Abstract

本发明自动供应螺钉的螺丝批中螺丝刀的监控装置,它包括带动螺丝刀前后移动的滑块,螺丝刀经移位结构安装在滑块上,滑块和螺丝刀之间设有位移传感器,位移传感器与用于控制螺丝批工作的电路板连接。螺丝刀的转动通过传感器进行控制,在螺丝刀将螺钉与墙壁相抵之后螺丝刀才会旋转前进,在螺钉没有与墙壁等接触之前,传感器不会触发,螺丝刀不会转动前移,这样能够避免螺钉的脱落,自动化程度高,实用性较高。

技术领域:
本发明涉及电动工具技术领域,具体地说涉及一种自动供应螺钉的螺丝批中螺丝刀的监控装置。
背景技术:
现有的技术中,在装订螺丝、螺钉过程中使用的螺丝批分为手动或者电动两种,但是不管是手动还是电动的,螺钉都是手动拿取的,并且在装订时用手稳住才能进行装订,比较麻烦,装订效率很低,而且劳动强度还比较大。申请人设计了能够自动供应螺钉的螺丝批,在装订螺钉时,需要对螺丝刀的工作状态进行监控,避免螺钉与墙壁接触前就被螺丝刀推出脱落。
发明内容:
为解决上述的技术问题,本发明提供一种结构简单实用的自动供应螺钉的螺丝批中螺丝刀的监控装置。
本发明的技术方案是,提供一种具有以下结构的自动供应螺钉的螺丝批中螺丝刀的监控装置,它包括带动螺丝刀前后移动的滑块,滑块与驱动装置连接,螺丝刀经移位结构安装在滑块上,滑块和螺丝刀之间设有位移传感器,位移传感器与用于控制螺丝批工作的电路板连接;所述的移位结构包括转动轴承,滑块上设有供螺丝刀穿过的通道,转动轴承固定安装在通道内,螺丝刀与转动轴承滑配合连接,螺丝刀和滑块之间设有复位弹簧,在复位弹簧的作用下滑块和螺丝刀之间可以相对位移,在滑块两侧的螺丝刀上均设有防止滑块和螺丝刀过度位移的挡块。
螺丝刀的外壁为六边形,转动轴承的内孔也为六边形,螺丝刀滑配合插在转动轴承的内孔内。
所述的螺丝刀的尾部设有防脱块,防脱块与滑块之间设有防磨轴承,滑块前端的螺丝刀上也设有防磨轴承,防磨轴承与滑块之间设有挡板,挡板安装在防磨轴承上,复位弹簧位于滑块上的通孔内且复位弹簧的两端分别与转动轴承和挡板相抵。
所述的位移传感器为红外位移传感器,包括接收端和发射端,螺丝刀上设有随螺丝刀移动可隔断接收端和发射端的隔板。
所述的隔板与挡板连接安装。
采用上述结构后,本发明具有以下优点:
螺丝刀的转动通过传感器进行控制,在螺丝刀将螺钉与墙壁相抵之后螺丝刀才会旋转前进,在螺钉没有与墙壁等接触之前,传感器不会触发,螺丝刀不会转动前移,这样能够避免螺钉的脱落,自动化程度高,实用性较高。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1、图2、图3所示,本发明自动供应螺钉的螺丝批中螺丝刀的监控装置的结构如下:它包括带动螺丝刀1前后移动的滑块2,滑块2与驱动装置连接,先带动螺丝刀1将螺钉推到前端,螺丝刀1经移位结构安装在滑块2上,螺丝刀1和滑块2之间可以相对移动,滑块2和螺丝刀1之间设有位移传感器3,位移传感器3与用于控制螺丝批工作的电路板连接,位于前端的螺钉与墙壁等接触之后就会对螺丝刀1施加推力,螺丝刀1相对滑块2移动就可以触发传感器,根据这个信号,电路板就可以发出指令控制螺丝刀1继续前进且发生转动将螺钉钻入墙壁等。
其中,上述的移位结构包括转动轴承4,滑块2上设有供螺丝刀1穿过的通道,转动轴承4固定安装在通道内,转动轴承4的内孔为六边形,螺丝刀1的外壁也为六边形,螺丝刀1插在转动轴承4的内孔内,螺丝刀1与转动轴承4滑配合连接,螺丝刀1和滑块2之间设有复位弹簧5,在复位弹簧5的作用下滑块2和螺丝刀1之间可以相对位移,在滑块2两侧的螺丝刀1上均设有防止滑块2和螺丝刀1过渡位移的挡块。挡块具体的指示,一个是在螺丝刀1的尾部设有防脱块6,该防脱块6固定在螺丝刀1的尾部,防脱块6与滑块2之间设有防磨轴承7,该防磨轴承7与螺丝刀1是紧配合也就是固定连接的,其作用是隔开防脱块6和滑块2,防止两者之间接触摩擦;另一个是滑块2前端的螺丝刀1上也紧配合防磨轴承7,在防磨轴承7与滑块2之间设有挡板8,挡板8安装在防磨轴承7上,复位弹簧5位于滑块2上的通孔内且复位弹簧5的两端分别与转动轴承4和挡板8相抵,在螺丝刀1发生转动时防磨轴承7跟随转动,但是挡板8不会转动这样有利于复位弹簧5的稳定。
上述位移传感器3为红外位移传感器,它包括接收端9和发射端10,在螺丝刀1上设有随螺丝刀1移动可隔断接收端9和发射端10之间红外线的隔板11,隔板11隔断红外线传感器就会向控制电路发出工作信号。为简化结构,也使整体更紧凑,所述的隔板11与挡板8连接安装成为一体。

