Abstract

发明内容
在第一方面,本发明提供了一种涡轮机,该涡轮机包括转子组件,定子组件和环形电感器,其中该转子组件包括叶轮,且电感器围绕转子组件,被定位在叶轮和定子组件之间,且被暴露到由叶轮产生或作用到叶轮上的空气流。
通过使用围绕转子组件且被定位在定子组件和叶轮之间的环形电感器,相对紧凑的涡轮机可被实现。附加地,由于电感器被暴露到由叶轮产生或作用到叶轮上的空气流,铜损失可被减少。
该转子组件可包括轴,且转子芯部,轴承组件和叶轮被安装到该轴。该轴承组件于是被定位于转子芯部和叶轮之间,且该电感器围绕轴承组件。通过将叶轮和转子芯部安装到轴承组件的相对侧上,相对紧凑的转子组件可被实现。通过使用围绕轴承组件的环形电感器,可实现对围绕轴承组件的可用空间的良好使用。
该涡轮机可包括电路板,电感器被电联接到该电路板,定子组件可被定位于电路板和电感器之间。通过将电路板以这种方式定位,如果需要该电路板可从空气流隔开。替代地,该电路板可被暴露到空气流但由于它的定位不会不利地干扰或限制空气流。

图1和2中的涡轮机1包括壳体2,转子组件3,定子组件4和电路组件5。
该壳体2包括主体部6,上盖7和下盖8。该主体部6包括内部框架,该内部框架支撑转子组件3,定子组件4和电路组件5。该上盖7被固定到主体部6的第一端部且包括入口9,工作流体被允许穿过该入口9进入。该下盖8被固定到主体部6的第二端部且包括扩散器叶片10和出口11,工作流体穿过该出口11排出。
该转子组件3包括轴12,转子芯部13,轴承组件14,叶轮15和罩16。该转子芯部13,轴承组件14和叶轮15每个被安装到轴12。该罩16被安装到轴承组件14以便覆盖叶轮15。该转子组件13在轴承组件14处和罩16处被安装到壳体2的主体部6。更具体地说,该转子组件3通过O环形17在每个位置处柔性地被安装。
该定子组件4包括一对定子芯部18,该对定子芯部18被布置在转子芯部13的相对侧上。导电线19绕定子芯部18缠绕且被联接到一起以形成相绕组。该相绕组于是被电联接到电路组件5。
该电路组件5包括电路板20和多个电气部件21。该电路板20被定位于定子组件4远离叶轮15的侧部上,也就是定子组件4被定位于电路板20和叶轮15之间。该电路板20位于垂直于转子组件3的旋转轴线的平面中;于是这提供了轴向紧凑配置。在电气部件21之间是环形电感器(toroidalinductor)22。该电感器22围绕转子组件3,且被定位于定子组件4和叶轮15之间。该电感器22的绕组于是轴向地延伸越过定子组件4且被电联接到电路板20。
在操作涡轮机1期间,叶轮15从入口9抽吸空气穿过壳体2的内部到出口11。由叶轮15产生的空气流越过且冷却定子组件4。该壳体2的内部被成形以便空气流在越过定子组件4之后被朝向罩16的入口引导。为此,壳体2的主体部6包括径向凸缘23,该凸缘23从外壁向内延伸。电感器22被定位于该凸缘23的下方且由此相对少的空气流越过该电感器22。无论如何,该电感器22被暴露到空气流(也就是电感器22不与空气流隔离)且由此通过空气流被冷却到某种程度。如果需要增加对电感器22的冷却,电感器22的定位和/或壳体2的内部可被成形以便电感器22被暴露到更多的空气流。例如,该径向凸缘23可变短或完全地移除。由于定子组件4和电感器22都被暴露到空气流,铜损被减少且由此更有效的涡轮机1可被实现。
通过使用围绕转子组件3且被定位于定子组件4和叶轮15之间的环形电感器22,相对紧凑的涡轮机1可被实现。与此相反,传统的涡轮机的电路组件可能包括被直接地安装到电路板上的电感器(也就是E芯电感器)。由于电感器的尺寸大小,涡轮机的总尺寸被增加。实际上,由于电感器的尺寸,可能有必要将电路组件定位远离涡轮机的其余部分。在另一方面,本发明的涡轮机1利用定子组件4和叶轮15之间的空间来定位环形电感器22。结果,更紧凑的涡轮机1被实现。附加地,该电路组件5可被安装在涡轮机1的壳体2内。于是这简化了产品内的涡轮机1的安装。特别地,它不必要在产品内分别地安装涡轮机和电路组件且然后在两者之间建立电气连接。
轴承组件14定位在转子芯部13和叶轮15之间。作为结果,转子组件3在轴向方向中是相对紧凑的。这个配置的另一优势在于转子组件3可在壳体2内安装之前作为完整单元被动态平衡。该电感器22占据绕轴承组件14的空间。由于定子组件4和叶轮15径向地大于轴承组件14,电感器22的引入不会增加涡轮机1的总尺寸(也就是轴向长度或最大外直径)。
该电感器22不仅仅围绕轴承组件14但还围绕罩16。叶轮15的外直径从入口到叶轮15的出口增加。该罩16的外直径同样地从入口到出口增加。通过围绕罩16,该电感器22充分利用了围绕罩16的可用空间。而且,该电感器22的内直径小于叶轮15的外直径。结果,该电感器22围绕罩16同时保持径向紧凑。
该电路板20被定位于定子组件4的远离叶轮15和电感器22的侧部上,也就是定子组件4被定位于电路板20和叶轮15/电感器22之间。通过将电路板20以这个方法定位,该电路板20不会不利地干扰穿过壳体2的空气流。尽管该电缆20不会不利地干扰空气流,无论如何该电路组件5暴露到空气流且由此被安装到电路板20上的电气部件21可被冷却。如果需要,该电路板20可从空气流隔开。这个可为必须的,例如,如果空气流可能搬运液体,该液体可能短路或以其它方式损坏电路板20上的电气部件21。由于电路板20的定位,该电路板20可被隔开同时该定子组件4和电感器22继续被暴露到空气流。

Claims (7)
1.一种涡轮机,包括转子组件,定子组件和环形电感器,其中所述转子组件包括叶轮,且电感器围绕转子组件,被定位在叶轮和定子组件之间,且被暴露到由叶轮产生或作用到叶轮上的空气流。
2.如权利要求1所述的涡轮机,其中所述转子组件包括轴,转子芯部、轴承组件和叶轮被安装到所述轴,所述轴承组件被定位在转子芯部和叶轮之间,且所述电感器围绕轴承组件。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的涡轮机,其中所述涡轮机包括电路板,所述电感器被电联接到电路板,且所述定子组件被定位在电路板和电感器之间。
4.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的涡轮机,其中所述涡轮机包括罩,所述罩覆盖叶轮,且所述电感器围绕所述罩。
5.如权利要求4所述的涡轮机,其中所述电感器的内直径小于叶轮的外直径。
6.一种涡轮机,包括叶轮,覆盖叶轮的罩和围绕罩的环形电感器。
7.如权利要求6所述的涡轮机,其中所述电感器的内直径小于叶轮的外直径。
