Abstract

本发明涉及一种氩弧焊环型焊缝定位冷却器,其外形为台阶圆柱体状,台阶圆柱体的内孔与滤清器壳体外形相同,内孔口部设有定位凸台;台阶圆柱体上段外形为锥面形状,台阶圆柱体上段、中段表面的一周均匀设有垂直散热筋片,台阶圆柱体下段有一个圆柱台阶面;定位冷却器材料采用H62黄铜。本发明适用于各种材料、不同直径桶形的环形焊缝,该结构设计简单,便于制造加工。

氩弧焊环型焊缝定位冷却器
技术领域
本发明属于焊接加工领域,尤其是涉及一种氩弧焊环型焊缝定位冷却器。
背景技术
汽油滤清器总成一般由外壳、支撑弹簧、滤芯部件、密封圈及端盖焊接而成。在车用滤清器生产制造过程中,其焊接方法采用交流钨极氩弧焊接工艺。
由于汽油滤清器壳体为圆桶型,端盖装在壳体内壁口部且平齐,装配后所形成的焊缝为环形状态,在焊接时要求壳体围绕一个圆心旋装,焊枪固定可调。为达到这个焊接工艺过程,目前采用了专用的三爪卡盘旋转动力机构,配有电器自动控制系统。其焊接过程是:将壳体放在三爪卡盘内,手工用专用扳手旋动三爪将其壳体固定,按下电器自动控制系统固定焊枪机构按钮,固定焊枪下行,手工微调焊枪使钨极与焊接壳体焊缝保持2~3mm距离,按下焊接按钮(三爪卡盘及焊接同时工作),焊枪引弧开始焊接。
以上焊接过程存在不足:在壳体装夹过程中由于是手工用专用扳手旋动三爪将其壳体固定,难免在固定时夹紧力大小不易控制,将壳体装夹变形;手工将壳体摆放在三爪卡盘上的高度不一致,导致固定焊枪下行高度频繁调整;由于壳体装夹变形,在旋转时焊缝摆动,使焊枪钨极不在焊缝中心,使得焊缝漏焊或烧穿;由于散热不好,时常将纸质滤芯烤糊,同时所产生的气体影响焊缝成型质量甚至使材料氧化无法焊接。
由于是人工装夹,劳动强度较大、生产效率较低。因此,需要有一个能自动定位及有效散热,从而控制焊接质量,又不需要频繁装夹的工位器具。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种氩弧焊环型焊缝定位冷却器,以解决目前人工三爪卡盘直接装夹带来的焊接质量不易控制,工人劳动强度大,生产效率低的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
本发明的氩弧焊环型焊缝定位冷却器,其外形为台阶圆柱体状,台阶圆柱体的内孔与滤清器壳体外形相同,内孔口部设有凸台,作为壳体定位面;
台阶圆柱体上段外形为锥面形状,防止壳体装夹磕碰,保证壳体热量及时导出散热;
台阶圆柱体上段、中段表面的一周均匀设有垂直筋片,以加快散热速度;
台阶圆柱体下段有一个圆柱台阶面,可与三爪卡盘配合连接固定;
氩弧焊环型焊缝定位冷却器材料采用H62黄铜。
工作原理如下:
将已加工好的定位冷却器底部圆柱安放在三爪卡盘的三爪之间,用专用扳手旋动三爪将冷却定位器初步预固定;用百分表量头校正冷却定位器与三爪卡盘的同轴度及径向跳动,并将其紧固;将要焊接的壳体放在已校正好的冷却定位器内腔中,按下电器自动控制系统固定焊枪机构按钮,固定焊枪下行,手工微调焊枪使钨极与焊接壳体焊缝保持2~3mm距离,并使焊枪钨极对准焊缝;按下焊接按钮(三爪卡盘及焊接同时工作),三爪卡盘旋转,焊枪引弧开始焊接。焊接完成后,放入下一壳体即可连续工作。
本发明的优点为:采用本结构,经一次调校后,不需要频繁装夹工件,能自动定位对准焊缝,及时将焊接热量传导释放出去,保护了内部滤芯不被烤坏,焊缝质量呈蘑菇状,焊缝美观,铝材不氧化。该结构设计简单,便于制造加工,对于该结构可举一反三适用于各种材料、不同直径桶形的环形焊缝。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作详细说明:
如图1、图2所示,本发明的氩弧焊环型焊缝定位冷却器,其外形为中空的台阶圆柱体状,台阶圆柱体的内孔与滤清器壳体6外形相同,内孔口部设有凸台1,作为壳体6定位面;
台阶圆柱体上段外形为锥面形状2,防止壳体6装夹磕碰,保证壳体6热量及时导出散热;
台阶圆柱体上段、中段表面的一周均匀设有垂直筋片3,本例中筋片数为90个,以加快散热速度;
台阶圆柱体下段有一个圆柱台阶面4,可与三爪卡盘连接固定;
该定位冷却器材料采用H62黄铜。
工作时,壳体6置于内孔凸台1处,端盖5置于壳体6上平面,焊缝位置如图示。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式。应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干变型和改进,这些也应视为属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种氩弧焊环型焊缝定位冷却器,其特征在于:其外形为台阶圆柱体状,台阶圆柱体的内孔口部设有凸台,台阶圆柱体上段外形为锥面形状,台阶圆柱体上段、中段表面的一周均匀设有垂直筋片,台阶圆柱体下段有一个圆柱台阶面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的氩弧焊环型焊缝定位冷却器,其特征在于:氩弧焊环型焊缝定位冷却器材料采用H62黄铜。
