背景技术
目前，用于建筑装潢的胶合板基本上都是用木工胶粘合，不仅强度差，而且不耐湿，在水中侵泡后容易开裂，现在市场上还没有一种耐水侵泡的胶合板的新品种。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于：设计一种PVC胶面覆膜胶合板，解决目前市场上胶合板存在的强度差，不耐湿的缺陷。
本发明的技术方案是：在胶合板1基板成型并干燥后，表面进行糙化处理，将PVC胶采用“震动铺撒”的方法，均匀布胶形成PVC胶层2，然后对产品进行柔性加压，冷却后表面进行TPU覆膜3技术处理、最后对胶合板裁边整理成型。
本发明具有以下优点及效果：
这种胶合板具有最佳耐水性和耐磨性，在增加胶合板板材使用寿命的同时，又不影响胶合板板材的柔软性能。

经过糙化处理的胶合板1上连接一层PVC胶层2，在PVC胶层2上有一层TPU覆膜3，然后裁边整理成型。

1.一种PVC胶面覆膜胶合板，其特征在于：在胶合板(1)基板成型并干燥后，表面进行糙化处理，将PVC胶采用“震动铺撒”的方法，均匀布胶形成PVC胶层(2)，然后对产品进行柔性加压，冷却后表面进行TPU覆膜(3)技术处理、最后对胶合板裁边整理成型。
