一种明日叶混合软胶囊,该软胶囊的内容物由下述重量百分比的原料制成:明日叶粉13~25%;破壁灵芝孢子粉10~20%;无籽刺梨粉10~20%;小麦胚芽油47~54%;蜂蜡0~2%。上述明日叶混合软胶囊的制备方法包括以下步骤:1、将配比量的明日叶粉、破壁灵芝孢子粉和无籽刺犁粉混合过120目筛后,采用常规灭菌;将灭菌后的混合料与配比量的小麦胚芽油混合,或与配比量的小麦胚芽油及蜂蜡混合,制成混合液;2、将均质后的混合液按常规滚模压制法制备明日叶混合软胶囊。本发明利用明日叶的有效成分与破壁灵芝孢子粉、无籽刺犁粉进行协同作用,具有降血压血脂、提高免疫力、抗癌、抗衰老、保护心血管等功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健食品,尤其涉及一种明日叶混合软胶囊及其制备方法。
背景技术
明日叶(Angelica keiskei Koidzumi)属于芹科类,又名长寿菜、八丈芹、海峰人参,原产于日本著名的长寿之乡八丈岛,为两年或多年生草本植物。明日叶的生长快速,生命力较强,大有“今日摘叶、明日又发芽”之势,故称之为“明日叶”。明日叶被誉为“21世纪的健康食品”,并且《本草纲目》中也肯定了明日叶的药用价值。
明日叶中含有丰富的维生素B12、叶绿素、16种人体所需的氨基酸、以及类黄酮、泛酸、胆碱、天然有机锗等物质,尤以查耳酮类黄色素化合物的含量最高。所以明日叶具有抗衰老、降血压血脂、抗癌和改善肠胃道功能等功效,其中降血压血糖效果最为明显。
目前市场上对明日叶的加工基本上为茶叶、汤料、微胶囊形式,未将其与保健防治功效进行协同,所以明日叶的有效成分得不到更好发挥,这在一定程度上会限制明日叶的应用。软胶囊是新发展起来的一种新剂型,系将油状药物溶液、混悬液、糊状物或粉末定量压注并包封于胶膜内,形成大小形状各异的密封胶囊,一般用压制法或滴制法制备。采用软胶囊包装方式既能防止氧气进入,提高胶囊内混合液活性成分的稳定性,延长储存期;可以掩盖明日叶混合液的不良气味;在体内,内容物迅速释放,有效成分的利用率和吸收率也得到提高;便于携带且服用方便。目前还未见有将明日叶与其他保健防治功效成分以软件囊包装方式,进行协同作用的报道。

本发明的目的,就在于提供一种明日叶混合软胶囊及其制备方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种明日叶混合软胶囊,该软胶囊的内容物由下述重量百分比的原料制成:

2.2将均质后的混合液按常规滚模压制法制备明日叶混合软胶囊。
所述明日叶粉是将明日叶经杀青低温速冻后,干燥粉碎制得。
所述破壁灵芝孢子粉是粒度小于10μm的微粉。
本发明中的灵芝孢子粉中含有丰富的多糖肽、腺嘌呤核苷、蛋白质、酶类、哂元素等,破壁的灵芝孢子粉会是细胞壁内的有效成分充分裸露出来,可以更好地被人体吸收。灵芝孢子具有抗肿瘤、抗衰老、保肝解毒、保护心血管、治疗糖尿病等多重功效。
本发明中的无籽刺犁粉属蔷薇科,含有丰富的维生素C,具有调节机体免疫功能、延缓衰老、解毒、抗动脉粥样硬化和抗肿瘤等功能,
本发明中的小麦胚芽油含有丰富的天然维生素E和亚油酸。天然维生素E可促进细胞分裂,延迟细胞衰老,具有抗衰老功效;亚油酸是人体必需脂肪酸,可调节胆固醇代谢,参与组织生长与修复。小麦胚芽油具有增进耐力、精力、体力和调高反应灵敏度的作用。
本发明利用明日叶的有效成分与破壁灵芝孢子粉、无籽刺犁粉进行协同作用,具有降血压血脂、提高免疫力、抗癌、抗衰老、保护心血管等功效。

下面以非限定性实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
1.明日叶混合软胶囊内容物配方:
明日叶粉13g,破壁灵芝孢子粉20g,无籽刺犁粉20g,小麦胚芽油47g。
2.明日叶混合软胶囊的制备
将明日叶粉、灵芝孢子粉和无籽刺犁粉三种物料粉按上述比例配制后过120目筛,再采用常规灭菌,将灭菌后的混合粉与小麦胚芽油混合,使得混合粉均匀的悬浮于小麦胚芽油中;按常规工艺化胶,按现有滚模压制法制备明日叶混合软胶囊。
根据需要生产的软胶囊可灌装为内容物0.5g每粒等大小规格。
实施例2
1.明日叶混合软胶囊内容物配方:
明日叶粉16g,破壁灵芝孢子粉16g,无籽刺犁粉16g,小麦胚芽油50g,蜂蜡2g。
2.明日叶混合软胶囊的制备
将明日叶粉、灵芝孢子粉和无籽刺犁粉三种物料粉按上配方配制后过120目筛,再采用常规灭菌,将灭菌后的混合粉与小麦胚芽油和蜂蜡的混合液混合,使得混合粉均匀的悬浮于小麦胚芽油中,按常规工艺化胶,按现有滚模压制法制备明日叶混合软胶囊。
根据需要生产的软胶囊可灌装为内容物0.5g每粒等大小规格。
