Abstract
本发明涉及一种五维偏心阀门密封结构。包括阀体、阀杆和启闭件,启闭件位于阀体内,阀杆与启闭件连接,启闭件上设有密封环,阀体内设有阀座,阀座与密封环合闭形成密封面,密封面为弧形密封面,阀杆轴中心线与阀门流道中心线偏心设置,斜置椭圆锥体顶点与阀门流道中心线偏心设置,斜切椭圆锥体正圆密封面的径向截面为正圆截面,正圆截面的圆心与阀门流道中心线偏心设置,正圆截面的圆心在斜置椭圆锥体中的锥体中心线上,斜置椭圆锥体顶点及其椭圆底面短轴所共处的平面与弧形密封面相交的相交线为密封弧线。本发明结构简单,采取五维偏心,密封面的每个径向截面均为正圆截面,能够实现减小启闭力矩,密封性能好,延长阀门使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,尤其涉及一种五维偏心阀门密封结构。
背景技术
球阀和蝶阀是当今阀门中应用最多、使用最广的两种阀门,二者简单易操作,对管道介质起到截止和切断的作用。球阀(ball valve),启闭件(球体)由阀杆带动,并绕球阀轴线作旋转运动的阀门。亦可用于流体的调节与控制,其中硬密封V型球阀其V型球芯与堆焊硬质合金的金属阀座之间具有很强的剪切力,特别适用于含纤维、微小固体颗料等的介质。而多通球阀在管道上不仅可灵活控制介质的合流、分流、及流向的切换,同时也可关闭任一通道而使另外两个通道相连。本类阀门在管道中一般应当水平安装。球阀按照驱动方式分为:气动球阀,电动球阀,手动球阀。蝶阀又称翻板阀,是一种结构简单的调节阀,主要由阀体、阀杆、蝶板和密封圈组成。阀体呈圆筒形,轴向长度短,内置蝶板。现有的蝶板或球阀存在磨损严重,承受压力大,密封性能差,启闭力矩大,使用寿命短。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单,减小启闭力矩,密封性能好,使用寿命长的一种五维偏心阀门密封结构。
为此本发明所采用的技术方案是:
包括阀体、阀杆和启闭件,所述启闭件位于阀体内,所述阀杆与启闭件连接,所述启闭件一侧设有环形台阶,所述环形台阶上安装有密封环,所述密封环通过压环固定在启闭件上,所述阀体内设有阀座,所述阀座与密封环合闭形成密封面,所述密封面为斜切椭圆锥体正圆密封面,密封面为弧形密封面,密封面为一个相对该阀门流道中心线偏斜的斜置椭圆锥体的一部分,斜置椭圆锥体顶点及其椭圆底面短轴所共处的平面与阀门流道中心线共面且与阀杆轴中心线垂直,阀杆轴中心线与阀门流道中心线偏心设置,斜置椭圆锥体顶点与阀门流道中心线偏心设置,斜切椭圆锥体正圆密封面的径向截面为正圆截面,正圆截面的圆心与阀门流道中心线偏心设置,正圆截面的圆心在斜置椭圆锥体中的锥体中心线上,斜置椭圆锥体顶点及其椭圆底面短轴所共处的平面与弧形密封面相交的相交线为密封弧线,正圆截面直径尺寸从靠近阀杆一侧至远离阀杆一侧逐渐减小,密封弧线的圆心与斜置椭圆锥体顶点偏心设置。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述启闭件为蝶板。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述启闭件为球体。
本发明的优点是:
本发明结构简单,通过采用本发明结构,采取五维偏心,密封面的每个径向截面均为正圆截面,轴向截面的密封线均为弧线,解决了密封面各点受压不均匀性问题,实现高温低温因密封面受力不均导致的变形泄漏问题,能够实现减小启闭力矩,密封性能好,延长阀门使用寿命。

具体实施方式
一种五维偏心阀门密封结构,包括阀体1、阀杆2和启闭件3,所述启闭件3位于阀体1内,所述阀杆2与启闭件3连接,所述启闭件3一侧设有环形台阶,所述环形台阶上安装有密封环4,所述密封环4通过压环5固定在启闭件3上,所述阀体1内设有阀座6,所述阀座6与密封环4合闭形成密封面,所述密封面为斜切椭圆锥体正圆密封面,密封面为弧形密封面,密封面为一个相对该阀门流道中心线7偏斜的斜置椭圆锥体的一部分,斜置椭圆锥体顶点8及其椭圆底面短轴所共处的平面与阀门流道中心线7共面且与阀杆轴中心线9垂直,阀杆轴中心线9与阀门流道中心线7偏心设置,斜置椭圆锥体顶点8与阀门流道中心线7偏心设置,斜切椭圆锥体正圆密封面的径向截面为正圆截面,正圆截面的圆心与阀门流道中心线7偏心设置,正圆截面的圆心在斜置椭圆锥体中的锥体中心线10上,斜置椭圆锥体顶点8及其椭圆底面短轴所共处的平面与弧形密封面相交的相交线为密封弧线11,正圆截面直径尺寸从靠近阀杆2一侧至远离阀杆2一侧逐渐减小,密封弧线11的圆心与斜置椭圆锥体顶点8偏心设置。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述启闭件3为蝶板。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述启闭件3为球体。

1.一种五维偏心阀门密封结构,包括阀体、阀杆和启闭件,所述启闭件位于阀体内,所述阀杆与启闭件连接,所述启闭件一侧设有环形台阶,所述环形台阶上安装有密封环,所述密封环通过压环固定在启闭件上,所述阀体内设有阀座,所述阀座与密封环合闭形成密封面,其特征在于,所述密封面为斜切椭圆锥体正圆密封面,密封面为弧形密封面,密封面为一个相对该阀门流道中心线偏斜的斜置椭圆锥体的一部分,斜置椭圆锥体顶点及其椭圆底面短轴所共处的平面与阀门流道中心线共面且与阀杆轴中心线垂直,阀杆轴中心线与阀门流道中心线偏心设置,斜置椭圆锥体顶点与阀门流道中心线偏心设置,斜切椭圆锥体正圆密封面的径向截面为正圆截面,正圆截面的圆心与阀门流道中心线偏心设置,正圆截面的圆心在斜置椭圆锥体中的锥体中心线上,斜置椭圆锥体顶点及其椭圆底面短轴所共处的平面与弧形密封面相交的相交线为密封弧线,正圆截面直径尺寸从靠近阀杆一侧至远离阀杆一侧逐渐减小,密封弧线的圆心与斜置椭圆锥体顶点偏心设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种五维偏心阀门密封结构,其特征在于,所述启闭件为蝶板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种五维偏心阀门密封结构,其特征在于,所述启闭件为球体。
