现有技术中的聚丙烯(PP)耐腐蚀性、刚性和透明度较好,但是这种塑料其耐热性、硬度和抗冲击性能较差。

步骤2),把所述步骤1)混合均匀后放出的物料加入双螺杆挤出机中,双螺杆挤出机的加工温度:一区温度190℃,二区温度为210℃,三区温度为230℃,四区温度为210℃,五区温度为215℃,六区温度为225℃,七区温度为235℃,八区温度为240℃,主机转速为300-400转/min;经过挤出后冷却牵条、风干切粒,即制备本发明所述的改性塑料。

本发明改性塑料综合性能良好,其不仅具有良好的耐腐蚀性、透明度和刚性;具有良好的耐冲击性、耐热性和硬度;而且还具有防火阻燃性能。
