技术领域
本发明涉及一种制作门窗型材工艺,尤其涉及一种碳纤维拉挤门窗型材生产方法。 
背景技术
我国现有的复合材料门窗型材均采用玻璃纤维拉挤而成,玻璃纤维拉挤出来的门窗型材的特点是:玻璃纤维拉挤门窗型材拉伸强度为:1.517*103Mpa。抗拉伸强度低。玻璃纤维拉挤门窗型材拉弹性模量:1.53*104Mpa,弹性模量小。玻璃纤维重量为0.9Kg/m2,重量大。玻璃纤维拉挤门窗型材为2.1%,极限拉伸长度大。因此,玻璃纤维复合材料门窗型材的缺点是容易变形。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能生产抗拉伸强度高,弹性模量大,重量轻,极限拉伸长度小的碳纤维拉挤门窗型材生产方法。 
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为: 
一种碳纤维拉挤门窗型材生产方法,包括以下步骤: 
将碳纤维材料进行拉挤加工成型,拉挤温度为110-130度之间;优选115度。 
拉挤速度为2-2.5米/分钟,优选2米/分钟。 
本发明的优点是:通过本发明的碳纤维拉挤门窗型材生产方法制作出的碳纤维拉挤门窗型材,比现有的复合材料玻璃纤维拉挤门窗型材1、抗拉伸强度高,碳纤维拉挤门窗型材拉伸强度为:3.4*103Mpa,碳纤维拉挤门窗型材拉伸强度是玻璃纤维拉挤门窗型材的2.24倍,优势比较明显。2、弹性模量大:玻璃纤维拉挤门窗型材拉弹性模量:1.53*104Mpa,碳纤维拉挤门窗型材拉弹性模量:6.24*104Mpa。3:重量轻:玻璃纤维重量为0.9Kg/m2,碳纤维重量仅有0.3Kg/m2,碳纤维拉挤门窗型材比玻璃纤维门窗型材每米要轻0.3Kg左右,做成的门窗每平方要轻2Kg左右。4:极限拉伸长度小:玻璃纤 维拉挤门窗型材为2.1%,碳纤维拉挤门窗型材为1.5%,碳纤维拉挤门窗型材更不容易变形。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明的产品碳纤维拉挤门窗型材更不容易变形。碳纤维拉挤门窗型材强度高,弹性模量大,做成的门窗抗风压强度更高,可以解决门窗型材在高层建筑上的应用,碳纤维拉挤门窗型材导热系数低,可有效减少建筑能耗。
