时还可以防止净水的溢出的净水器。
通常,净水器都是如图1所示,在具有形成于背面的后壁1a的主体1的上部的内侧连接着贮存有除去了有害物质的净水的净水箱,在上述后壁1a上装着多个由过滤器组成的过滤部件6,该过滤部件6除去了水源中所含的各种有害物质,其中的水源是通过由接头4与水龙头3连接的供水管5供给的。上述过滤部件6与给上述净水箱供给净水的净水管7连接的同时还与使含有有害物质的浓缩水在上述接头4排出的排水管连接。
从而,从水龙头3通过供水管5供给的水源,一边通过过滤部件一边除去对人体有害的污染物质,之后通过净水管7贮存在净水箱2上;含有不能通过上述过滤部件6的污染物质的浓缩水,通过排水管8排出后,从接头4的下侧落下。
并且,贮存在上述净水箱2内的净水靠图中未表示的水位感知传感器保持适当的水位。
但是,关于以往的净水器,由于在主体的背面上形成的后壁装有多个过滤部件,所以上述后壁承受了弯曲负荷而向背面一侧弯曲,从而安装在净水箱上的水位感知传感器与安装在后壁上的连接接头等的电接触发生不良现象,这样,不仅不能保持净水箱内的净水量的适当水位,而且由于继续供给净水而发生向净水箱外侧溢出净水等问题。
所以,本发明是为了解决上述种种问题,其目的是提供下列净水器:在由于过滤部件而承受弯曲负荷的后壁上连接加强部件,以防止后壁的弯曲,同时,水位感知传感器也的确接触上了、净水箱内的水位感知正确地进行,从而可以防止净水的溢出等问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的净水器具有下列特征:就具有主体、在该主体上安装的净水箱以及除去水源中所含的有害物质的过滤部件的净水器而言,具有形成于上述主体并固定在后面的加强部件和在支承上述过滤部件的底座部上固定的支承部件,由多个过滤部件传递的负荷,借助于加强部件以及支承部件,使其变小,从而防止后壁的弯曲,据此,水位感知传感器的确可以感知,所以可以防止净水溢出或误操作等现象的发生的同时,还可经常保持适当的水位,使用也变得容易。
以下,根据图2及图3详细说明本发明的一个实施例。

图中,符号10表示沿其上方形成后壁10a的主体,在上述主体10的上侧可离合地安装有在内部贮存净水的净水箱12。
在上述净水箱12的前面连接有取水口16,通过杠杆14的动作使取水口开闭而取出净水W;在其内侧面装有多个用于感知净水W的水位的水位感知传感器。
并且,在上述后壁10a上设计了多个凸台部10b,该凸台部10b通过托架20使过滤部件20被固定在它上面,同时,具有大致弯曲成“L”形状的支承部24a的加强部件24也被固定在它上面。
上述加强部件24,其侧面固定在形成于上述后壁10a上的凸台部10b上,其下侧弯曲成的支承部24a固定在与上述主体的下侧连接的底座部件26的凸台部26a上。
一方面,在上述过滤部件22的下侧,为支承过滤部件22而弯曲成的支承部件28固定在形成于上述底座部件26的凸台部26a上。
并且,在上述过滤部件22上,供给水源的供水管30与其上侧连接,同时在其下侧连接了净水管32及排水管34,上述净水器是把除去了有害物质的净水W供给形成于上述净水箱12中的流入孔32a内,上述排水管则使通过上述过滤部件22生成的浓缩水排出。
图中,未说明符号36表示与主体后面连结的后盖,符号38a、38b表示与上述净水箱12以及后盖36的上侧相连的盖板,符号40表示给供给的水源加压的加压泵。
接下来,说明这样构成的本发明的净水器的作用以及效果。
首先,通过供水管30供给的水源,在过滤部件22中除去对人体有害的污染物质后成为净水,通过净水管32在净水箱12内以适当的水位贮存起来,同时由上述过滤部件22中生成的浓缩水通过排水管32而排出到外部。
并且,上述净水箱12中贮存的净水W,通过操作杠杆14使取水口16打开,那么净水就可以取出,上述净水箱12内的净水W,随着水位感知传感器18的感知而保持适当的水位。
此时,上述过滤部件22,从侧面靠多个支架20支承住,下侧则有支承部件28支承住,从而传递到后壁10a上的过滤部件22的负荷可减小到最小,并且即使减小到最小的过滤部件22的负荷传递到了后壁10a上,由于在它的一侧固定有加强部件24,上述后壁10a也不承受弯曲负荷,从而可防止弯曲。
所以,由于上述后壁10a可以防止弯曲,因此,安装于净水箱12内的多个水位感知传感器18的电接触状态就可确实地被保持,净水W的水位就经常保持在适当的状态,据此,由于上述水位感知传感器18的接触不良导致的净水溢出就可被防患于未然。
如上所述,根据本发明的净水器,那么,由多个过滤部件传递而来的负荷,借助于加强部件以及支承部件使其减小到最小,从而可以防止后壁的弯曲,这样,水位感知传感器的感知的确地可以进行,并且还可以防止净水的溢出和误操作等现象,同时还可以经常保持适当的水位,使用也变得容易。

Claims (2)

1.一种净水器,具有主体,安装于该主体上的净水箱以及除去水源中所含有害物质的过滤部件,其特征在于:还包括在形成于上述主体的后壁上支承上述过滤部件地固定连接的加强部件,该加强件用于防止上述净水器的后壁(10a)变形;以及支承上述过滤部件地固定在底座部件上的支承部件。
2.如权利要求1所述的净水器,其特征在于:上述加强件具有固定连接于上述底座部件上的弯曲的支承部。
