Abstract
本发明公开了一种车用内饰发泡材料,所述发泡材料由A配料和多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯组成,以重量百分比计算,所述A配料为55%,多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯为45%;所述A配料,以重量百分比计算,由66~68%的聚醚多元醇330,20~29%的聚醚多元醇3618,三乙醇胺3~5%,水1~2%,纯度为99%的三乙烯二胺0.1~0.2%组成;所述B配料为多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯。采用本发明技术方案的发泡材料节约成本,简化加工工艺,气泡均匀度较好,没有空泡,浇铸出来的产品合格率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车内饰材料,尤其是涉及一种内饰中间层发泡材料。
背景技术
汽车内饰(AutomotiveInterior)主要是指汽车内部改装所用到的汽车产品,涉及到汽车内部的方方面面,比如汽车防晒膜,汽车握手套,汽车地垫,汽车防滑垫,坐垫,脚垫,仪表板等等都是汽车内饰产品。汽车内饰系统是汽车车身的重要组成部分,以仪表板为例,仪表板一般包括本体骨架、中间层发泡材料和表皮构成。
对于中间层发泡材料的制作,一直是行业内的难题,现有的发泡材料的硬度以及发泡厚度一直被厂家所诟病,而且成本大,工艺复杂。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种节约成本,简化加工工艺,气泡均匀度较好,没有空泡,产品合格率高的发泡材料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是该发泡材料由A配料和多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯组成,以重量百分比计算,所述A配料为55%,多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯为45%;所述A配料,以重量百分比计算,由66~68%的聚醚多元醇330,20~29%的聚醚多元醇3618,三乙醇胺3~5%,水1~2%,纯度为99%的三乙烯二胺0.1~0.2%组成;所述B配料为多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯。
采用上述技术方案的发泡材料,加工工艺简单,将A配料的组分聚醚多元醇330,聚醚多元醇3618,三乙醇胺,水,纯度为99%的三乙烯二胺加入反应釜,没有添加顺序,搅拌两小时即配成A料,聚醚多元醇330和聚醚多元醇3618中的300和3618是指聚醚多元醇的型号,是本领域技术人员所公知的;该加工工艺对水没有特别要求,普通工业用自来水即可,三乙烯二胺在本发明中对发泡材料的硬度和厚度起关键作用,因此要求纯度达到99%。A配料配置好后可将其与B配料多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯在高压发泡机中混合即可。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述A配料中,以重量百分比计算,聚醚多元醇330为66.72%,聚醚多元醇3618为27.52%。A配料中的聚醚多元醇330的量在66~68%以及聚醚多元醇3618在20~29%都可,经过发明人的多次试验,发现A配料中的聚醚多元醇330为66.72%,聚醚多元醇3618为27.52%,这样的配比效果最佳,发泡材料均匀度较好。
作为本发明的进一步改进,在20℃时,所述A配料中,以重量百分比计算,三乙烯二胺为0.18%;在25℃时,所述A配料中,以重量百分比计算,三乙烯二胺为0.16%;在30℃时,所述A配料中,以重量百分比计算,三乙烯二胺为0.14~0.15%。;在35℃时,所述A配料中,以重量百分比计算,三乙烯二胺为0.10~0.11%。
经过发明人多年的试验发现,三乙烯二胺添加的量与温度有着微妙的关系,影响着发泡材料的硬度,上述技术方案中的温度对应的三乙烯二胺的用量在该温度环境下发泡材料硬度最好。
具体实施方式
实施例1:本发明发泡材料由A配料和多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯组成,以重量百分比计算,所述A配料为55%,多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯为45%;25℃时,所述A配料的配制方法是,将由山东蓝星东大化工有限责任公司生产的400Kg聚醚多元醇330和165Kg聚醚多元醇3618加入到反应釜中,再加入21Kg三乙醇胺,7Kg自来水,以及纯度为99%的三乙烯二胺0.8Kg,搅拌两小时,生成白色乳胶状A配料;加入少量色黑,酌量即可;再将由烟台万华聚氨酸股份有限公司生产的B配料多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯和A配料各以45%和55%的重量份比加入至高压发泡机中,混合后即可生成灰色胶状液体,将其浇铸在仪表板模具中的本体骨架上,压合后,即可形成中间层发泡材料,
实施例2:其余步骤以及配料和实施例1一样,不同的是,温度在20℃时,纯度为99%的三乙烯二胺加入量为0.9Kg。
实施例3:其余步骤以及配料和实施例1一样,不同的是,温度在30℃时,纯度为99%的三乙烯二胺加入量为750Kg。
实施例4:其余步骤以及配料和实施例1一样,不同的是,温度在:35℃时,纯度为99%的三乙烯二胺加入量为0.5Kg。
Claims (5)
1.一种车用内饰发泡材料,其特征在于:所述发泡材料由A配料和多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯组成,以重量百分比计算,所述A配料为55%,多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯为45%;所述A配料中,以重量百分比计算,聚醚多元醇330为66.72%,聚醚多元醇3618为27.52%,三乙醇胺3~5%,水1~2%,纯度为99%的三乙烯二胺0.1~0.2%组成,所述A配料中各组分含量之和为100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发泡材料,其特征在于:在20℃时,所述A配料中,以重量百分比计算,纯度为99%的三乙烯二胺为0.18%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的发泡材料,其特征在于:在25℃时,所述A配料中,以重量百分比计算,纯度为99%的三乙烯二胺为0.16%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的发泡材料,其特征在于:在30℃时,所述A配料中,以重量百分比计算,纯度为99%的三乙烯二胺为0.14~0.15%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的发泡材料,其特征在于:在35℃时,所述A配料中,以重量百分比计算,纯度为99%的三乙烯二胺为0.10~0.11%。
