技术领域
本申请属于塑料材料领域,尤其涉及一种PP扁丝。
背景技术
聚丙烯e,简称:PP,俗称:百折胶。聚丙烯是聚α-烯烃的代表,由丙烯聚合而制得的一种热塑性树脂,其单体是丙烯CH2=CH-CH3。根据引发剂和聚合工艺的不同,聚丙烯可以分为等规聚丙烯和无规聚丙烯和间规聚丙烯三种构型。等规聚丙烯易形成结晶态,结晶度高达95%以上,分子量在8-15万之间,赋予他良好的抗热和抗溶剂性;无规聚丙烯在室温下是一种非结晶的、微带粘性的白色蜡状物,分子量低,在3000-10000,结构不规整缺乏内聚力,应用较少。
扁丝截面呈扁平形的化学纤维单丝,塑编行业的简称也有称为切割纤维,它是生产塑料编织物的基本材料,扁丝由特定品种的聚丙烯,聚乙烯树脂经熔融挤出成膜,然后,纵向分切成条,诸条同时加热牵伸取向后定型,最终卷绕成扁丝纱锭,随着社会城市化、科技化、人性化的发展,设计一种拉断力高,不易老化和降解的PP扁丝以满足市场需求,是非常必要的。

一种PP扁丝,由下列原料组成,以质量份数表示法为:PP100份;聚乙烯5-15份;碳酸钙5-15份;脱氧剂0.3-0.5份;亚磷酸三苯酯0.2-0.4份;滑石粉0.5-1份;硬脂酸钙0.1-0.5份;LDPE为8-16份;抗氧剂1010为0.05-0.1份;DSTP0.1-0.5份;钛酸酯偶联剂0.2-0.5份;二氧化钛5-10份;EAA0.3-0.5份。

作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述脱氧剂采用氢氧化铁。

本发明所述一种PP扁丝采用以上技术方案与现有技术相比,具有以下技术效果:产品拉断力32-40N,不易老化和降解,耐酸碱、耐磨,可以广泛生产并不断代替现有材料。

 一种PP扁丝,其组成成份以质量份数表示法为:PP100份;聚乙烯5份;碳酸钙5份; 氢氧化铁0.3份;亚磷酸三苯酯0.2份;滑石粉0.5份;硬脂酸钙0.1份;LDPE为8份;抗氧剂1010为0.05份;DSTP0.1份;钛酸酯偶联剂0.2份;二氧化钛5份;EAA0.3份。
产品拉断力32N,不易老化和降解,耐酸碱、耐磨。
 实施例2:
 一种PP扁丝,其组成成份以质量份数表示法为:PP100份;聚乙烯15份;碳酸钙15份; 氢氧化铁0.5份;亚磷酸三苯酯0.4份;滑石粉1份;硬脂酸钙0.5份;LDPE为16份;抗氧剂1010为0.1份;DSTP0.5份;钛酸酯偶联剂0.5份;二氧化钛10份;EAA0.5份。
产品拉断力36N,不易老化和降解,耐酸碱、耐磨。
 实施例3:
一种PP扁丝,其特征在于:其组成成份以质量份数表示法为:PP100份;聚乙烯10份;碳酸钙10份;脱氧剂0.4份;亚磷酸三苯酯0.3份;滑石粉0.5份;硬脂酸钙0.25份;LDPE为12份;抗氧剂1010为0.08份;DSTP0.1份;钛酸酯偶联剂0.3份;二氧化钛8份;EAA0.4份。
产品拉断力40N,不易老化和降解,耐酸碱、耐磨。
