背景技术
现代高科技的发展离不开复合材料,复合材料对现代科学技术的发展,有着十分重要的作用,也是衡量一个国家科学技术先进水平的重要标志之一。碳纤维具有强度高、模量高、耐高温、导电等一系列性能。目前,碳纤维的主要问题是性能不太稳定且离散系数大、强度低、价格偏高等。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明提供一种强度高,耐热性好,热变形小,抗腐蚀能力强,成本低廉的高强度纳米碳纤维复合材料。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种高强度纳米碳纤维复合材料,由以下质量份数的原料制成:
环氧树脂40-50份,纳米碳纤维11-15份,纳米氧化铝7-9份,纳米氧化钛4-6份,玻璃纤维7-8份,三羟甲基丙烷5-8份,低密度聚乙烯20-25份,聚醚多元醇3-5份,二苯基甲烷二异氯酸酯6-10份,聚丁二酸丁二醇酯4-5份。
上述的高强度纳米碳纤维复合材料,由以下质量份数的原料制成:
环氧树脂45份,纳米碳纤维13份,纳米氧化铝8份,纳米氧化钛5份,玻璃纤维7.5份,三羟甲基丙烷7份,低密度聚乙烯23份,聚醚多元醇4份,二苯基甲烷二异氯酸酯8份,聚丁二酸丁二醇酯4.6份。
本发明解决技术问题所带来的有益效果在于:本发明强度高,耐热性好,热变形小,抗腐蚀能力强,成本低廉。

一种高强度纳米碳纤维复合材料,由以下质量份数的原料制成:
环氧树脂50份,纳米碳纤维15份,纳米氧化铝9份,纳米氧化钛6份,玻璃纤维8份,三羟甲基丙烷8份,低密度聚乙烯25份,聚醚多元醇5份,二苯基甲烷二异氯酸酯10份,聚丁二酸丁二醇酯5份。