Claims (5)

1.一种自动供应螺钉的螺丝批中螺丝刀的监控装置,其特征在于:它包括带动螺丝刀(1)前后移动的滑块(2),滑块(2)与驱动装置连接,螺丝刀(1)经移位结构安装在滑块(2)上,滑块(2)和螺丝刀(1)之间设有位移传感器(3),位移传感器(3)与用于控制螺丝批工作的电路板连接;所述的移位结构包括转动轴承(4),滑块(2)上设有供螺丝刀(1)穿过的通道,转动轴承(4)固定安装在通道内,螺丝刀(1)与转动轴承(4)滑配合连接,螺丝刀(1)和滑块(2)之间设有复位弹簧(5),在复位弹簧(5)的作用下滑块(2)和螺丝刀(1)之间可以相对位移,在滑块(2)两侧的螺丝刀(1)上均设有防止滑块(2)和螺丝刀(1)过度位移的挡块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动供应螺钉的螺丝批中螺丝刀的监控装置,其特征在于:螺丝刀(1)的外壁为六边形,转动轴承(4)的内孔也为六边形,螺丝刀(1)滑配合插在转动轴承(4)的内孔内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的自动供应螺钉的螺丝批中螺丝刀的监控装置,其特征在于:所述的螺丝刀(1)的尾部设有防脱块(6),防脱块(6)与滑块(2)之间设有防磨轴承(7),滑块(2)前端的螺丝刀(1)上也设有防磨轴承(7),防磨轴承(7)与滑块(2)之间设有挡板(8),挡板(8)安装在防磨轴承(7)上,复位弹簧(5)位于滑块(2)上的通孔内且复位弹簧(5)的两端分别与转动轴承(4)和挡板(8)相抵。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的自动供应螺钉的螺丝批中螺丝刀的监控装置,其特征在于:所述的位移传感器(3)为红外位移传感器,包括接收端(9)和发射端(10),螺丝刀(1)上设有随螺丝刀(1)移动可隔断接收端(9)和发射端(10)之间红外线的隔板(11)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的自动供应螺钉的螺丝批中螺丝刀的监控装置,其特征在于:所述的隔板(11)与挡板(8)连接安装。
