Abstract
一个硬纸板箱20具有一个上部件21和一个下
部件24。上部件21包括一个顶壁22和两个端壁
23，下部件24包括一个底壁25和两个侧壁26，底壁
25和侧壁26具有一个连接件27，该连接件27在物
品放置在箱板坯中以后才固定到端壁23上，以形成

Description
本发明提供了一种形状为长方体的硬纸板箱。采用这种箱子来运送相对易损坏的平面物品如聚苯乙烯天花板砖时，需要箱子能相对地紧裹着砖，以防止传送中的损坏现象。将物品从公知的硬纸板箱中取出而不损坏物品是困难的，此外，将公知的硬纸板箱拆散成便于整理的扁平状也是不易的。本发明提供的硬纸板箱能快速地打开以方便地取出紧密装在箱中的东西，之后可以将箱折叠成扁平状而不需要进一步地拆散。
按照本发明的硬纸板箱具有连结的上、下部件。上部件包括一个顶壁和两个相对的端壁，下部件包括一个底壁，一对相对的侧壁和位于两个侧壁的每个端部上的连接件。该连接件分别固定到端壁的边缘以使箱子成为一个长方体。
在最佳实施例中顶壁上具有一条实际上平行于端壁而穿过顶壁的分断线。
已有技术和本发明实施例的详细内容将参照附图进一步地加以说明。

见图1、2，这种称做包合型（Wrap-round type）的公知硬纸板箱1由单个板坯2制成。该板坯2包括一个连接箱子侧壁以使箱子成为长方体的连接件3。箱子1的端部由盖板4、5盖住。在图3、4中示出的公知箱子11是称做“Bris”型的，包括一个主体部件12和两个端部件13。主体部件12有一个固定到端部件13上的连接件14，端部件13和主体部件12分别带有盖住箱顶的盖板15、16。
上述的箱子1或11可以用来容纳一堆紧密装在箱内的板类物品。从箱中取出物品而又不损坏物品是不易做到的，除非连接件3或14与邻近的紧固部件分开，但是这些分开工作费时又费力，而且这个力还会将箱中的物品损坏，此外，即使非常困难地将物品从箱子1或11中取出而不分别地折开连接件3或14，上述两种箱子还将保持三种尺寸结构，这样势必增加了清理时的折散工作。
按照本发明的箱子20见图5-10，箱子20是分别由箱子的上、下部件21、24的2个板坯21A、24A组成。见图6，上部件21包括一个顶壁22和一对折下来面彼此相对着的端壁23。下部件24包括一个底壁25和两个同样折对着的侧壁26。在底壁25和侧壁26上的连接件27固定到端壁23上。在连接件27还未固定到上部件21前，将传送或储存的物品如一堆平板物品32（见图8和9），如聚苯乙烯砖，放置在下部件24上，连接件27最好是胶粘到端壁23的外边缘。上部件21的顶壁22具有一个如用孔眼或半孔眼构成的分断线，其位于端壁23中间且与端壁平行地穿过顶壁22。在分断线29的两侧的顶壁22上均有一个指孔30。类似地，在下部件24沿着侧壁26和连接件27交界处均具有分断线31，所以，当如图7所示装配时，分断线31位于箱子的4个边缘，也就是端壁23和侧壁26相交处。
当打开箱子20取出物品32时，在分断线29的每一侧部，通过指孔30沿图7箭头A所指方向向上拉起顶壁22，从而沿着分断线29撕开顶壁22，然后沿图8箭头B所示方向拉开顶?2以撕开分断线31，将堆积物品32全部暴露在箱子的单个板坯上，见图9，在物品32取出后，箱子20可沿着它的任何已有的拆痕方便地折叠成便于整理的形式。
在图10所示的另一种打开箱子20的方法中，上部件21并没在分断线29处分开，而是其中一个端壁23借助于该端壁两侧的线21，首先与侧壁26分开，然后提升顶壁22以将另一端壁23与侧壁26分开。为此目的可在一个端壁23或两个端壁23上，最好邻近分断线31处加之或设有代替孔30的指孔（未示出），很显然，如果总是采用如图10所示方式打开箱子的话，可以省去分断线29。
在箱子20的另一种形式中，特别是打算如图10打开箱子时，上、下部件21、24可由一单个板坯形成，在该板坯上只有一个端壁23与底壁25相连。
用在本说明书中的硬纸板术语应当认为也包括波纹纸、具有波纹内层的纸，如纸板和其它形式的用在包装行业的以纤维为基础的纸板。
Claims (5)
1、一种具有连接上、下部件的硬纸板箱，上部件包括一个顶壁和两个相对的端壁，下部件包括一个底壁，一对相对的侧壁，和在两个侧壁每个端部上的连接件，连接件可分别地固定到端壁的边缘以使箱子成为长方体，箱子具有一个沿着端壁和侧壁相接边缘的分断线。
2、按照权利要求1所述的硬纸板箱，其特征在于顶壁具有一个实际上平行于端壁并且延伸着穿过顶壁的分断线。
3、按照权利要求2所述的硬纸板箱，其特征在于分断线两侧的顶壁上具有指孔。
4、按照上述任意一项权利要求所述的硬纸板箱，其特征在于指孔邻近沿所述的边缘延伸的分断线。
5、实际上如上面所述的硬纸板箱参照附图5-10。
