Abstract

一种五偏心蝶阀,阀门密封面的对称中心面与转轴的轴向中心面之间有偏心距a,流道中心面与转轴的径向中心面之间有偏心距b,所述密封面与转轴的轴向中心面形成角度为α的角偏置,椭圆锥台的轴线与转轴的径向中心面之间有偏心距c,椭圆锥台下端的密封面与转轴的轴向中心面之间有偏心距d。本发明的有益效果是:通过数学分析的方法调整参数c、d的大小,可以减小流道中心面与转轴的径向中心面之间的偏心距b,即可以有效的减小阀门的启闭转矩,节能降耗,降低成本;对密封面与转轴的轴向中心面形成的α角的研究,发现有α角的存在,阀门的密封面为一斜面,阀门启闭角度小,启闭速度快,密封比压均匀,密封可靠,保证了设备的安全性,提高了使用寿命。

本发明涉及阀门,具体的说是一种五偏心蝶阀。
背景技术
现有技术中,蝶阀从中线蝶阀、单偏心蝶阀、双偏心蝶阀发展到三偏心蝶阀,这类蝶阀工作时通过轴的旋转带动阀板的旋转,使阀板的锥面逐渐挤向阀座,起到密封作用,因此在阀板与阀座间会产生很大的摩擦力,通过减小流道中心面与转轴的轴心面之间的偏心距以及密封面与转轴的轴心面的偏心角,来减小摩擦,或者实现无摩擦,减小驱动力矩,但现有技术发展到三偏心结构后未有进一步突破,仍然存在启闭转矩大、密封不可靠、使用寿命短等缺点。
发明内容
为了克服现有蝶阀的上述缺点,本发明提供一种能实现无摩擦启闭的斜板五偏心蝶阀。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是,一种五偏心蝶阀,在阀体的纵向孔内有可以转动的转轴,在阀体上有横向阀口,阀口内有阀板,阀板安装于转轴上,所述阀板为椭圆锥台,该椭圆锥台的锥面作为动密封面与阀体上与之配合的静密封面构成一密封副,其形成的密封面的对称中心面与转轴的轴向中心面之间有偏心距a,流道中心面与转轴的径向中心面之间有偏心距b,所述密封面的对称中心面与转轴的轴向中心面形成角度为α的角偏置,所述椭圆锥台的轴线与转轴的径向中心面之间有偏心距c,所述椭圆锥台下端的密封面与转轴的轴向中心面之间有偏心距d。
本发明的有益效果是:椭圆锥台的轴线与转轴的径向中心面之间有偏心距c,椭圆锥台下端的密封面与转轴的轴向中心面之间有偏心距d,通过数学分析的方法,分析得到调整c、d的参数大小,可以随之减小流道中心面与转轴的径向中心面之间的偏心距b,参数b的减小可以有效的减小阀门的启闭转矩,以小功率的驱动装置来驱动大规格的阀门,不但降低生产厂驱动装置的成本,节能降耗,而且降低用户运行成本;通过对密封面的对称中心面与转轴的轴向中心面形成的α角的研究,发现有α角的存在,阀门的密封面为一斜面,阀门启闭角度小,启闭速度快,且斜面支撑介质力,使得密封比压均匀,密封更加可靠,保证了设备的安全性,提高了使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,五偏心蝶阀,在阀体1的纵向孔内有可以转动的转轴4,在阀体1上有横向阀口,阀口内有阀板8,阀板8安装于转轴4上,阀板8为椭圆锥台,该椭圆锥台的锥面作为动密封面与阀体上与之配合的静密封面构成一密封副,其形成的密封面的对称中心面2与转轴的轴向中心面3之间有偏心距a,流道中心面7与转轴的径向中心面5之间有偏心距b,密封面的对称中心面2与转轴的轴向中心面3形成角度为α的角偏置,椭圆锥台的轴线6与转轴的径向中心面5之间有偏心距c,椭圆锥台下端的密封面9与转轴的轴向中心面3之间有偏心距d。
调整c、d的参数大小,可以随之减小流道中心面与转轴的径向中心面之间的偏心距b,参数b的减小可以有效的减小阀门的启闭转矩,以小功率的驱动装置来驱动大规格的阀门,不但降低生产厂驱动装置的成本,而且降低用户运行成本;α角的存在,使得阀门的密封面为一斜面,阀门启闭角度小,启闭速度快,且斜面支撑介质力,使得密封比压均匀,密封更加可靠,保证了设备的安全性,提高了使用寿命。

1.一种五偏心蝶阀,在阀体的纵向孔内有可以转动的转轴,阀体上有横向阀口,阀口内有阀板,阀板安装于转轴上,所述阀板为椭圆锥台,该椭圆锥台的锥面作为动密封面与阀体上与之配合的静密封面构成一密封副,其形成的密封面的对称中心面与转轴的轴向中心面之间有偏心距a,流道中心面与转轴的径向中心面之间有偏心距b,其特征在于:所述密封面的对称中心面与转轴的轴向中心面形成角度为α的角偏置,所述椭圆锥台的轴线与转轴的径向中心面之间有偏心距c,所述椭圆锥台下端的密封面与转轴的轴向中心面之间有偏心距d。
